City's game against Arsenal and Chelsea are so important for us. It shows there strength that we will sit here an predict that they are favourites to win both but boy could we use a favour from the London boys. Im hoping with the fixture pile up and intensity required they might drop points in those back to back fixtures.

We have tough fixtures to contend with too during that time. Leicester have shown us they can beat top team and vardy always seems to score against us.

West ham away is difficult too. They've got a very decent team.

Excited and nervous for the gameweeks ahead.

Pakred, If we do our jobs, we won't need a favout from them. If you have not noticed, we have been going along nicely w/ o paying attention to City nor what they do and as soon as we went top by 1 point after the B'mouth win, City played Chelsea later and lost and they have been behind us ever since. They are the ones who blinked first, not us. The favor won't matter if we don't do our jobs first cos that is what you can control. Do I want a fav. from Arsenal and Chelsea? I mean, is gambling legal in Las Vegas? Of course, I do BUT it ain't going to matter if we don't take care of our business first. Also, the reason we are where we are is cos our boys are ALWAYS focused on the game in front of them and not bothered about anything else. Let them worry about us cos for them right now, any slip up from them (coupled with a simultaneous LFC win) could be the end of the road for them. Let them deal with that fear and pressure.

We have to do our thing get them points, it will put pressure on city and they might drop points against one of Chelsea or Arsenal. Then we have one hand firmly on the title. But we have to continue doing our thing - be least bothered with what city have got.

The defensive display on Saturday is more of a worry let’s hope it was a one off and we start getting clean sheets again.

PakRed. I’m with you on this one. I’ll let the actual team focus on Liverpool only and the one game at a time mentality but as a fan I’m so desperate to win the Premier League I’ve become a nervous wreck this year despite the team being so solid (except for Palace game)

Man City have Arsenal and Chelsea to play before we play Man Utd (which takes us both to only having 2 big 6 teams left) . If we can get to Utd game with a 7 point cushion it just means we can play (and I can watch) with no pressure against them knowing that even if we lost we can still afford to lose another game (or draw two) .

When we lost the City game it didn’t impact my belief we will win the league as we still had a cushion.

Regardless of what players and management say I’m sure some of the players have some of my paranoia and nervousness in their blood. It’s just the way some people are.

g1dgo, you are projecting your own way of thinking of others. You do not know nor are you sure that some of the players or managers are feeling or not feeling the way you do so let's end with that type of projection. I am as desperate to win the PL as anyone else out there BUT if you allow that to cripple you then that is a personal decision you made and nothing more.

For me, I am fully aware that LFC can have a season of a lifetime and still lose the PL. if you don't think that can happen then again, you made that choice not to believe it. Klopp has mentioned this a lot of times. If you allow history to wear you down, you will NEVER be able to take not even a step. into the future. I propose you employ Klopp's mantra as in: One game at a time and as long as we have some type of cushion after every week over City, it is one step closer to the promise land.

Listen, What we are trying to do is unprecedented: Wresting the title from the so called "Best team the PL has ever seen" (I don't believe that, really) . You think that's going to be easy? We are picking up points, winning games with 3/ 4 of our back line out. The obstacles in front of us are enormous YET here we are. Klopp is up for the fight and so am I and many others. Are you? Peace and Love, my friend.

Might not be the best first 11 ever seen in the PL but certainly has to be considered as the strongest ever squad, their 2nd string team could probably win the title too.

Red Wolf. I do believe. I just like having a cushion!
