All about spending money wisely.

When we won the CL and Premier League every player in the squad except Trent and Jones had been bought by us in a transfer at some point.

The 3 biggest spending teams over the last 18 years Utd, Chelsea and City have 16 league titles between them in that same time.

Utd and Chelsea have since proven that spending without a plan doesn’t always guarantee success but Chelsea still won a major trophy 2 years ago and This season Utd seem to have spent with a plan and they are in a title race and potentially about to pick up a domestic trophy.

I’m sure Klopp knows who he wants and hopefully the funds are there to make all of them happen because I think we need at least 4 starting quality players to come in.

Spending with a plan could mean waiting a season for Jude Bellingham though?
Or placating the fans by buying a midfielder in the summer that the fans had the benefit of seeing another for six months and a WC competition, as well? A midfielder that wasn't available in the January transfer window?
