Liverpool are scouting Sandar Amzoun. Comfirned by a source.
You are too good ED02. The player looks awesome. Perfect fit for Klopp system.

Believable1 Unbelievable16

10 Nov 2016 01:56:17
lol 'confirmed by a source' ok Harry.

10 Nov 2016 05:00:29
The guy is a complete dud. No way should we buy him. His first touch is truly awful.

10 Nov 2016 07:05:11
Yeah I checked YouTube and wondered WTF?
Then I checked who the OP was πŸ˜„.

10 Nov 2016 13:19:54
Normally his favourite players aren't at out club so keep liking him bud πŸ˜‚.

10 Nov 2016 13:25:51
Harry, no he isn`t. He`s not what we need, not that good and for someone who like bigging up other teams` players like you do, who do you compare Amzoun to? Ozil? Sanchez? Torres or Hazard?

10 Nov 2016 13:56:36
Hilarious. As usual.

09 Nov 2016 18:53:44
I have been avoiding Liverpool players in Fantasy League as I have this superstition that once I take them, they will stop performing. This happened few times last season.

Since we are playing great, I don't want to jinx it but one the other hand my FPL position is pretty bad.

Any suggestions?

Believable7 Unbelievable1

09 Nov 2016 19:23:17
Finish low in the league proudly.

09 Nov 2016 19:51:20
Unless the pot to the winner of your FPL is more than the value of a Championship after 27 years, I think you know the answer!

09 Nov 2016 20:04:52
I've got Mane and Firmino (capt and v-capt) plus Origi. I transferred Origi in and Coutinho out before the first game - gutted 😑.

09 Nov 2016 21:20:07
I have Mane as Captain as well with Firmino as squad player. Wish I could get Coutinho in.

09 Nov 2016 22:11:32
Me too buddy, personally I'd rather Liverpool win and my fpl so finish last proudly with me.

09 Nov 2016 22:15:04
Not the only one mate, i stopped putting our players in this year because it always seems to jinx it when i do, safe to say its worked.

I'd rather my fantasy team suffers potential points losses than end our good form!

10 Nov 2016 00:06:54
I'm a jinx I've got ibra Valencia an pogba πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Sanchez πŸ˜‚ Barkley πŸ˜‚ πŸ‘Œ.

10 Nov 2016 08:07:13
I got all three of firmino, coutinho and mane. Last week was incredible, my roommate, he a arsenal fan, his face was priceless. Especially since he had bet he would score more :D.

10 Nov 2016 08:50:34
Got Lallana, Coutinho and Mane. Loving life.

10 Nov 2016 09:18:45
firmino (c), coutinho and llalana last week. Happy man.

10 Nov 2016 10:52:26
firmino (c), coutinho and llalana last week. Happy man.

10 Nov 2016 11:34:00
I've got Mane, Firmino and Coutinho (C) all are classes as midfielders too they get even more points for goals and assists. Storming up the league.

10 Nov 2016 12:58:00
I am the exact same. I never pick liverpool players for fear i will break them. It is the same reason i lost last man standing at my work. i'd rather lose 20 euro than see liverpool lose. I have the same theory with my favourite liverpool mug. I need to drink coffee in my mug while watching the pool.

10 Nov 2016 17:10:33
Thnx guys. used my wild card. (hazard and kane in)

No Liverpool players so hopefully we keep on doing well :)

10 Nov 2016 20:05:37
If we're playing a team with someone whose in my ff I usually put them as captain or at least off the bench, because my record is that bad. I put hazard as cap when we played Chelsea, and Ives when we played the mancs. Although I can't take full credit for them not scoring I would like some πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.

09 Nov 2016 14:43:06
It's come out in the news today that my family members has signed for the academy (Jason Koumas's son) . All I know is he turned down all the big clubs including five figure sums, private education for the siblings and housing arrangements. He was signed on Robbie F's recommendation so hopefully big things ahead for the lad!

Believable24 Unbelievable0

09 Nov 2016 15:06:20
good luck to the lad.

09 Nov 2016 20:06:22
Turned down all the big clubs? There's no club bigger than LFC 😎
Good decision by the lad, talent and brains! πŸ†.

