And Gary Neville is still a tit.

In other news, a leopard will always have spots.

30 Oct 2016 00:19:17
What did he do this time lol? He's been such a clown recently.

29 Oct 2016 22:10:26
I think a special mention should go to the traveling fans, they were amazing.

Believable11 Unbelievable1

30 Oct 2016 03:01:19
Yes mate +++.

29 Oct 2016 22:06:06
Not long ago people here says we have already replaced coutinho with youngsters from academy or we could buy X or Y player.
The fact is even on his off day he is inside the top 5 best playmaker in the league. And when he has time on the ball ( until padrew decided to put a night watchman Cabaye to stop the show ) He is world class.

It was Herrera who stopped Coutinho against United which did the damage but today Padrew ( no brains ) had no clue how to man mark the man.

Believable5 Unbelievable1

29 Oct 2016 23:42:37
100% agree with your post. Coutinho is quality and I was pretty amazed during the summer that people were suggesting we could just fill the void if he departed.

29 Oct 2016 23:48:47
He's stepped up another level this season, we all knew he was capable of the form he's showing at the moment, just not the consistency to show it regularly which he is now doing.

30 Oct 2016 01:01:22
I think it's more the fact other players are stepping up and are capable of some magic so it's not all on him and when he has a quiet game it's not as noticible because we can still get the results.

Plus they can't just focus on stopping him when we have mane and firmino darting about everywhere and lallana finding spaces. The attacking unit is clicking big time. All parts working effectively together. It's a joy to see.

30 Oct 2016 05:09:11
You were one of the guys saying negagative things about Coutinho, Harry.

Is this a mini crush on Coutinho before reaffirming your love affair with Kovacic?

30 Oct 2016 05:26:16
He has improved again this season and I agree that he is one of the best in the premiership.

I think the discussion during the summer was more around whether we would sell if a big silly offer came in for him from Spain of France.

Don't think there were many wanting him to go. Hopefully top 4 and champions league next season and he won't want to go anywhere else either.

30 Oct 2016 07:33:31
Coutinho is awesome but we are not dependant on him.

We smashed Leicester 4-1 with Firmino, Sturridge and Mane up top.

30 Oct 2016 10:58:42
Nonsense AG

I have never uttered anything negative on coutinho. The lad is naturally gifted.

29 Oct 2016 19:43:38
Any chance of match review ed?

Believable3 Unbelievable0

{Ed001's Note - just doing it now.}

29 Oct 2016 21:47:28
Some of the football we played tonight was out of this world. An absolute pleasure to watch.
Well done lads. brilliant!

29 Oct 2016 23:34:46
Great team performance.
Palace couldn't cope with our movement and pace of moving the ball.
Well done lads

Ps that Mcarthur is a tidy footballer. Impressive to say the least.

30 Oct 2016 05:28:42
But poor defending again. If we are going to challenge the top 4 we need to be more solid.

Great to watch but it will cost us.

29 Oct 2016 21:19:08
What a result, knew we'd win! another great 3 points, these are the types of fixtures we need to be winning and we did it, last year its the type of fixtures we'd have lost. Great game, excellent 3 points. Bring on Watford!

Believable7 Unbelievable1

29 Oct 2016 21:40:49
You said we would keep clean sheet mate.

29 Oct 2016 21:51:18
Yeah I did, and also said we'd win, 1 out of 2 right.

30 Oct 2016 01:24:33
Maybe we should validate all your past claims Harry ;o)

29 Oct 2016 20:58:38
Our front 3 are all 24 years old. Henderson is 26. Emre can is only 22 years old. Let that sink in. Origi is 21
Matip looks a fantastic defender, 25. Karius 23. BTW he hit a few out towards the end but for the most part his passing out was outstanding.
Fantastic group of young outstanding players with their best years ahead of them. I do worry about coutinho if Barcelona etc call but in all its a great out look.

