When will people understand that, with the exception of Captain Colgate, players and managers say what they have to say to best serve their clubs.
Of course Sherwood has to say Benteke is staying. Because he has to say that it means nothing.

Well Ed01, Tim got some brains. He is about to receive 33 mill for his striker who would have moved this or next summer regardless and would go straight back into ha squad for reinforcement.
On another note Liverpool FC ll sell one of its hot property for 50 mill and would take a gamble on 33 mill.
I just had a check on Benteke goal scoring STATS including the games he missed, he has averaged 14 goals a season.