09 Nov 2016 21:10:30
Well done son. YNWA.

10 Nov 2016 00:08:16
Any tickets thenπŸ˜‰πŸ‘Œ.

10 Nov 2016 11:35:10
Congrats to the lad and hope he does well. Also well said Ron.

Burnley Premier League season so far

09 Nov 2016 10:07:21
{Ed's Note - We have posted a new article entitled, Burnley Premier League season so far

Believable4 Unbelievable1

09 Nov 2016 09:44:07
I know with the African cup of nations we will be missing mane for about a month or so but I really think loosing matip for that period would have been more devastating to us. mane has settled in really well and would love not to loose any if them but I think matip is different class. I don't wanna say we got him on a free as I don't know what agent fees sign on fees or wages he be on but quite frankly I couldn't give 2 hoots. it was considerably less than total fees city spent on stones and United did on bailey angry arsenal did on mustafi. I know which of them 4 I would be pickin in my team.

Believable14 Unbelievable1

09 Nov 2016 10:00:00
point is, our attack is alright, we have people to cover Mane whilst he's away. Matip however is arguably the best defender we have so if it'd of been him going yes, it'd of been a big loss. thankfully he's staying.

09 Nov 2016 10:12:20
Yea great post mate could not agree more. Mane can be replaced by divok or danny. Two brilliant players in my opinion. Hopefully lucas and lovren can hold the fort in that time!

09 Nov 2016 10:40:32
Mane can be replaced but his level cannot be matched at this stage anyway!

09 Nov 2016 11:13:00
Guys,

Matip if I recall what the Eds have said previously, Matip is not going.

Could any of the Eds kindly confirm?

cheers.

{Ed002's Note - I don't know if anything is finalised but he has rejected the opportunity to play for Cameroon for a while.}

09 Nov 2016 13:48:20
Matip has definitely said that he is not going to ACON.

He wants ti stay put and make the best of the chance he has been given to play for one of Europe's top clubs.

i ddon't know the state or quality of the Cameroon team but this decision definitely benefits us.

09 Nov 2016 15:03:19
I actually feel Mane is a bigger miss than we might think.
We have quality that can come in but it's not the same quality that Mane brings. His pace alone does so much for Coutihno and Firmino.

The little pockets defenders leave to compensate for his acceleration allows both of them more space, when coupled with their technique, allows incredible opportunities for them in key areas.

For instance, look at the one game where we had no Mane. A 2-0 loss to Burnley. That Liverpool team set a record for the highest possession in game while losing.

They kept it so tight at the back and made us look restricted.

I do realise we will have off days at the front and so this one off result can't be solely based on having no Mane. I believe we have games against Man Utd and Chelsea while he's away at AFCON. I would much prefer a side with Mane in but I have faith our team can cope for a couple games without him, especially with how well they are playing.

Pretty sure Matip has confirmed a while ago he will not be joining Cameroon - which is a nice bonus.

09 Nov 2016 15:15:59
thank you Ed02

incidentally what tea are you drinking now that Trump is in power?
Wow and just wow!

{Ed002's Note - I like your English Breakfast Tea. I need to get back in to the habit of fruit teas in the afternoons.}

09 Nov 2016 18:29:39
I trust that Klopp has already planned for Mane`s absence (which doesn`t mean he will sign anyone as that makes no sense at all) . We have Studge and Origi who can deputise for at least four games and I`m sure Klopp will reshape the team to get the best of it again. I`m not worried. And Matip has already said he`s no longer interested in playing for Cameroon anymore, at least for now.

09 Nov 2016 19:51:24
Sturrudge has proved he is dreadful on the wings. Playing him out in the wings is as similar to Walcott occupying the flanks.

09 Nov 2016 20:10:20
4-4-2 diamond while Mane is away. DS and RF up top, PC behind. Will be lethal.

09 Nov 2016 20:43:59
My point exactly, Andy and we have evidence that this formation works. See EFL Cup vs Spurs and EFL Cup vs Saints last season.

09 Nov 2016 21:14:26
Klopp doesn't play diamond. I expect a winger to come in January. We are going for the title this season.

