I know it's not going to happen as we know klopp doesn't like too upset the apple cart with signing players in January, but we could really do with someone who can play right back an possibly centre back and I ain't talking about fabihno either or Milner, I know it's hard too see happening especially this late in window but it could prove vital .

We missed the opportunity to bring in Benjamin Pavard. I believe he's signed for Bayern Munich for €35m. He would not of onky given cover to both positions. He would have also given both Trent and Joe a run for there money in the starting 11. He played for France at Right Back and Centre Back for Stuttgart. Both of which at a very high and commanding level.

Yes that would of been a perfect signing for us.

I trust Klopp's judgement completely. We are where we are as a football team because of Klopp and his ability to shape a team, not despite it.
When people say "we should have signed, we missed the opportunity" they're overlooking the fact that Klopp has tremendous faith in his players and his track record suggests he knows a bit more about players than us mere mortals.

Klopp is no fool. If he thought we really needed a RB he would have signed one. That rcb and rb issue is complicated. We don't want someone who is going to push trent out of the team. Gomez offers great cover for RB and that allows lovren game time. And, like him or love him dejan IS a very good defender. Top 25 in the world. There is fab and milner who can offer cover and I think klopp sees true potential in camancho.

Injuries happen, we have been pretty lucky this season. And that is why we have big squads.

I really think camancho is going to break through thus giving young trent more opportunities further up the field.

Klopp and the recruitment team like versatile players and it is a brilliant philosophy. Gives us options tactically and makes injuries not so drastic.

{Ed025's Note - not even top 25 in the prem for me robbie...never mind the world..

Lovren isn’t good enough, a poorer version of Martin Skyrtl.

Behave ed025! I love you man but he played in the ucl final and world Cup final.

List 25 better cbs in the prem (if you can be bothered)

{Ed025's Note - i cant be bothered robbie your right, but i will say 3 defenders from every other team in the prem if that narrows it down for you mate,,

When people say Lovren isn't good enough but Klopp seems to think he is, do they really believe their evaluation of a player is better than Klopp's?

{Ed025's Note - no flash, but he is not going to trash one of his own players in public now is he?, he is stuck with the buffoon mate until he gets the funds to replace him mate..

Hailstones. We have plenty of cover mate, Trent will be back soon, Gomez in a few weeks. We have Lovren VVD Matip for CB. Fabs should be back for Leicester also. We have Milner to cover RB if needed as well as Camacho. Chill, all is good.

Yes he'd love to be a back up for us.

"Poorer version of Martin Skrtel". That must be a sick joke, Ex_Reffing_Useless. Lovs is miles ahead of Skrtel to the point of it being hilarious. Let me know whenever Skrtel was able to shut down the likes of Kane in the WC semi, Lukaku, Aguero (at Anfield several times), and of course, CR7 in the CL final. Also, If I am wrong then answer me this. Klopp arrived at LFC with Skrtel and Lovs at the club. Who is still here? Hint: It is not Skrtel.

Lovs is a very capable CB, one who is brave, a fighter and never backs down. He would start easily for Utd., Arsenal and Chelsea easily. Does he have faults and issues? Yes BUT overall, he is a very good defender cos if not, Klopp would have let him go.
You may not like Lovs and that is your opinion BUT at least, back it up with some facts and logic.

Flash, Klopp said We have many world class keepers at Liverpool and Mignolet was the most intelligent keepers he had worked with.
This was all before we signed Becker.

Don’t believe what managers say in public, it’s very rarely their true opinion and usually done for some other motive.

{Ed025's Note - very true ron..

Spot on, Ron. In French, we call that type of rhetoric "La Langue de Bois (A wooden tongue) meaning, rhetorical diplomacy. Nothing to glean from such talk. As for Pavard, where we even interested in him? If not then NO opportunity was missed. LFC cannot sign every player a fan would like as that is not how that works.

Ron. On one hand it could be rethorical diplomacy from Klopp. On the other he could be saying Something true about Migs being intelligent - he is after all a rare breed in Football having a degree. He just didn’t develop Football intelligence!

Ed25 has a huge list of players at LFC that he thinks are useless. Yet we are 30 points above Everton. He would get rid of Lovren, Gini, Henderson, Fabinho to name a few.

Ever single one of them would make it into the Everton team so if he thinks we’ve got problems would love to hear his view on everton most expensing assembled squad that is now further away from their closest rivals ran. Ever! lol

‘Transition’ seems to have Been his favourite word for the last 5 years!

{Ed025's Note - we are in submission rather than transition swish, not good enough against a struggling championship side and im not making any excuses for that debacle mate, words cannot describe how bad that was and even though their 2nd goal should have been disallowed it does not excuse the lacklustre performance put in by the team, when i say team i mean 11 individuals who look as though they have never played together before..
