Hi ed002, have you gotten a chance to look at tsimikas before. Talent wise, good cover/ competition in your eyes?

Davey if you want to know everything you need to know about "Tsimi" (Kostas Tsimikas", go on youtube and watch the BloodRed Podcast where a well-renowned Greek footie journalists in Themis Keseris, who knows LFC, Olympiakos and the player like he was a reds and Olympiakos fan. Interesting viewing.

When Ed says “well thought of” that’s as good a guarantee of quality as you can get. This is a massive boost to next season as we’ve got good back up for both left and right fullback.

Apparently we have been tracking him for a good few years, so it isn't a last minute impulse which is good to see.

Left fullback definitely a very smart place to strengthen - the FBs have been so central to our attacking play and we’ve struggled when Robbo or Trent have been out.

Nico looks a great backup down the right now, and with Tsimikas down the left feel, id be a lot more comfortable as an attacking force if Robbo would need a rest (god forbid! )
