This is what we need for next season.
A New goalkeeper. Hart is available
A new centre-back and left-back.
We need two midfielders. A bruiser who can dominate games and a creative midfielder to ease the pressure on Coutinho.
We also need a top striker as good as Suarez.
The likes of oxlade- chamberlain are not good enough I'm afraid but if FSG buy him they can maybe sell him on and make a profit which after all is what they are at the club for-not to win anything but to make money.

Believable1 Unbelievable18

12 Apr 2017 22:18:57
This kind of comment kills me. We aren't grocery shopping. Hart? Really?

"We also need a top striker as good as Suarez. " WHO DOESNT?

But ignoring all that. 6 first team players is all we need then? Let's just sign a new 11. We don't have a bad team guys. A few outs and a few ins and we should be able to compete for the title. Certain areas need strengthening but that doesn't mean we should buy players for the sake of it. We are LOADED with midfielders so unless some leave there's no reason to buy more.

And yet another wind up merchant who thinks FSG have made money since the takeover. Personally think a winger and a left back should be the priority, since the club doesn't seem interested in centerbacks. We have 4 strikers, and until they're sold, we don't need more.

12 Apr 2017 22:20:14
That would suggest he would be a good signing then surely.

12 Apr 2017 23:43:50
Hart is absolutely awful, he's had an torrid time at Torino he made 7 errors leading to a goal the most in Europe.

13 Apr 2017 12:50:23
"A New goalkeeper. Hart is available"

I'm afraid you lost most readers with your second sentence.

13 Apr 2017 15:27:06
Clearly, you are not TheOne that you may think you are. I stopped reading your post as soon as you implied that we should sign Joe Hart, a sieve who has been leaking goals for fun and committed up to 7-8 errors leading to goals this season. As for your FSG comment, you clearly have no clue about what's going on at the club. I suggest you ask Ed02 to help you with that.

13 Apr 2017 15:26:34
You are literally just listing what any team would probably want.

13 Apr 2017 15:27:41
We are third in the league and you think it is critical we "need" a new keeper, centre back, left back, 2 new midfielders and a new striker? 6 out of 11 positions you think are not good enough?

I am sorry to be so blunt about this but that is total rubbish mate. Left back is the most glaring issue by a mile, with right back and goalkeeper behind that (although hopefully Arnold and Karius solve that internally) . Anything after that is a luxury signing to bolster our squad. We already have 3 (JM, DL, RK) international centre backs, as well as Gomez. We already have 6 (JH, GW, AL, EC, LL, JM) international midfielders, as well as Grujic. We already have 3 (RF, DO, DS) international strikers, as well as Ings.

If you don't trust Klopp to find a winning solution from that kind of squad depth in those areas, then I think you should be targeting Klopp if anyone and not the plethora of top level players we have.

I do also think that Chamberlain is a bad buy, except for different reasons. He is clearly good enough for Liverpool for a start. He has been playing for Arsenal for 6 seasons now who during that time have been Champions league regulars, finishing 2nd on various occasions. Where I have reservations is his injury record and the anticipated transfer fee for what is essentially a versatile utility player.

Additionally, FSG clearly want more than just profit. That is a pathetic and cheap shot. They are still losing money over half a decade on from buying the club, yet they still repeatedly throw money at the squad/ stadium/ managerial changes, and only ever appoint managers who promise them the title (even if it has been lies) .

13 Apr 2017 15:29:44
We need a centre back first and foremost

I would be happy with SaKho coming back but it ain't going to happen.

In the spine of the team which I think usually means goalkeeper. 2 centre halves. 2 centre midfielders.
And striker.
We have to strengthen the spine first and our weakest spot in the spine is centre half.
Buy a top centre half and develop the rest of the team from u23s

We're scoring enough but conceding to many.

13 Apr 2017 15:34:18
I am pretty sure we will be busy in the transfer market in summer. First and foremost should be to offload players who aren't up to the scratch. There are plenty in the squad who are blocking the youngsters.
I don't know how would singing a young GK helps Karius?

