Edward 1 . Just a query on son min. Given our expansion into the Asian market . Would it not be a clever move to make a big move for him( or similar quality ) . Or is it a case of the commercial sales etc go to new balance . I think we done a deal with more commercial value to the club on merchandise . So in affect we get a quality footballer , that pays for himself to a degree ???
{Ed001's Note - I would love us to go for him, it does make sense, but he is not interested in a move to us this summer. The commercial revenue would also come from other products, such as when AS Roma signed Nakata they produced a limited edition polo shirt, sales of which covered the transfer fee alone.}

I can confirm it helps a lot. Every Korean I knew (and I knew a lot) supported United just because Park played for them.

There is no Asian market; if LFC buy a South Korean player, South Korean people might buy merchandise, the rest of Asia wouldn't care.
