Yup supermario, we had a chance of putting up a humungous big massive Marquee tent instead of the new stand, but FSG said it would cost too much.

And not only that supermario, this Marquee was to have in built solar panels that turned light into warmth. Also inflatable seats pumped full of warm air, with an individual thermostatically controlled knob on its side. Also the idea was to have an American style system where scantilly clad ladies would bring trollies along the footwalks with hot food and drinks. However Liverpool Council blocked it, because of the cost, even though FSG would go half. Council said FSG had to fund it all. Also the area would be down valued with such a ugly big tent. And the pubs couldn't compete either as they had an idea for a beer tent for after the match that sold lager and cider for less than £2 a pint. If you like bitter . go to the Everton tent.
