So if Rodgers was the problem then what is the point in changing everything but him! He still had the final say, he still can't set a team up!

Only thing I can think of is the end of season review threw up something we don't know about. Maybe Colin and marsh were the problems.

Food for thought as I just don't see the point in all of this is our main man is out of his Depth.

It's like having a broken nail gun but instead of buying a new nail gun, you get someone else to use the broken nail gun hahaha

Agree1 Disagree5

Maybe his job will be made a bit easier having confident men to assist him who share similar ideologies on the style of football we should look to play rather than being surrounded by yes men who agreed with ideas good or bad.
Maybe when you ask that someone else to use the nail gun you might find the nail gun wasnt broken all along and was just simply being used incorrectly. This saves you having to buy a new nail gun.

Id imagine that the pay off to Rodgers was something the owners didn't want to spend 10mil ish.

So change his team who weren't upto the job and bring in your own team.

Undermine Rodgers job done

@LAVERS I believe in the past 8 years we have paid roughly 30m pound in the removal of backroom staff. This figure may seem high but I believe Ed002 could verify this if he/she is around? I don't see this as a figure the owners wish to contribute much more to.

Hope we buy a nail who can finish!

Only they can explain why they kept him because NOTHING makes sense and undermioning him deliberately to make him fail is just stupid.

Redohio

Not to make him fail but for him to resign on his own decision

What if it was the nails themselves that were the problem?
What if the gun got the blame, but those pointy little bent b******s were to blame for not flying straight enough? Eh? What then?
Too many people around here are jumping on the gun's back if you ask me. And let's take a look at the instruction manual whilst we're at it.
Is it time for my medication already?

Lavers, that ain`t going to happen because he wants to get paid and can you blame him? And if he indeed fails, i would lay the blame squarely at the feet of the owners because they could have just bit the bullet and paid him off but didn`t. instead, they prolonged the inevitable and the club would be left further behind and what good would that do?

Conspiracy page for this!

What brand is the nail gun?? Is it air powered or gas powered or maybe its battery opperated. These are all things that we need to take into consideration. If it's air you need a compressor, if it's gas we need gas canisters and if it's battery opperated we need a power source (Macca) or replacement batterys. I'm just curious why we need a nail gun?

Ed anychance we can have a nail gun page??

I'd buy a hammer, but then, I'm a man.