12 Apr 2017 18:13:31
Hi Eds

Any idea why Kevin Stewart is not being picked up ahead of Grujic?

Believable0 Unbelievable4

{Ed001's Note - because Grujic is felt to be better.}

13 Apr 2017 03:06:30
Because G is before S.

13 Apr 2017 13:39:28
Yet Grujic has been out injured most of the season, Stewart should have had more game time .

12 Apr 2017 16:32:22
Interested in the consensus, what positions are your priorities for this summer (either as transfer or promotion from the junior ranks) . Justify your choices if you’d like but do it in the context of improving the team rather than specific player deficiencies. Make number 1 your highest priority.

CB – A stable CB pair playing 80%+ of the season will go a long way to rectify our defensive frailties.
DM – A dedicated DM (in their prime) will give us a tactical flexibility the team currently does not possess and allow player rotation in a congested schedule.
LB – Identify the player who will be Liverpool’s LB for the next 5 seasons or longer.
LW – A position we are deficient in in the first team squad.
St - The team needs a third option who's fitness is reliable.

Believable4 Unbelievable2

12 Apr 2017 16:45:31
My priority would definitely be the CBs. I cannot bear the thought of another Bournemouth costing us a cup, league or top 4 in the future. Completely different styles of play, but our recent successful teams have been built around a solid CB pairing who pick themselves when fit - Hyppia and Henchoz, or Carra.

If I were to rank the rest:

1) CB - as above
2) LB - could do with getting full backs sorted, and TAA will do RB
3) ST - Having a fully firing Studge would be awesome
4) LW - kinda sits with ST for me as we tend to play a fluid front 3
5) DM - Even without Hendo, I think we have enough with Can, Wini, Lallana, Grujic to come, and even Couts back in midfield. Have a solid CB pairing will take some defensive pressure off the MF.

12 Apr 2017 17:27:19
1) CB - someone who actually knows how to organise a defence and can defend when under pressure. We might have the best attack but our defending can be woeful.

2) LB - Milner has been pretty decent but a quality LB would definitely be an upgrade. With Coutinho cutting in most of the time, having some width provided by a left footer who can ping in first time crosses would be fantastic.

3) GK - Migs has come in and done an alright job this season, but would love to see Karius actually get a proper chance as No. 1. Maybe this time, the fans could also actually give him some support rather than destroy his confidence after a couple of iffy games.

4) DM - I love Hendo, but there's a big question about his fitness and injuries. With Lucas looking likely to be leaving, maybe Stewart can be given a chance? If not, we may have to look to buy a replacement.

5) LW - Brandt (and Brahimi) has been looked at and considered, and I think it would be a good idea to have someone who can provide a different dimension to our attack. Especially against teams that sit deep, we could look at dropping Coutinho into a deeper role alongside Wijnaldum/ Lallana so we can mix it up with more pace and creativity.

12 Apr 2017 17:45:36
1) Goalkeeper
2) centre back to replace Klavan
3) left back.

12 Apr 2017 17:59:08
Thing is that the best centre back pairings have a solid midfield in front of them to take the pressure off, so maybe having someone who can stick their boot in and do some dirty work would help.

12 Apr 2017 18:14:13
Goalkeeper is a must, but i fear klopp will be stubborn and stick with karius rather than make him understudy a top class keeper.

CB to partner Matip and or Lovren, klavan should be back up to our backup which will be jo3 gomez.

LB to either be first choice or as it seems we will go down the youth route if I have gotten that right from reading down the page.

I don't think we necessarily need a DM but if Can goes a midfielder with vision who can also control a game would be welcomed.

Other attacking options will be luxury additions for me, but if as i suspect coutinho goes to Barcelona i don't expect further additions on top of brandt as the owners will no doubt ensure we have another window where sales outstrip expenditure.

12 Apr 2017 19:36:06
The most important thing as that we get at least two more players good enough for the first team, and have a strong winning mentality and a bit of leadership so they let some of the big-time Charlies around them phone it in when we're playing the likes of Hull or Swansea.

