You know what's coming from the fickle fans if that is so. I've read a hundred times on here that Rafa ruined the club and isn't good enough etc. Get ready for the "we should have gone in for Rafa" or "if he's good enough for Real Madrid. " Etc.

Actually if Real think Benitez is a better manager than Ancelotti then they're having a laugh. I know which one i would prefer.

Real Madrid need a manager willing to take the job for a limited amount of time as Zidane gets himself ready for the big stage. Good new for us as this means Klopp is still on the market. Klopp for the kop!

Despite the disrespect rafa gets on this site he is a very good manager and i wager he will win trophies there and give barcelona a real run for their money. Some site dour football as a reason for not having him back but having watched napoli this season and valencia before he came to lfc i would say he can set up teams to play attractive expansive football with the right personnel.

I thought the same thing too because he is a worse manager and less successful than Carlo, a great coach and an even better man, who is well loved by the players, fans AND the media but Rafa is a stop gap so that can be understood.
