Hi Ed's, quick question am I right in thinking that a transfer can be agreed between 2 clubs at any time? Just the paperwork can only be completed during transfer windows?

If so why is that more transfers aren't agreed outside the 2 windows?

{Ed002's Note - Yes, you are right. And numerous transfers are agreed outside of transfer windows - not just out of contract players moving between FAs, but many others. it is not uncommon at all.