It's no good signing an entire new back 4 and keeper who are world class against Chelsea and Man City, but then doze off when they're playing whoever's in 15th place. Or in 12 months time we will be in the exact same position we are in now.

12 Apr 2017 19:39:49
* so they won't let. Ooops.

12 Apr 2017 20:06:00
Centre back, Fullback, GK, Winger - done.

12 Apr 2017 20:41:09
So everyone saying GK who is the top class keeper that is going to move to LFC? And why won't they get the same rubbish thrown at them as Karius, rated second best in Germany, gets on here?

12 Apr 2017 21:10:29
Centre back - a top class one and not Heaton or Gibson as I don't see any value in either them given the 'English Premium'.

Left back - Milner isn't a long term solution, no disrespect to him, so I think that this is a bit of a priority.

Striker - Sturridge is probably going so we'll need to replace him (Shame really because I like Studge) .

Centre Defensive midfielder- a centre midfielder who has a bit of defensive nous and can pass the ball would be nice.

Winger - a decent winger to give us more pace and guile out wide.

Unless we can bag ourselves a proper top class keeper, I don't see the point in bringing one in, neither Pickford nor Ruffier are better than Mignolet or Karius so it would be throwing good money to bad. Would also be disappointed if we wasted valuable resources on Oxlade-Chamberlain too as he's just Stewart Downing mk2 only with added injuries.

12 Apr 2017 20:57:17
Butland - because he can catch.

12 Apr 2017 21:06:23
GK - Comanding GK is easily the first buy. Any commanding GK will make defenders at least 10% better with confidence, let alone digging them out of a tight/ pressured situation.

CB - A CB with true leadership that can take over as captian. Hendo is a good player but not a true captain that I believe is needed.

CDM - A true ball winning midfielder who knows his role, win it and pass it simple to the lads who can create.

ST - Honestly a Sturridge mold that is willing to work at least 20% harder. If sturridge could keep fit then the above would be the lot.

No more that 3/ 4 players who will improve first 11.

12 Apr 2017 21:10:37
Goalkeeper (don't think it will happen as Klopp won't want to give up on Karius), centre back, left back, would say right back but hopefully TAA will get more game time. Centre mid and a striker. The squad needs more especially with European football of some sort coming.

12 Apr 2017 23:03:31
Pre injuries Butland was on fire for that season, he needed a full season to show if that was a purple patch or his level. I honestly don't see what would come in and be genuinely better. Would make more sense to me to put intense work in with Karius than spend money needed in other areas.

13 Apr 2017 05:17:15
1) Only glaring weakness IMO is CB - we need one we can build a partnership with Matip long term, and while Lovren is decent we need one to challenge him and Klavan is just 5yrds off the pace and not a long term solution. I wouldn't even mind if we kept Klavan for rotation in cups and to cover potential injuries for another 6-12 months until Gomez has proven his fitness again.

Aside from that, I'd expect the rest of the first team to remain fairly unchanged but there are a few potential improvements and tweaks I'd be happy to see

2) Moreno doesn't have enough to challenge Milner and we need someone for the future - I'd like to see Periera (starter) or Sessegnon (backup)

3) we need a new forward if Sturridge goes. Would be tough for Ings who I'm sure is hoping for a shot, but too much risk to start with just Firmino and Origi, and Ings has yet to prove his fitness. I'd like to see Dembele.

4) Can looks like he is coming on better than expected but we're still exposed if Hendo is injured and we're playing in Europe every few days. I'd like to see Lucas replaced with a PL ready player who's able to add strength in depth so we have at least 5 proven midfielders + Grujic. Obiang is a decent shout but I'd love to see someone who can really dominate midfield for years (even if Hendo is therefore pushed into more of a box-to-box role) .

