Hi, I don’t post often, but read this site almost everyday. Berg you have my deepest sympathies. I can't imagine what you’re going through.

Ed’s I must say, I never really thought too much about it, but when my mum passed away, when I became very ill myself and when I was coping with my sisters cancer diagnosis I used this site daily as a distraction to look at views, opinions and general Liverpool knowledge . So thank you all, for your time, effort and knowledge.

Berg my cousin lost her 6 year old girl last year and it breaks all the family hearts . Her and her hubby are battling everyday through this . Cherish your memories and believe that new CL star is his YNWA.

Ed001 whenever you get fed up and wonder why you bother just remember how much this site means to all of us who use it.

I can honestly say that you and Ed002 have transformed my understanding of LFC EPL and football in general.

The recent addition of Ed025 to our LFC site is brilliant and most welcome. Where else on social media could you find an Evertonian integrated into a Reds site, it’s just how it should be,

I found this site in the dark days of Hicks and Gillett and Ed001 and Ed002 guided us through that traumatic periodic leading to FSG buying the club.

In the old days you turned to the BBC for proper news. Now when it’s LFC related if it’s not confirmed on here I don’t believe it.

{Ed001's Note - thank you very much Tommy. That means a hell of a lot mate. There can be a lot of times when I wonder why I bother, not so much on this site these days, but these kind of moments are why I still do keep getting up every day.}

Love it and it’s the best place for info
I have finally signed up due to this post

I work everyday meeting people who have lost someone as I deliver a celebration of their loved ones lives

It’s heartbreaking when I try to tell a story and celebrate a young persons life and I do take a little grief away with me as you can not do any different

Grief is so so powerful, there are so many stages and you have to go through everyone one to get to the other side
Sir John mills once said when asked
You lost your wife 25 years ago, did you grieve
He replied Everyday with a smile on my face, why because you can’t grieve without love and the more you grieve the more you must have loved
People will live on forever through how they are remembered, so remember your child with a smile because they will live on in your heart for eternity.

Liddelland how are your family help is very difficult to find I was fortunate enough that clare house took us in after we lost our son gave us counselling and other therapy aswell as introducing us to other parents in the same boat
Help off the NHS and other Avenues was near on impossible and dark subjects are better talked about than bottled up.

First of all, Berg so sorry to hear that you are having to live with that kind of heartbreak. I can't even imagine that pain.

It's a thread like this which despite its tragic topic, shows that there is real care and closeness within this group. We all disagree, debate, complain, criticise frequently with one another but whenever an issue with actual far far more importance than football is posted it's so great to see that always many people respond with care and kindness.

Well done to the Eds and fellow posters who have shown effort to help others, much respect.

My cousin battles on with dignity every day doing loads for leukaemia charities but her hubby still sees a councillor which helps him, they'll never get over it but have 2 other kids to keep going for I think of them everyday they are great people. They don't bottle it up which I think is good for the myself and my Mrs will always have a sympathetic ear for them . Strive on mate I know how hard it is for you and your family YNWA.

Your doing amazing by listening to them. never tell them how strong you think they are. we all wear masks to show how we think we should be but inside we are a broken mess people thought I was coping to well but that's just what I showed when I went outside and always talk about good memories its painful and will bring many of tears but we all want our kids to be remembered.