10 Nov 2016 09:50:12
Harry, the last thing we need to do is buy another winger, why? that'd be spending money for spending moneys sake, it'd just be stupid.

I keep seeing you talk about us needing to sign this player and that player in January but we don't need to bring anybody in. We have more than enough quality in the first team to cover Mane's absense. So we go and buy a winger because Mane is out for a month? then what? then the new wingers on the bench at best, we need to give the youngsters a chance, not go and sign more players. If anything we need to offload a couple.

10 Nov 2016 13:33:06
Harry, you are wrong again. Klopp played a diamond 4-4-2 vs Spurs in the EFL Cup with Studge and Origi up top, vs Saints last season in the EFL Cup with Studge and Origi, and in the second half vs Dortmund with Studge and Origi, all resounding victories so again, you are wrong. What you expect is your opinion and nothing more and I expect that you will be disappointed. Nobody will come in as a month-long stop gap for Mane as that logically makes no sense, as LFC16 mentioned. If someone does come in, it will be someone for the long term and in Jan, those players are not readily available. But I`m sure you`ll be here ranting if we don`t sign anyone because of course, all you talk about is signings with no idea where they will fit in or how they are better than those we already have.

09 Nov 2016 09:32:19
So out of our young welsh boys williams, wilson and woodburn, which player do people see playing first team premiership football (hopefully for liverpool) . Ed001 do you have any thoughts? Personally i believe all three have a great chance if they continue to develop as they are.

Believable1 Unbelievable1

{Ed001's Note - Williams has had a few injuries, otherwise he would be a long way ahead of the other two. I am going to back him, he has the desire and has suffered setbacks and refused to let it hold him back.}

09 Nov 2016 10:02:24
I agree on all three, aslong as they get their heads down and work hard anything can happen but I do agree with ed1, Williams is mentally strong which can play a massive part in his development.

09 Nov 2016 10:08:47
Hes a big lad aswell. Do you know his age?

{Ed001's Note - he is 20 or 21 I think. Defo in his 20s anyway.}

09 Nov 2016 10:56:48
In my opinion Woodburn is an absolutely top prospect
But then I thought that Jack Dunn was the next big thing.
Shows you what I know.

09 Nov 2016 18:33:36
Woodburn is some player on the wings with deadly trickery, pace and footwork. hopefully he`ll make it and be given a chance.

10 Nov 2016 12:19:42
Nice to see Williams doing well for the u23s - fair play to the lad and hope he can push on, looks useful.

09 Nov 2016 08:30:35
. Trump.

RedOhio - is this your doing?

Come on Ron, give this an optimistic spin!

Believable7 Unbelievable1

09 Nov 2016 11:32:33
There is no spin that could make that good, as a matter we are now discussing our exit plan from the US. he's a dangerous man.

09 Nov 2016 11:57:39
I have already applied for jobs with my companies division in switzerland and canada! Bergen, you in jersey too?

{Ed002's Note - I suspect a flurry of people seeking refuge in Ireland and England.}

09 Nov 2016 12:13:44
ED, would love to move back to the UK! but I don't think acceptance of brown people there right now is on the high either! I kinda side with ruth bader ginsburg and have new zealand as the first choice!

{Ed002's Note - I am not aware of any significant issues in the UK which would be raised based on colour Waqas, although no doubt their are pockets in certain areas where it is going to be problemmatic. The BNP tend to get coverage simply because their views are extreme but they far from reflect the general feeling. I have never been to New Zealand but understand from others that it is a pleasant place to live.}

09 Nov 2016 12:39:21
I lived in the uk (scotland) between 2000 and 2013 and found it amazing to live in, The limited job opportunities especially as an engineer forced my hand into a move to states. New Zealand was beautiful when we visited and from what I have seen and heard a very non-controversial stance on everything!

09 Nov 2016 12:58:09
Strange day today. First thought on my mind this morning was when should I give up my passport, too. It's high time. Singapore looks just about right.

09 Nov 2016 13:53:04
Eds your welcome in nz anytime, we only have enough money for one attack helicopter and couple of guns so kiwis try to stay out of the world s dramas, south island is perfect for renting a van and seeing were the road takes ya.

