I know so many here don't rate Lallana but I think the guy is awesome and hope BR stops subbing him so often, the guy has amazing skill a great engine and the touches fir his first offside goal were outstanding.
As a side note could we be looking at Mr Martin Skirtle as player of the year, he has really made me eat humble pie, great display after great display.
Let's keep the run going guys, onwards and upwards, let's get 2nd place. Great great day.

I don't know who doesn't rate lalanna but they need there head read he put some effort in today and covered the most ground.

I don't think anyone hates Lallana, on the contrary most people think he is a very good player; the issue people had was with his transfer fee.

The problem is Lallana runs himself into the ground. I've never seen a player who works so hard off the ball and in the end it takes it toll on him. People don't rate him (rightly so imo) not because he's a bad player but because we didn't need him. We had Suso we've got Teixera and many others coming through. The other issue is the price tag.

I'm a fan of Lallana, he has a superb first touch and works hard.

Sorry to disagree guys but 25 m in my opinion bought us one of the best football players in the PL. This carry on of Suso and Texeira being as good as Lalanna in my opinion is nonsense. The guy was a real class act for Southampton an will be one of our best ever signings, the real deal guys.

Lallana was great today and continues to be a very effective player. Two disallowed rightly so but still was close to some goals. Texieria and Suso are nowhere near the level of Lallana, Tex is doing half decent at Brighton and Suso is sitting on the bench at AC Milan now. Lallana we probably didn't need him but instead of relying on Coutinho we have both him and Lallana causing problems like today

He had a lot of injuries struggled to get going for lfc this season watch him grow now until the end of the year honest

Mcgoveb my point is we sailed very close to the wind with FFP and the purchase of Lallana wasn't imperative. Teixera has the potential to be as good if not better than Lallana if he can reach it. As I said I really like Lallana but he wasn't a "must buy"

We might have not need him or his fee was over-inflated BUT he is ours and we should support him. He is the most technically gifted English player, period. If his name was Adriano Lallana from Sao Paulo, we would b singing his name endlessly. He was great today and the first disallowed goal was to me, a thing of beauty in terms of raw skill and technique. What Suso may or may not have been is a false argument because he is older, more experienced and far ahead in his development than Suso and indeed Tex. We will see what Tex is ade of when he hopefully, will be given a fair chance next season.

I think the price tag was everyones main issue, and also before we played this system with wingbacks we struggled to see how he would fit in our team as last season couts was loosing out to sterl for the diamond! I like Lallana he's decent and creates/scores and works, His touch is incredible! I don't agree with the price tag as of yet. I haven't seen much of Tex but i know he was rated highly. I have to admit i think we messed up selling Suso the kid was quality! I personally would of liked to try him over Lallana or at lease give Suso a chance. I hope he does well at Milan as i always liked the look of him!