Believable12 Unbelievable1

30 Oct 2016 00:32:48
Karius needs to improve, that much is certain, his passing out is a great attribute but its other fundamentals that he has lacked so far, i haven't really seen him make really good saves yet, although i think he made a decent one today. Still very early and the jurys still out but i couldn't say he's any better than mignolet, apart from distrubution. that's not to be a negative spin on the result, another 3 points and we are playing the best football in the league at the minute, but matip and at times milner have been our only bright parts in defence.

I agree, we have to make certain we retain our best players, otherwise we won't be able to build on what we are making this season.

30 Oct 2016 02:14:54
Kman, what exactly did Karius do wrong?

29 Oct 2016 20:11:47
Does anyone else think karius looks like George mcfly from back to the future.

Believable4 Unbelievable4

29 Oct 2016 20:43:48
Are you suggesting his son is about to arrive back from the future to chat up Loris's girlfriend!?!?

Will it improve his keeping?

29 Oct 2016 20:00:16
I see Alan pardew whining about 3 penalties but forgets about the handball that prevented couts scoring. His team got played of the park and to deflect his teams performance and their crap home record that was the only card he had to play. I absolutely detest the man.

Believable15 Unbelievable3

29 Oct 2016 20:06:54
Can't stand him either. He's a little upstart.

29 Oct 2016 20:07:52
He is a better dancer than manager.

29 Oct 2016 20:09:04
Sour grapes from Pardew. His team were played off the park. Oh, and we look awesome.

29 Oct 2016 20:36:52
What penalties, zaha should have seen yellow for continuous diving.

29 Oct 2016 20:37:05
And he's a crap dancer.

29 Oct 2016 20:40:50
Don't you just love it when you beat a bad loser 😎.

29 Oct 2016 20:51:43
Who's worse? him or Tiny penis? (wba! )

29 Oct 2016 21:44:12
BT Sport always have Howard Webb in the studio appraising referee descisions. He said that all three of Palaces penalty decisions were correct and that Andre Mariner was absolutely right to disallow them.
However, he said that Liverpool should have been awarded a penalty for a definite Crystal Palace hand ball.
Stick that in your pipe Pardew!

30 Oct 2016 02:19:50
None often hem were penalties and we don't need Webbo to tell us that. Zaha is a diver and does absolutely nothing to stay on his feet so when he gets past you, he's already stumbling and on his way down. Same things happened today. Pardew should put a sock in it because he team got hammered and should have been six. Pathetic, really.

30 Oct 2016 03:24:14
Howard Webb has switch allegiance from manU to us?

29 Oct 2016 19:57:32
This was the game I was most worried about our hoodoo club and to be fair my worries where justified after the first half I thought it's just going to be one of them games but we came through it with three points and we march on forget the mistakes Lovren just had one of them moments and going forward we really are scary I don't see another team that matches us going forward it reminds me of the fluent Barcelona a few years back where everytime they went forward they looked like they would score it's just brilliant to watch.

Believable7 Unbelievable2

29 Oct 2016 23:31:25
Lovren mistake one end.

Mane misses an abaolute sitter the other end.

Mistakes happen in football we all know that but we should all be fair in our criticisimn and praise.

29 Oct 2016 19:54:13
I think, people who think klopp is a one trick man manager coach needs to look at the difference between the two preferd forewards for us and his successful Dortmund teams.
Firminio and emerick
Position versus pace.

Believable8 Unbelievable2

29 Oct 2016 20:45:59
Let's see how the season progresses, but i see Klopp figuring out how to beat even the Mourinhos of this world.

Repeat for the last 3/ 4 of the season and we will be champs on 87 points.

29 Oct 2016 21:56:02
position or precision?

29 Oct 2016 21:57:50
nevermind, had a brainfart.

29 Oct 2016 22:31:32
Zed, you might want to check out Klopp's overall record against Mourinho 😄😄.

29 Oct 2016 23:19:40
Or maybe just enjoy it.

29 Oct 2016 23:31:07
Good point, Ron!

I meant in the EPL!