09 Nov 2016 18:39:06
Boys, it is complete panic here in the States. People cannot believe what has happened to our country. The disgusting thing is that millions of voters who actually did not want Trump, either wrote in someone else`s name or did not vot at all. That led to low turn out that would have given her a win. The polls completely missed these voters. Said people are now the ones complaining whereas they did nothing to directly affect the outcome. Trump is more than dangerous. Our country is in turmoil and Trump`s BFF Vladmir Putin is in dreamland. No spin, boys. This is reality. What have we done?

09 Nov 2016 20:12:34
He's going to make America great again 😁

Seriously though, he's been elected democratically because people want change and they are rejecting the status quo. It will shake things up a bit and I think it will be a case of short term pain for medium term gain (politically) .

Also he's a frontman, the POTUS is often referred to as a "puppet" although I think Trump will be the least puppet-like.

There you go Osgood - that's all I've got πŸ˜„.

09 Nov 2016 20:44:40
Good luck with that, Ron.

09 Nov 2016 21:16:14
He has been chosen by the people. Certainly better than Hillary. They believe in him and that's all matters.

09 Nov 2016 21:28:20
IMO America is a great country full of people who have a positive "can-do" attitude.
So they're lumbered with Trump, if any population can make the best of a bad situation I'd back the American population!

Any better?

10 Nov 2016 08:16:28
Are there not checks and balances built inot to the legislature to limit the damage he could do? Hoping so!

{Ed002's Note - The military will have hidden the button.}

10 Nov 2016 08:22:16
Waqas; we are short of engineers in the UK. In truth we are a mostly tolerant society, although there are bigots and idiots in all cultures. Whilst Brexit has emboldened our morons for the time being, folks mostly just get along.

10 Nov 2016 10:48:55
How do you choose between someone under federal investigation or someone accused of sexually assaulting 12 women, saying some of those women aren't attractive enough for him to sexually assault, called global warming a myth perpetrated by the Chinese, has his own investigation coming up, embezzled funds from his fake university, mocked a disabled reporter, said he only likes war heros who weren't captured, bragged about not paying income tax and suggested someone who supports the second amendment could 'do something about hilary'.
It's just so even.

10 Nov 2016 12:51:00
I wouldve broken the agree button on you welsh, Andy I love the uk I understand not everybody can be accepting but that's part and parcel of not living in your own country, which to be honest is not exactly the poster child for people accepting people from within let alone any outsiders. I do not know the job market in the uk currently, when I was there work permits very few and engineering positions were too.

11 Nov 2016 18:22:57
Welsh, Federal investigation is nothing new. Clinton was found not guilty and did nothing wrong. Trump on the other hand, will face a rape charge in December as well as fraud charges in 3 states. If found guilty, he will be impeached. The double standard through out this election campaign was deafening. Hillary got hammered for the investigation into her email, one that concluded that she did nothing wrong. Whereas, Trump is facing up to 75 lawsuits already, including the ones I mentioned earlier, and he got a pass from the media who didn`t even mention it. Russia helped Trump get elected by hacking the Clinton campaign emails yet no one mentioned that. In spite of that, Hillary won the Popular Vote which shos that Trump was chosen by a minority of the American people. Trump got elected by trashing everyone who was not white and he will pay the price as no bad deed goes unpunished.

09 Nov 2016 08:20:29
Sorry, i know this is not quite the forum for this but sincere condolences to ed02, sad sad day, i'm guessing you will fast track the relinquishment of you citizenship post haste. Would like to say i'm shocked, but i really am not, i just hope his insular view continues and the havoc that will ensue remains within the borders of the US.

Believable7 Unbelievable2

{Ed002's Note - Thank you for your thoughts JB. I suspect we will see folks heading for the border again. Vancouver is a nice town.}

09 Nov 2016 08:41:55
What shook me this morning ed was that 18% of hispanic voters actually voted for him, are they just DF's or do they know something we dont!

