Chris Kirkland today came out and said the PL title is heading to Liverpool that we are too far ahead to be caught. Are people for real? We have played 8 games, i always maintain you can't seriously look at the table until christmas. There is 30 games left, that means there are 90 points available. I don't get why pundits are saying its ours to lose or we definitely will win. We have had a great start to the season, but we are not even near half way, lots of football left to play. At least the fans have the heads screwed on right and are only focused on the next game. Sorry rant over. YNWA.

You know why pundits say it, they want to create a story, tension and get their audience interested.

If they just say early days but lots to play for that wouldn’t be good tv.

I think we are definitely big favourites as City don't look half as good without Kompany and Laporte but we have to hope the players don't get complacent.

Though in the interest of cutting down the BS from our airwaves we should be allowed to throw eggs on pundits who make ludicrous claims that turn out to be wrong.

Fingers crossed we'll do it, things can change very quickly, is this our year? Nobody knows but my god we CAN do it if we remain focused. Its very early but I believe we have a better team out of us and city, bring their title challenge on, the lads are hungry for success after winning the CL, watch them go.