*hides face*.

30 Oct 2016 00:42:15
Zed he also beat mourinho last season in the epl 3-1 so its 1 win and 1 draw so still a good record. I think its very unfair to call him a one trick pony, i think we can all agree we where very suprised to see a change in system at the beginning of the season from his prefered 4-2-3-1 to a 4-3-3, and he did that to suit the players he had.

A midfield of hendo, wiji and lallana was almost unthinkable considering most of us wanted a more defensive midfielder, but it worked for the most part. So he's capable of change, its just the defensive side we have continued to be bad in. Its almost like he concedes that we will let in goals so we have to focus on outscoring.

Zonal marking has to be scrapped, and we have to really emphasise on crosses (either from corners or open play) . That would be my only criticism in an otherwise brilliant start to the season. We have been the best attacking team in the league quite easily.

30 Oct 2016 02:24:41
Klopp owns Mou in the head to head and Klopp plays multiple systems like the 4-3-3, 4-2-3-1 or the 4-4-2 diamond like we did vs Dortmund at home, Saints on the road last season and vs Spurs in the League Cup this week, all wins. He's no one trick pony and evidence bears that out.

29 Oct 2016 19:53:42
Hello fellow reds fans. A superb win away at Palace, a match we would have lost/ drawn in previous years. Yes there were errors in the match but in general we were the better side by far. Our skipper has had his critics since he arrived (I have posted to support him previously) . Our magician got the MOM award today but what a game Hendo had. He has been superb all season and is worth his weight in gold a deserved skipper. Ed 1, in my opinion, irreplaceable and a credit to the club. Your thoughts?

Believable9 Unbelievable0

{Ed001's Note - I love Henderson, he has been an integral part of the team this season and is getting better. He is very much the leader of this side.}

29 Oct 2016 20:02:09
Play a top class midfielder alongside him who knows position to the core, could tackle and has the grit on his face. Break the bank and buy that one Souness / Viera or Keane. Henderson is much more than a holding midfielder.

29 Oct 2016 20:04:04
That defense splitting pass to Firmino for the final goal was a work of art. He's comes miles ahead from the days we tried to trade him for Clint Dempsey. (Dempsey, who's that? Exactly! )

29 Oct 2016 20:09:47
I think Hendo could be one of those players who makes people reevaluate what a holding midfielder is or can be. A bit like makele did when he was at Madrid and Chelsea and Alonso did after. He's been a revelation this season. Well done to klopp for working his magic on so many players he may have his faults but making players better he's got to be close to the best the premier league has seen!

29 Oct 2016 20:40:47
Agreed, I was one of those people who thought he was one of those buys that we would sell two seasons down the road when he arrived. But he has proved all his doubters wrong and deserves the armband.

29 Oct 2016 20:44:09
Hendo was excellent in 13/ 14 when he was injury free and had a good consistent run of games, this season looks like he has his fitness back and the injury worries he had previously are lesser now so he is able to just get on with playing football. He is playing a different role as well and is improving as an all-round midfielder, and seems to be growing into the captains role. Proving his importance to the team.

29 Oct 2016 21:25:19
What I really like is his positioning on second balls - he is always there for the simple 5 yard pass. He is playing so well at the moment, so pleased for the lad - I hammered him a few times last year, but fair play, been incredible this season - delighted for him and us.

29 Oct 2016 21:37:43
I remember reading a lot in the summer and so many people was against Hendo, where are they now? fantastic player!

29 Oct 2016 21:49:41
The ball to Moreno for the first was a fantastic Lil ball aswell and credit to Moreno his delivery, not just for the first goal although it was very well controlled, was very good today!