{Ed002's Note - I haven't looked at the stats yet but many live in states where there is high unemployment and low wages.}

09 Nov 2016 09:00:58
Yeah they didn't watch corrupt mainstream media and live in reality, have real problems or concerns . He offers them hope. Whether he keeps his word is another thing.

09 Nov 2016 09:21:59
I understand the 'become a Canadian citizen' site has crashed due to volume.

09 Nov 2016 09:25:12
Hope of what my friend, to be shipped back to even more destitution and a big wall built around them. I know it was rhetoric from him but dangerous to even be uttering such nonsense. That man is a loose cannon and he will not be good for america or people of colour in it, period.

09 Nov 2016 09:33:04
Let's be honest both are as bad as eachother, it made no difference who got in. It came to my mind many times during the capaign how trump or hillary could run a country? you just can't make it up lol. I didn't think he win mind.

09 Nov 2016 09:33:45
follow up to above:

goo.gl/dqW0pr.

09 Nov 2016 12:23:13
Big al, you clearly haven't read the mans policies. You have just watched it from a far and because he's a demagogue that says what a ethnic majority are thinking (uneducated majority) he wins a political election having no back round in polictics and not even being able to structure proper sentences. Hilary is bad but trump is worse for the world. Your views are from a ethnically bias place, just like brexit this has racial motives behind it because let's face it, whilst there was good reason for brexit, people that wanted out had racial motives not political ones, and the same applies here. Nigel farage says out with the immigrants (mainly Muslims let's be honest, which has very little to do with the EU anyway) and we have brexit. Donald trump says we need to get rid of Islam and build a wall between the us and Mexico, implying he wants war with countries like Iran etc and would you look at that, trump wins. All you have to do is shout 9/ 11 these days and people will vote for you. So no, this indicates lack of hope, divide and conquer mentality that we play into, and a sign that humanity is not advancing the way it could be.

{Ed002's Note - I suspect the reality of it will be far from many of the particularly stupid things he has said. But the reality may well still be particularly stupid.}

09 Nov 2016 12:25:22
What I find more worrying is the number of times he has used the phrase "under one god", or words to that affect. He said it again Monday in one of his speeches.

That isn't just his standard rhetoric, nor is it dangerous in itself.

It is, when you think about it, somewhat more chilling altogether.

{Ed002's Note - Whether or not America was founded as a Christian nation or not has always been a matter for debate, but regardless a large majority of Americans retain a belief (although many are no doubt simply gedging their bets). You would do best to take any such statements with a pinch of salt until some emprical evidence exists to substantiate one deitiy that doesn't have an imaginary god (excepting Hinduism that has 320 million imaginary (or not) gods).}

09 Nov 2016 13:13:03
Ed! I do agree with you the reality of it won't be as stupid as the image he painted however he has played the role of an enabler, in the sense of if the president can do it why should people hold off. Of the top of my head, bigotry, sexism, sexual assault, xenophobia, islamophobia, body shaming, are issues he had made them to be normal everyday thing. Non of his arguments which people thought were a breath of fresh air were backed by policies, vague phrases like it will be so much better and hand gestures should be thought of as policies in my opinion atleast.

09 Nov 2016 15:44:53
It was the best of two evils this time. A little bit like WWII, either side with Hitler or side with Stalin, OH THE CHOICES!

09 Nov 2016 15:58:53
Kman the racial card is redundant. A narrative pushed by the corrupt mainstream media your intellect grovels over.
Many brexit and trump supporters aren't racist. Trumps supporters primary concerns are employment and keeping more of their wages in their pockets via lower taxes. After that comes safety and protecting their borders and country from a threat that is currently destroying Europe unless you're living in a bubble like yourself.

As for trying with no context to push the non educated rubbish here's some facts. Here's something for you to grasp at how bad americas is .
America has the lowest labor participation rate since the 1970's.
It has the Lowest home ownership rate in 50 years and there's almost 43 million living in poverty.

As for Trumps policies on how to combat these travel over to the conspiracy page about politics and trump and I'll write away. I'm not writing essays on the Liverpool page.

