Hi Eds
After watching the Liverpool U21's last night I was again impressed by Jerome Sinclair. He looks like a perfect fit for the system that Liverpool play, with pace, power and good technical ability. Do you think he will be given a chance to impress with the first team before the season ends?
{Ed001's Note - the problem is that we have so many blocking the route for him into the first team. Maybe if Studger was still injured he would have had a good shout, for me he should be on loan to a Championship team to get some regular first team football.}

he has to be given a chance, maybe something like what Ibe got, a game or two at the end of the season if everything is tied up and then loaned out to a championship club next season. Of course its a big step up from under19 to prem, but the lad defs does have the qualities and potential.
{Ed001's Note - he could go out on a short term loan now and still come back and play a couple of games at the end of the season.}

the reserve league is over for us any way and I think we're out the cups, so I think it would be a good idea to loan him now.

There's really nowhere to play him. You would ideally like to play Sinclair in an early FA cup/league cup game or as a substitute in a game that's wrapped up, just to give him a taste of the action. Although it worked well for Flanagan and Ibe, I don't like throwing players off the deep end in big games as you run the risk of wrecking their confidence as much as improving them. Sinclair would be a great acquisition for a team trying to stay up in the Championship right now and (IMO) could get into the squad next season.

We seem to have a good relationship with Derby County, and I do believe their top goalscorer Chris Martin is out at the moment. That would be great experience for Jerome Sinclair as a short term loan.
