The only hype was by the fans. The Eds were just informing us that we were under investigation and were also in breach. However, they've deemed us suitable to pass.

Ed002 has explained why we were given a ''pass'' by the governing body. This doesn't mean we shouldn't worry about spending at all though for the future. Infact the argument we gave was to vehemently stop a sanction because we hadn't gone quite according to plan.