5) As well as he's played of late, I'm still not convinced by Migs and I'd like to see an experienced keeper come in to provide a challenge to Karius - someone like Handanovic or Ruffier happy to pass on their experience

That's departures of
Sakho, Moreno, Lucas, Sturridge, Migs

Ins of perhaps
Sule, Pereira, Obiang, Dembele, Ruffier

I know we also have Brandt lined up but to me if we get a new CF to cover Sturridge (allowing Firmino to cover wide positions if necessary) then Brandt becomes a luxury item and may even stifle the chances for Woodburn, Ojo and Wilson who look about the right time to start playing regularly.

{Ed001's Note - Sule? Why would Bayern sell him just after signing him?}

13 Apr 2017 07:38:43
To be honest I would prefer to see a new GK and Defence coaching team!

13 Apr 2017 08:46:01
Only hart and butland namned for gk. Hart isn't better than karius and butland has to prove he can get back to where he was prior injury. Id stick with karius and make him as as good as possible.
Cb - listening to exoerts van dijke seems to be favourite. Not sure he's what we need. Talented yes dicsaplined no. Ed01 doesn't rate him. So who for cb?
Left back. Kolsaniac would be great but going to milan? Perirea? ?
Lw. Brandt? Is he strong enough? Berahmi?
I also saw us linked with Talisca from benfica? Brazalian midfielder.
It looks like we are looking at germany or portugal for our signings.

13 Apr 2017 10:31:51
I can see Klopp sticking with Migs and Karius next season, one for PL and one for the CL and cups.

CD is a must-fix-area. Gomez is not quite ready, Klavan never will be. Van Dijk is not a good match for us, trust Klopp to see that. Maybe Nastasic (been some talk about him) or Gimenez of Atletico?

LB is where I'd like to see us splash the cash. True quality here and we'll get an extra 10% out of Couthino. Who though? Can't really come up with a realistic name good enough defending and going forward. Also we'd have Milner to rotate as CM aswell.

Winger/ attacker would be nice, but I'd settle for a promising youngster.

DM- maybe, another Hendo- type in that case. The Makelele-DM is outdated, have to be able to play some ball aswell.

13 Apr 2017 18:01:19
Sorry you're right Ed, don't follow the names that closely just remember Sule and Tah being highly rated options.

13 Apr 2017 20:28:16
Ed01 did mention nastasic abd he looks good now. Already got matip nastasic and kolsaniac should be good together.

12 Apr 2017 15:09:26
hey eds a quick question being a relativly young supporter (21 years of age, following LFC since 2007) I always ask to older fans about what the playing style was in the 70's and 80's at LFC, maybe if you could tell me in an objective way how it was and secondly was Fowler really that great like what everyone told me that he could finish almost any pass that got to him? I am not doubting his quality or whatsoever am just asking for views of people who can educate me on these things.

Believable5 Unbelievable0

{Ed001's Note - 70s and 80s were based on possession, but not for possession's sake like often happens with Barca or Pep's teams. It was about tiring the opponent out by keeping them chasing the ball around, moving them about to create gaps and then hitting those gaps. That was why we scored so many late goals, as we used the possession as a means to an end, rather than it being the sole concern as so many teams think it is now. It could be slow and boring at times, but it was effective.

Fowler was the best striker I have seen play the game in the flesh. He was far more than just a finisher, he could take free kicks around the box, he could beat a man with the ball at his feet and his passing range and vision were top class. Shame about the injuries, because he was the best we have had since Rush.}

12 Apr 2017 16:14:50
Scored loads from outside the box, in fact one of the top ten for goals scored outside the box. Fowler was truly a brilliant player.

12 Apr 2017 16:24:15
thanks for the reply ed001 really appreciate it!

{Ed001's Note - very welcome mate.}

12 Apr 2017 16:47:37
We were so lucky to have such a glut of great strikers to choose from at that time. Rushy goes and you have the indentikit Aldo (with the same muzzy! ), then Fowler dovetails with and learns from the Master Rush, then Owen (spit - but he was lightening for a few seasons), then a bit of a gap to Torres, then Suarez.

