Im actually pretty happy about benteke on his day he is unplayable like a young drogba, lethal, and a move to a club like us 'top 6' could take his game to the next level. Also he is a good free kick taker which we are lacking.

I cannot for the life of me imagine Benteke taking good free kicks?
Milner on the other hand I can imagine but I just can't picture Benteke being good at them.

Kind of coming around to it myself too. Not sure about the free kicks though! His record is decent for a clun like villa, if his attitude is good, we can still play good football and he can score.

Scored 1 during the season for sure I think maybe 1 or 2 more but I agree I'd have hendo or Milner on free kicks as it stands

Like Drogba lol this is just desperation now as his signing looks more likely. Drogba had everything in his game and was by no means lazy, Benteke is nowhere near his level.

Doubt he'd take freekicks for us, unless its a situation where he's belting it as hard as he can. Milner, Henderson, Coutinho, Sturridge are all a bit better, though I think it will be James who takes the majority.