29 Oct 2016 22:22:28
To be fair lfc16 on last years form it was difficult to see where Hendo fitted in. Not that I was one of those people. Credit to klopp and Hendo for proving all the doubters wrong. Perfect fit for his position and this team.

30 Oct 2016 02:28:59
He was injured for most of last season so should not be judged on that season. Hendo already won me over when he refused to leave to Fulham and knuckled down and worked to be indispensable to the team the season we almost won the PL. he has nothing to prove to anyone else but himself and the haters need to let it go or they will keep eating their words.

29 Oct 2016 19:52:50
We are exciting, entertaining. We score goals for fun and we conced goals for fun.
We are the most watched side on all the TV across the globe. We are the favorites of nreutrals. But we ain't any compete team and we wouldn't win the league.

11 years since Rafa left and 11 years since I had a belief in my defense.

Great Sunday ahead.

Believable3 Unbelievable12

29 Oct 2016 20:04:30
I know the defence have let in 2 tonight but it is hard to be overly critical considering Moreno set up the first, Lovren scored the second, and Matip scored the third!

29 Oct 2016 20:39:54
11 years since Rafa left? Maths clearly not your strong point.

29 Oct 2016 21:42:57
My bad. 7 years.

29 Oct 2016 22:33:43
So can I interpret from your post that you don't believe we can win the league?
Disappointing.

30 Oct 2016 08:19:32
Ron
Always like to read your posts due to your positivity. If fans don't think we can win the league this year, I don't know what more Klopp can do to convince people. Joint top of the league, away victories at Arsenal Chelsea Palace (a bogey team in previous years) . YES WE CAN WIN THE LEAGUE!

29 Oct 2016 19:52:19
18 more wins needed! . great game today.

Believable6 Unbelievable2

29 Oct 2016 20:08:03
That would put us on 77 points. You are mad if you think that will win us the league.

29 Oct 2016 20:41:28
No MK, you're assuming we will lose the other 10 games.

29 Oct 2016 20:56:43
There will be inevitable draws
.

29 Oct 2016 21:28:09
Ron even if we drew all 10 we would finish on 87 points which is probably what will be required to win the title this season.

I cannot see us going 28 games without losing once though. Be great if we do, but I would say we need to just forget this nonsense and focus on winning the next game.

You cannot sensibly say 18 wins will be enough. We are joint top. What if City get 22 wins? Then 18 wins and even 10 draws wouldn't be enough.

29 Oct 2016 22:34:35
I'm not saying anything except your first post was wrong.

30 Oct 2016 05:48:31
Mk u are embarrassing yourself!

Just stop i'm going to quote the eds RTFP he said nothing about losses jeez stop assuming and if u disagree there's a button for that!

30 Oct 2016 07:41:38
Believe me mate, I'm not the one embarrassing myself here.

The OP stated 18 more wins as if that would guarantee us the title. It won't. We should never look further than the next game. Maintain that attitude and you win far more than if you target a specific number over a large period.

I just want to beat Watford next weekend, thank you.

29 Oct 2016 19:51:08
The Can, Wynaldum debate. Both different type of player but both do an effective job for the way Klopp likes to play. Can takes more of a chance whereas Gino is a safer player. For me Can carries the ball better which changes the tempo more and is my choice from the start. I'm sure it will be dependent on what opponent we face.

Believable7 Unbelievable4

29 Oct 2016 20:42:10
Wiji passes the ball and transitions the ball better in my eyes. But Can is more physical and more direct. It's healthy competition for places along with the likes of sturridge, origi, ings, TAA, Stewart and hopefully Moreno and Gomez all pushing for first 11 it's great to see.

29 Oct 2016 19:44:11
Just wanna say outstanding before the game review from ed001. You were right in how Pardew has zero idea how to organise his team. Instead the only reason they got anything from this game was due to mistakes from us. Kudos ed01.