12 Apr 2017 16:59:04
Who do you reckon will assume the mantle next Zeddicus? Origi to step up i hope.

12 Apr 2017 16:55:26
Ed001, I loved Ged for a number of reasons, the treble, so close in the league (and we would've won it, I reckon, if it wasn't for his heart condition and subsequent insanity, which is the only reason he could've bought Diouf instead of Anelka! ), but there will always be a cloud hanging over my memory because of the way he treated God.

Many have argued that we sold God at the right time, look at his terrible injuries in years to follow and £15m or so from Leeds was a good price for the era. However, he was that creative genius spark that we missed, arguably, until Suarez arrived.

God vs Ged? No contest!

{Ed001's Note - Ged got rid of Fowler for the same reason he never bought Anelka, they weren't yes men. Ged was power mad. Everything had to be controlled by him, bit like Arsenal with Wenger now, surrounding themselves with yes men is only going to lead to a decline. You need strong people around you to say no when it needs saying.}

12 Apr 2017 17:21:22
I've got to admit, Nick, I expect Origi to be a very good forward for us, but I can't see that spark from him. I would love us to be in for Aubemayang (sic! ), but can't see it given other priorities. Maybe there's someone else that Klopp's got his eye on, either a new recruit or a youth player. It could be Mané or Firmino, tbh, I think they are more likely than Origi.

12 Apr 2017 17:40:09
Surrounding himself with Yes men is what also got BR the sack.

12 Apr 2017 17:58:26
A fit Daniel Sturridge is better than all of those names above.

12 Apr 2017 18:27:35
When my son is born, 12 weeks away im gona brainwash him with videos of robbie fowler. Haha. Show him how to become a proper striker.
Best player i've ever seen. Very bias.

12 Apr 2017 18:31:02
Yet more nonsense Harry!

A fit sturridge is better than Rush, Fowler, Torres and Suarez?

What are you smoking?!

12 Apr 2017 19:00:10
"Yet more nonsense Harry!

A fit sturridge is better than Rush, Fowler, Torres and Suarez?

What are you smoking?! "

😂😂 well put Zed.

12 Apr 2017 19:44:06
I'm desperate to see Sturridge fit and firing for a whole season. He's our best finisher by far but I'm not sure it'll ever happen. He may well be on his way this summer.
That aside, he will never be a patch on Fowler, Rush, Dalglish, Torres, Suarez or even Aldridge. Harry, you must be smoking the good stuff mate!

12 Apr 2017 21:07:38
How did br get into this, we really need to get over br as a fanbase lol. As for origi being a talisman, not so sure, he can be a very good player no doubt but not a great one a suspect. It would be nice to get another world class forward but they don't grow on trees and they don't come cheap either these days. I would personally like to see us go for the young lad dembele from celtic and turn him into a worldie, but i suspect the interest or funds required are not there.

12 Apr 2017 21:12:18
Thing is though, Sturridge isn't able to play more than 25% of games a season.

12 Apr 2017 21:17:25
I once had an argument with another Liverpool fan because I said that ability wise Fowler was on the same level as Raul. Fowler had the lot!

12 Apr 2017 23:37:04
Got to say i agree with you Zeddicus - i think Origi will be good but not quite top level.

13 Apr 2017 03:36:29
Oh dear Harry.

12 Apr 2017 10:27:08
Eds, Oxlade-Chamberlain linked in the tabloids again today. Is there any truth in this and, if yes, who does he replace in the current team as I'm assuming he'd be a starter given his likely price! I'm not sure of his best position to be honest!

Believable1 Unbelievable0

{Ed002's Note - I am not aware of any approach from Liverpool to Oxlade-Chamberlain and it makes little sense as his primary position is similar to Mane. If Klopp sees him playing behind Mane in midfield then it would be that rifght sided role Can and Wijnaldum have been playing in recently.}

12 Apr 2017 11:41:03
Unless Ed we are of course looking at turning him into a full-back.

Really don't see why we would hold interest in him.

unless it's to increase squad size in preparation for European Football. In which, case Stevie G will soon be out of a job as may as well do away with the Youth set-up.