John the walls a great idea. Even Merkel was inspired. Did you not hear mate? Don't think msm would cover it.
Berlins building a Taller wall than the famous Berlin Wall to separate refugees from the citizens. Ironic isn't it. Not only does it highlight the need for a wall but also the mess in Europe of refugees who were not vetted, are overwhelmingly male and have turned Sweden into the capital of Rape in the world. People need to pull their heads out and get rid of the disease that is political correctness.

09 Nov 2016 17:43:34
each to their own big al each to their own, you keep convincing yourself of that tripe. Good luck with it all mate.

09 Nov 2016 17:54:22
I guess being endorsed by the KKK is not considered a racial issue.
At what point did trump suggest lower taxes for people? If he does follow through with his suggestion of lower taxes it will be a model which is lowers taxes on corporations not individuals, and even then its not the federal government that does that, its still very much up to the state to lower the taxes, his other plan was something to the effect of increasing taxes on foreign services and products which will bring jobs back into the country which can be possibly be done, but on the flip side umemployment in the country is very low and it is digging itself out of hole which it was left in by a Bush.

And like I said in my previous post his role as an enabler to actually class all the things as an everyday conversation piece is more of the issue, because half the stuff you mentioned will probably never come to fruition.

09 Nov 2016 18:11:44
Yes, i hate political correctness. Not being able to exclude, insult and discriminate against people less fortunate than you is awful, isn't it.

09 Nov 2016 18:39:40
Seems like you've ran out of ideas John

Waqa I'm embarrassed that you're trying to string rubbish together to paint your invalid argument simply because you haven't a clue what you're talking about.
Trump said publicly he didn't want their endorsement, actually he shouted it to his crowd. So there's that cleared up and the message is clear. Stop using the racism card for why trump supporters voted

His tax plan is to reduce taxes to the people. It's not a if/ but, that's apart of his tax plan. He's doing it πŸ‘
He also will reduce taxes down to 10% for corporations. Probably the lowest in the world I believe. What that does is BRING corporations back into America which then supplies mass employment.

You haven't thought it through or you're just out of your depth concerning how an economy works or grows.
As for unemployment is very low? It's utterly TERRIBLE. Black unemployment is at its highest rate in decades?! 43 million Americans are living in poverty. 18 million more people are on food stamp. That largely comes down to unemployment What the hell are you talking about .
Have a great day lad.

09 Nov 2016 19:03:25
Big Al, you are severely misinformed. Europe is not the U. s ( I live in Ohio and have lived in France as well for 5 years) and even majority of the American people know Trump will do absolutely nothing for them and No, a wall will not be built as congress will not approve that nonsense. Kman2 got it exactly right. Trump has been a demagogue all his life as well as a bigot along with his father. Ever heard of the Central Park 5? Google them and you will see what Trump did to them in the late 80`s. His father used to go to the Klu Kluxx Klan rallies and that`s why that terrorist hate group supported him. The man peddles in demagoguery, sexism, racism, anti-Semitism, sexual assault and the list is endless. This vote was the same as Brexit and mark my words, those who voted for him will be severely disappointed as this is his biggest con job ever after making a career of swindling people and not paying them. Just like Brexit, the American people will wish for a re-vote and it won`t happen. he will do NOTHING for them as he has spent his whole career calling people like his very own supporters, Losers. Stop with the whole mainstream media nonsense. These are his very own words he has used to insult every demographic minority and nothing else. You can youtube it if you like. I voted Clinton because I know she is everything, Trump is not as in not a demagogue, racist, sexist, serial groper, insulter in chief and a crybaby with a twitter handle. He has no plan and none of his policies will pass congress as they are unconstitutional. His tax policy is the same as the ones from every other republican as in tax cuts for the rich and the rest of us pick up the tab. He will do nothing for his minnions who have fallen prey to anger and resentment for every bad thing that happened to them. No jobs, no healthcare, no education, no criminal justice reform, no climate change agenda, Nada. Good luck to those who voted for him and who did not vote to stop him because they will get the govt. they deserve.

