If players such as Teixera, Rossiter or Wisdom aren't going to get any game time at Liverpool next season. It would be ideal if we could loan one to Bournemouth and one to say Watford.

For prem experience. I believe they would gain more game time at either of those clubs for example than another in the league. Can you see any higher teams in the league playing them regularly ?

Depends if they would get any game time at Liverpool come January. Ibe did last year obviously. But if they were going to end up back in the reserves I'd prefer for example Teixera for instance gained a full season at highest level, ready to come back the season after with more experience.