{Ed002's Note - If Liverpool do away with the youth side they will be kicked out of the league.}

12 Apr 2017 15:29:40
Oxs can play in a number of postions in Klopp system and with more games next year we needed a big squad.

But is he better than what we got in the 11 my answer no . Will he push the 11 yes so if we are not talking crazy money I think this can be a very good buy.

Oxs should be looking to play weak in weak . I think he will not get this at Liverpool but people should think if we get a injury to mane Lallana coutinho we would have someone to come in who's better than we got.

{Ed002's Note - The squad is limited by size - Liverpool have 29 first team squad players already and could potentially add two players over 21 - assuming none of the loanees return. After that they need to sell. It is not possible to simply keep adding players.}

12 Apr 2017 16:16:24
What you forgot to add is that although Ox plays in a variety of positions, he doesn't play any of them particularly well.

12 Apr 2017 17:42:34
Probably just his agent trying to get other clubs interested. The guy is pants, injury prone and not even better than those who are already here and is definitely not fit to lace Mane's boots. Klopp called it nonsense at the time this first broke and IMO, it still is nonsense.

12 Apr 2017 17:47:16
I think he's a decent player but not a £35m player.

12 Apr 2017 20:09:38
Why buy Ox when we have a better player than him in Markovic on loan. Makes no sense.

12 Apr 2017 21:08:29
I don't think he is a decent player at all, one trick pony who is also inconsistent with that trick. 35m can get us a proper player, we need to stay well clear.

11 Apr 2017 23:47:47
Hi Eds - read on the european pages that we were looking at Berahami of porto? do you think he would be a good addition? Cheers.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

{Ed002's Note - He is seen potentially as one of the options to Brandt. Brandt would be better.}

12 Apr 2017 09:39:52
Cheers Ed.

12 Apr 2017 10:23:51
Klopp will do well to stay clear of Brahimi. Very inconsistent, definitely not a team player and his work rate is not exactly up to scratch. Can pull off the odd screamer but imo he is just another Nani, and at 27 is already at his peak so will not get much better. Brandt much better imo and has higher potential.

12 Apr 2017 15:56:45
Brandt has real potential and he's doing well for Bayer.

12 Apr 2017 17:14:18
Ed002

Hey ed. I thought I'd heard Brandt to Bayern was effectively done and dusted? Is he still available, and most importantly a viable option for Liverpool?

Have LFC been made aware of what would be needed to complete the transaction?
Any indication as to whether or not Brandt himself would be open to the move, and/ or generally what his own preferences are?

Thanks in advance.

{Ed002's Note - Brandt remains a target and there is no deal with any other club. I don't know what the player wants but he will be open to seeing what his options are.}

12 Apr 2017 18:48:13
Brandt is my first choice. Brahimi is very talented but if he has attitude and work ethic issues that can't be fixed nor improved upon like Klopp did with mane, then no thanks.

12 Apr 2017 21:09:37
Cant honestly say i have seen enough of him brandt to say he would be a good fit or not. I honestly would prefer rafa silva but its a question of style rather than talent or how he would fit into the team and its why im not a manager lol.

12 Apr 2017 18:53:23
OK. Appreciated much ed.
Remains to be seen whether we'll go straight in no-nonsense and get it done, or mess about. in true LFC fashion.

13 Apr 2017 00:25:53
Its a coming, you would prefer Rafa Silva? Who has 2 goals and 3 assists all season in a relatively poor league, I've said it before that I think he would get eaten alive in the Prem, far too small and not enough end product.

13 Apr 2017 15:41:15
HX and that's why im not a football manager, its all opinions anyway.

12 Apr 2017 04:13:54
Ed's do you think Trent AA will get some time in the team next season? If not, will we be looking for cover/ replacement for clyne. He's ok but his ability going forward is lacking and his defending is adequate.

