I think either the clubs or the players need to look into some better security arrangements for when they are playing as this kind of thing seems to be a relatively regular occurrence that could end up with anyone left at home (wives/ children) getting hurt.

{Ed025's Note - why would these multi millionaire footballers not have a security firm looking after their interests?, im not saying its right but with the sort of money these guys are on its certainly avoidable johnny, i think i will save my sympathy for people who cant afford to eat or heat their homes...or even have a home thanks..

I'm of the same opinion as you Ed25, all that money and valuables yet they can't properly secure their properties? I don't quite get that, I'd have a vault as my main door if I had the money they are on! It doesn't make it right of course because it's horrible but we're long past the days where you could leave the door unlocked when you went to the shop. People will take anything if it isn't strapped down.

If somebody tries my door when none of us are home, I immediately get notified on my phone and a video starts to record, this wouldn't stop them getting in but it shows who's trying to get into your house! I'd of thought these multimillionaires would have something similar or 10 x better!

Probably mane doesn't care enough for his home. Which is quite a thing considering he is from Senegal. You'd lock your with 7 locks there.

Akrubbish I must say I find your post about Mane and the Theft of his hoise very disappointing and the things you say even though you probably don't mean it as such come off very offensive, I have friends from Senegal who would fnd your post very offensive and the fact you then follow that up with it the inside job comment makes me think yuor eihter trying to be funny or just very ignorant either way mate it does you no favours at all

Irrespective of wealth he should be able to go to his job and not have his house burgled.

Yes he has the money and COULD taken extra precautions but he shouldn’t HAVE to.

Where do you draw the line? Bit like saying ah terrible shame you got mugged mate but you’ve got the cash in the bank you should have bought a car and drove there or you had the money for a cab why walk.

Ed25, I have NEVER understood that either. With the money these guys make, there are lots of security firms that they or the club can hire to guard their homes. Baffling, really.