Believable6 Unbelievable1

{Ed001's Note - cheers mate, it is nice to be proved right!}

29 Oct 2016 19:43:53
Master class by Coutinho tonight. Brilliant passing and excellent distribution of the ball. Central midfield is his true calling. This could be the season of seasons for him.

How did we not score 7-8 goals tonight?

10 games have been played. And I would say we're on course for the title. Our one worrying weakness is the defense and only the left side with Lovren/ Moreno/ Lucas taking turns at major errors. Our attack is probably the best in the league. And the midfield is up there with the best.

Believable4 Unbelievable1

29 Oct 2016 19:37:52
Jordan Henderson?
CAPTAIN OF LIVERPOOL.

Hey eds, have you noticed how awesome Liverpool is this year? Ya got to love that winning feeling!

Coop.

Believable6 Unbelievable1

{Ed001's Note - since I got to Spain to visit my parents we haven't lost. If this luck keeps on I will be moving in!}

29 Oct 2016 21:40:57
Lol ed1, did you go to that pub today mate? only I don't think it's the pub now, it must be just you living over there, keep there mate! we'll win everything haha.

{Ed001's Note - yes, went to the bar, have been there for every game as it is either that or watch on a crap stream on a slow connection. It might not be the bar, as the Tuesday night games the bar is shut for, but I am not taking a chance.}

29 Oct 2016 19:26:52
OK ed001

10 games in can we have that eagerly awaited analysis you promised please?

3pts today that's all that matters forget the mistakes there was loads in all the games today, palace are our bogey team and we came away with the win.

23pts -10 games Personally I'm happy.

Believable2 Unbelievable1

{Ed001's Note - I will do that this week for you mate.}

29 Oct 2016 20:03:59
Cheers ed looking forward to that 👍🏻.

Watching Dele Alli and though I believe he is one who got away, I still think Spurs was a good move for him as he would have been wasted in Liverpool.

Believable3 Unbelievable4

29 Oct 2016 15:36:14
Rodgers would've had him playing right wing back! So he dodged a bullet there.

He also wouldn't get into our current team. Who would he replace out of Lallana, Coutinho, Mane and Firmino?

29 Oct 2016 16:32:24
More like playing U23.

29 Oct 2016 13:28:32
I am pretty sure anyone could play better than Sunderland. Even the Eds, if they form a team could score a couple against them. They are dreadful and I believe they should have been relegated last season.

Believable5 Unbelievable5

29 Oct 2016 14:23:57
There were three teams worse than them last season.

29 Oct 2016 15:13:38
Somehow they always survive, this season they won't, I watched the game today and they're terribly bad.

29 Oct 2016 13:16:30
Hi Red family hope it's ok if I share this with you guys.
About three weeks ago I posted that my mam had cancer and we hadn't really spoken. Well unfortunately yesterday she passed away and I was never really allowed to make my peace with her. She had a great life and really knew how to enjoy herself. She's at home and even now I'm not being let in. I will be there at the graveside to say goodbye. I just have to concentrate on my family and just try and get on with things.

Will there be time for a pre-match review for todays match?

Cheers.

29 Oct 2016 20:29:02
Good luck for the future and my condolences stay strong.

29 Oct 2016 10:20:22
Ed01,If you are around.
Who would you pick from the two?
Wijnaldum or Schniderlin.

Believable0 Unbelievable3

{Ed001's Note - is this a real question? Wijnaldum has been part of a successful team for us, while Schneiderlin has not been able to get his career going since joining Man Utd. It is not a difficult pick is it?}

29 Oct 2016 10:25:01
Whose a better player in that position pen alonsgdie Henderson? I always rated Morgan.

29 Oct 2016 10:33:43
Michelle Keegan or Sonia Jackson?

29 Oct 2016 10:34:13
Two completely different players which makes the question a bit odd too.

29 Oct 2016 10:49:19
Must be a wind up question.

29 Oct 2016 10:50:12
Even Sonia Jackson is better than Schneiderlin.

29 Oct 2016 10:50:40
Sweet Chin

Schniderlin is not getting games while Wijnaldum is first choice at Liverpool. They are not even one in the same player.