Believable2 Unbelievable0

{Ed001's Note - yes he will get more time next season.}

12 Apr 2017 08:05:42
his ability going forward is way better than Clynes.

12 Apr 2017 13:41:55
hi Ed's, he played in a forward role against Stoke lat time out, i didn't see the the game just the highlights, but on paper he looked like he was playing an attacking mid role. is that a position or even a winger, he is being considered for?

{Ed001's Note - he has played all over the park mate, long term he could literally end up in any position, similar to Gerrard, but, in the short term at least, for now he is learning right back in the first team as that is where we have most need of a player.}

12 Apr 2017 14:53:14
He can also cross the ball.

12 Apr 2017 15:19:06
Cheers.

12 Apr 2017 19:20:51
better end product than both our FB's, really.

12 Apr 2017 20:12:26
Similarly to Guerrierio at Dortmund.

A talented young player that can play fullback, winger, central midfield, most positions really!

12 Apr 2017 00:32:02
Hi all, been a while. Wanted to ask about Hendo.

A few years back, old red nose wrote about Hendo in his book - ". Henderson runs from his knees, with a straight back, while the modern footballer runs from the hips. We thought his gait might cause him problems later in his career. "

At the time I thought he was just stirring things up like he did with the comments on Gerrard. For the past couple of seasons JH is beginning to have a serious amount of time away from the pitch. As much as I would hate it, was Fergie right or are these things totally unrelated?

A player like Sturridge is likely to be shown the door because of injury. Is Hendo moving into that territory?

From what I understand the injury he has now is not related to his gait.

He has plantar (can't spell second word! ) facieitis which is a foot injury that actually can turn into a condition to be managed (as it has with Hendo) rather than ever he cured. In hendo its affected his heel. My dad got this and it affect the ball of his foot (allegedly from stepping awkwardly on an acorn! ) and it took over a year to settle down. And my dad is no athlete!

It has as much to do with Hendo's gait as Shrek has to do with beauty.

🥃 👃 was just stirring.

Hey reds first time poster but have read this sight multiple times a day since the babelcopter and ken aguero days. Love the sight and appreciate everything the eds do (esp ed2 dealing with the retromingent glifnards.

What hendo suffers from is plantar fasciitis. Believe me it is no joke. I suffered for two years with it. Literally there were times I collapsed to my feet in pain upon getting out of my car. I spent well over $10k seeking treatment to no avail over the two years. Then one day I went to a running store thinking a top notch pair of running shoes would help. The lady in fact said no you need to get this product. The company is called triggerpoint but I forget the exact item. Anyways she had me do an exercise that took about a minute. Immediate relief. I performed this exercise twice daily (and still do to this day) and have zero problems. I guess the point is I know some of tou (ed1 squaretomato) have contacts at the club if there is anyway to get this info to them. It costs a mere $100 usd and I would swear by it. It's a long shot but this thing performed a miracle for me and maybe it could help our beloved captain.

Red nosed whiskey face was just peeved that he got roundly rejected by Hendo cos he picked LFC over his mob. That's all. Hendo's foot condition has nothing to do with whatever the bitter old man had to say.

{Ed025's Note - thats not a very nice thing to say about the most successful british manager of all time N red..

Ok ok Calm down!

Guys PLEASE get off the eds backs for God's sake, they have enough to do here without putting up with complete garbage from the Knuckledraggers as ED002. put it.

Let's get down to business. There's a lot of big games to go between now and the end of the season for the top 6 teams and also the bottom 6 teams and anything can happen better now and then, so saying that let's get back to business and discuss what we think and hope will happen over the next few weeks and discuss what teams will end up where and how.

IE : Who will slip up at the top and which teams at the bottom will help that cause for the reason they are battling for survival in the top league.

This is the most important stage of the league right now and the most exciting, so let's not get dragged into the whole Who's the next Marquee signing etc or is this kid joining to qualify as a squad player next season due to the ban.

Decisions have been made so live it it and move on as now the players need our support more than ever to grab that top four position more than ever.
I honestly beleive if we achieve 3rd the skys the limit for next season if the right players are brought in and some moved on but that's another discussion for another day.

Get behind the lads and stop all the bickering.
