Looking for some help and advice to the final next weekend, me brother and his work mates are coming to grace me with their company Saturday, the lads have never been to Liverpool before but their both born reds, looking for a spot for the game, any advice woul be marvelous.

{Ed025's Note - you may have left it a bit late iron man, some of the pubs are charging up to £15 to get in to watch the game, Mccoolys in mathew st and concert square are really good for watching as is hannah,s bar in leece st but i dont know about availability or price mate, you may be better off going off the beaten track and head into town later for the celebrations, allerton rd, lark lane, and the baltic triangle would be popular choices and have plenty of bars mate...good luck..

Oh Ed I love how confident you are.

{Ed025's Note - i can only see one winner in this one SR, spurs are a bit fragile and liverpool are ruthless when they see an opening, im not saying it will be easy....oh yes i am.. :)

Baltic fleet then wander into town if you can still walk after their cider. Not sure there's a telly but you wouldn't be able to see it anyway.

I was in mccolleys on the last day of the season, was great but madness all 3 bars over 45min wait to get to the bar, literally 5/ 6 people deep across the whole bars, granted the 2 main bars had about 5 staff each and top bar only 2. If you can put up with that they do pitchers so one trip can stock up drinks and atmosphere was immense. Live singer after game etc.