Are you suggesting that we need to add Schniderlin to our midfield? If that is the case then we may as well bring Shrek from UTD too. Klopp will be doing more than just Kung Fu kicks on the sidelines. That is for sure.

29 Oct 2016 10:58:47
Never rated Morgan just like his buddy Wanyama. He should never have left the Saints as he and Wanyama have been exposed as system players as in, players who work well in a system and once taken out of it, they are revealed as poor.

29 Oct 2016 11:16:31
I used to like Morgan while he was at saints. But he was chasing his own shadow since he joined united.

{Ed001's Note - he has not been used correctly, but he is not suited to our system either.}

29 Oct 2016 11:24:28
The Schneiderlin we saw at Saints is the better of the two players, but the Schneidelin at Man Utd is worse than a conference league player. Wijnaldum on the other hand has improved with every game and may go on to be better than Southampton's Scheiderlin.

29 Oct 2016 11:50:45
id stick with wijnaldum. we don't have a true dm, bt i actually like how its working now with all 3 midfielder expected to cover each other both in attack and defense.

its not perfect, bt i'd like to think nothing is.

29 Oct 2016 12:05:15
You got that spot on Indian.
Morgan was fantastic at saints and I would have taken him over any other CM in a heart heart. People can go around and beat all their bushes. Morgan is a wonderful player. A midfielder who could actually pass and Tackle.

29 Oct 2016 09:15:24
Is there any particular reason Ings wasn't involved in the U23's last night?

Place on the bench today maybe, 2+2=5 and all that?

Let's hope so, would be great to see him get some time on tonight.

Can't see him on the bench enth tonight. Origi and Sturbridge on the bench.

See lots of discussion going on about Clyne. This season Clyne is slightly better than last season. The only reason why he is our regular is because he has no competition in the first team squad. It was the same with Skrtel who road his luck for many years and when Klopp arrived we had a manager who could finally see that Skrtel was not good enough.

Clyne's value is increasing and chances are he will be off next summer. He has no choice but to get stuck in and perform better as he knows potential suitors are watching.

This past summer the club wanted to move Clyne on. ED001 and ED002 were clear on this and is the reason why Clyne was unhappy.

There will be those who disagree, Clyne clearly is not the long term solution otherwise the club would not have been offering him around. He will be our regular until the end of the season. The more minutes he clocks up, the further his value increases.

He's not a world beater but personally I think he is an excellent right back for a top six club.
Reliable, consistent and effective- and significantly better than he was last season.
I think we would struggle to find a good upgrade on him at the moment, although klopp must have had a couple of players in mind if he was trying to sell Clyne?

29 Oct 2016 10:15:49
Our squad is just far to big, we have many less games than last season.

There was no point in signing another RB unless we could move Clyne on. If we had signed another RB without moving Clyne on then that in return would also hamper chances for our youngsters. Clyne would also then be sitting on our bench and add no value as in the situation with Moreno.

Clyne will do for now, he is not the worst RB you will find. Problem is that he is 25 now and is not showing that he has the ability to take it to the next level.

29 Oct 2016 10:20:43
He's alright but excellent? nah, he's playing good but I agree max he will be off in the summer, I hope TAA can step up. the lad looks brilliant and I believe he can do the job, even now! but yeah it's worth playing Clyne until the end of the season get his value up and cash in.

29 Oct 2016 10:36:48
it would cost 30m plus to replace Clyne. also being English helps with quotas

unless he goes downhill expect to see him at Lpool for a few yrs.

29 Oct 2016 11:02:34
Clyne is serviceable and nothing more. Besides, good fullbacks left or right, are becoming a rare breed as most now are converted wingers who lack positional awareness and defensive nous. Clyne will do for now but excellent, he like his England colleague Walker, he is definitely not.