09 Nov 2016 19:25:57
Big Al ever set foot in the states bro? He did get an endorsement from the KKK, which I am assuming was in line with his racist remarks. I agree the media doesn't paint the whole picture but for most parts they are just quoting him word for word, he called a whole nation rapists, drug dealers and some of them maybe good people sorry i missed murderers. He called a whole religion terrorists. Not media reporting made up stuff, his actual words. His words again "grab women by their p****s" classed that as locker room convo. Stiffed his workers over compensation, also admitted. Tax fraud admitted in the second debate I think.

Best word/ s to describe you Big AL would be, in denial or delusional, take your pick?

I am about to have a baby and can't raise my child where half the country aligns with the views that he/ she may not be accepted because of being half pakistani.

Oh and KKK partying it up NC in broad daylight should definitely not be taken as symbol that he has acted as an enabler.

Oh and you do know that more people actually voted for hillary by a little over 200,000 votes?

09 Nov 2016 20:17:00
If, a year ago, someone had told me Cameron would resign, UK would leave the EU, Jeremy Corbyn would win 2 Labour Party leadership elections by massive landslides and Donald Trump would be POTUS-elect I would have lost a LOT of money to them πŸ˜„

The world has gone a bit mad.

Spot on, Waqas.

09 Nov 2016 21:49:59
Big Al, the wall you talk about in Germany is 100m long around a refugee hostel, hardly comparable to a wall the length of the Mexican/ US border.

All the old European colonial powers are now reaping the rewards of taking over countries and stripping them of their natural resources and drawing new borders through areas where different tribes and sects existed before.
Trump and Farage are taking advantage of this as the establishment has to play by political correctness and cronyism.

Look at Hillsborough for example. They closed ranks for 20 years.

People have had enough of this crap from the establishment and Trump and Farage are cleaning up.

11 Nov 2016 18:27:04
Cleaning up by peddling racism, islamophobia, xenophobia, sexism and misogyny in addition to promoting rape culture (Trump, in this case) is not cleaning anything up. It is using crap to clean up crap and at that rate, the floor is never clean. You have no idea who trump is. We in the States do and have done for decades and he will do nothing for the people who he claims to be fighting for yet has labeled as losers, throughout his life.

not Liverpool fc related but I would love to hear ed002's thoughts about trump becoming president.

Believable5 Unbelievable2

{Ed002's Note - I think it is terrible news for America Kenny - Clinton would simply of been bad news. Even the GOP will not be happy with this.}

09 Nov 2016 08:39:22
agreed ed002 and thanks for answering btw, America simply had 2 appalling candidates to chose from, the lunatics have definitely taken over the asylum, have a good day.

{Ed002's Note - I suspect the Democrats will be regretting ltting Bernie Saunders pass them by.}

09 Nov 2016 09:07:57
Ed, I see it on the screen all the time, but what exactly is GOP.

{Ed002's Note - It stands for Grand Old Party and really refers to the elders of the Republican Party than the party itself through the Republican National Committee. Think of it as the elderly decision makers for the Conservative Party - those who can guide the way forward. Now it is often used to refer to the party itself.}

Should maybe organise a sweep stake on how far into his term in office he is assassinated, all bets off if it's an in house job,

09 Nov 2016 13:03:58
Trump is not going to have it easy. There are lots of legal cases pending against him, and he is definitely going to have people from the "establishment" (in both parties) going after him. At a complete loss at what people were thinking, in voting him in.

09 Nov 2016 19:15:26
Spot on, Ra1969. He is facing a rape case in Dec and two fraud cases in Nov. he may well be impeached in a year. Congress led by Paul Ryan will not allow for any of his unconstitutional policies to go through because in the U. S, if Congress says NO, it ain`t happening. The GOP is in civil war already and Ryan hates Trump and vice versa so get your pocorn ready as it`s going to be crazy. As for the Amercan people? They will get the govt they deserve. Trump is a very vengeful and vindictive person as shown during the campaign. Clinton may be bad news but at least she had policies to help the people. Trump had nothing but spreading hate, fear, sexism, misogony, racism and flat out nastiness, all to appeal to the sense of resentment of the white working class in America. He insulted every non-white demographic community and he will now bear the brunt of his supporters as he will do absolutely NOTHING for them, mark my words. Make America Great Again!
