Good stuff Ed001 mate. I hope Bury get through this but Dale seems to keep throwing spanners into the works every time a deal is even close. The thought of losing Gigg Lane to property developers when it is one of the oldest football grounds in the world is like the Fulham chairman wanting to buy Wembley. it is sacrilegious.

I've seen on twitter (yes that site of the wonderful convergence of human decency, honesty and interaction :/ ) that some Bury fans tried to set up a supporters trust to buy the club and Dale just chucked the bid out and apparently permanently banned some of them from the club grounds and offices. As a response to his actions and running of the club, some fans have sent in requests to get Dale's fittings for his funeral suit and size for his coffin. The situation over there is beyond toxic and it is a true tragedy that such a club dripping in football league history could be extinct by the end of the weekend.

I believe Dale stands to make 1.9 million if Bury go bust as he's bought some of the debt personally.