29 Oct 2016 11:20:27
I think the point is that while he won't go down as one of the greats, are there really many better right backs out there who we could just go pick up? Personally I don't think there are, would be interested to hear proven upgrades on him that we could go for instead.

29 Oct 2016 11:26:40
Why would it take 30 million to replace Clyne? We already have Flanno and TAA waiting in the wings and Milner will probably used as cover for RB anyways once a new LB arrives in the summer. People expecting Klopp to splurge money on a new RB will be disappointed. Clyne will simply be replaced by a new LB.

29 Oct 2016 11:34:41
Yeah I'm with the majority of posters here when I say he is no better than decent, he has a complete inability to mark on crosses. Borja Baston should have put us out of sight from Clyne's inability to mark him and Ibra could have pinched the 3 points last week from another Clyne switch-off. He's shown improvement in his all round play this season but his inability to man mark stops him being a top right back. If the rumours of £25m+ are true then we would be mad not to accept.

29 Oct 2016 12:19:26
Completely agree with IB. Replacing Clyne is free.

I see Flanno providing cover to TAA next year, unless he can really shake off his injury at Burnley, then it may be the other way round.

Would be nice for Clyne to leave with a medal or two, tho!

nither of the two you've listed have proved they can play 1st team for a long run of a season-

If you want a title winning team nither of the 2 you listed would instantly make any top 6 team.

I don't understand how people still see Flanaghan as an option. 2 years injured, and now 1 year on loan with probably minimal playing time. I like the boy and all that, but come on. It's too much of a risk to count on him, even as a backup. Some players will simply not make it - either due to lack of ability, lack of effort or bad luck. In Flanno's case, it's sadly bad luck. I'm not writing him off, but I don't see the light at the end of this tunnel.

Really nervous for tonights game. I don't know why but always hate facing Palace, and away. i think its going to be a very hard game.
Love the way were playing currently and couldn't be happier with Klopp being at realm, just hope their big, tall players don't get too many balls in the box as defensively we could struggle.

1-3 (I am hoping)

We'll do them mate.

29 Oct 2016 09:23:15
I'm the same, horrible away game! Always feel like everything goes wrong qtbselhurst Park! except a 6-1 win there opening day of the season in the 90's.

29 Oct 2016 09:45:11
Hopefully Matip will have Benteke in his back pocket. Palace will be trying to get in as many crosses as possible. All clubs know where Liverpool's weakness lies defensively. As long as we score more than the opposition then Bob's your uncle.

We just need to keep on sticking to our game plan. Press high, force the opposition into mistakes, attack in numbers and convert our chances.

Not going to be an easy fixture as Palace will try to do what UTD did and that is disrupt our quick passing game.

29 Oct 2016 10:23:05
No game is easy but I don't see Palace and Benteke as a threat, I think we'll do them without a doubt. well, I hope so anyway! We need to be beating teams like palace, it's what we've failed on in the past we need them 3 points to keep up there. Let's hope its like last weekened, other top end teams losing points and we get the 3, that'll do me just fine.

29 Oct 2016 11:04:44
We need to win this and the next home game before going away to the Saints as that my friends, will be our toughest game to date. But before all that, we have to beat CP to keep momentum going.

29 oct 2016 10:38:34
i really hope for a clean sheet tonight. with this team, nothing short of a win. there is nothing to panic about mate. christian b is static, he is got no movement to trouble us and for aerial duels, that's why we have matip. on the flanks, crystal palace has got skills but no end product so i fancy a win and a clean sheet here. although it has to be said that footie can be weird at times. paint selhurst red lads!
ynwa.

29 Oct 2016 12:22:10
Don't Care about clean sheet, any win will do.

Having sat in the pouring rain watching a woeful performance whilst we got beat 1-3 at Selhurst Park a couple of years ago (the absolute rock bottom of Rodgers reign), any win will do!
