Would everyone be content with the below as our exhaustive list of signings for summer window?

Keep Ilori, Flanagan Back end of year, Sturridge late November.

I'm not happy with Bogdan. Played 10 times for his club last year. No chance of him putting real pressure on Big Mig. I'd rather we signed a proper commanding goalkeeper that will organise the defence and replace Mignolet.
Mig will have a confidence flap every year. Those flaps could be the difference between success and failure.

Totally agree with you Patricio would be my pick, but it does look like Bogdan is the preferred choice.

Bogdan is the choice because he's cheap not because the club think he's any good. We are bang average now a days.

Bogdan is a stupid signed.
We're picking a keeper that is never going to challenge mignolet.
We may as well just have ward as backup keeper

Yes, that would be our best summer in years. I think mignolet will cement that number 1 spot although I would always want quality back up/ competition but GK isn't really priority anymore so it seems bogdan will suffice. I think a fullback that can play on either side would be a priority (with Johnson and hopefully Enrique and manquillo leaving) and Montoya is a decent option and cheaper to clyne. Milner and ings are practically done and I think ings is as good as a squad player, nothing more. Milner on the other hand should feature in our first 11 currently and is a good solid addition. I only see konoplyanka coming in if sterling where to leave (which wouldn't be a sufficient replacement IMO unless we use that money for a world class striker) or if markovic went on loan or something silly like that, because that's what we do. Higuain will not happen unfortunately, but it's the right sort of idea, that is the calibre of player we need to go for this summer in that position, because the glass will obviously break again next season and ings and origi will not push us on.

To me, a top keeper is more important that a top striker with origi, ings and sinclair amongst the ranks. The fact that we bought Mignolet when we play a style of football that require a keeper with good feet is beyond my comprehension. Not good enough.

As I have said on numerous occasions; it is not about this player, or that player !
It is about the quality of the coach/manager.
At the moment there is not the slightest sniff of quality.

It goes hand in hand, good coaches have great player. Simple as that.
Everyone praises RaFa, Evans etc
Yes they were good coaches but it was hard not to do well with the players they had. Where they suffered was the.investment to make them good teams - League winning teams but;
Fowler, mcmanaman, gerrard, alonso, carr, torres.
Just to name a few.
Brendan will do just fine if he gets the support going into this season.
Young players will grow and hopefully one or two additions will really help the group

Had half a decent game vs Liverpool at Anfield and I KNEW we'd sign him eventually. Absolute joke he's average and the club is becoming VERY predictable

Agree on part of your post but he's had 215 million worth a support with no CL and or trophies to show for it.

We will end up with;
Milner, Ings, Bogdan, Clyne, Benteke, Cheryshev. Cheryshev only if Sterling leaves, can't see us getting Kova/Higuain
