Well played boys,deserved to win,but yet again BR baffles me with the subs,though I did agree with Lucas coming off,not good enough for the prem now.
Would have bought Ings and or Origi on without a doubt especially near the end.

Were you watching the same game as me? Lucas not good enough? LOL. He was gassed, probably because he has had no minutes all season. We got absolutely dominated when Lucas' legs started to go.

Did you notice there was absolutely none of the horrendous Lovren > Skrtel > Mignolet > Lovren > Mignolet > Lovren > Mignolet > Skrtel > Mignolet > Opposition throwing in this match? why could that be.

Sorry Alan have to disagree on the Lucas thing. I thought he was immense in the first half he was pulling strings and added some security to the back 4. Think he had to come off as he was absolutely shattered. Although was great to see rossiter come on and get some experience! Good point earned, could have been 3 but could have been none of not for a bit of luck with the linesman .

I don't know which game you were watching but Lucas was as solid as usual putting in some great tackles and breaking up play. It was a lack of match fitness which led to his withdrawal, he was absolutely drenched in sweat when he came off. Agree with the other part though, Benteke lost his spark in the final 20 mins and should have been replaced.

I didn't mind his subs! Right ideas, added pace, made the move first and didn't wait until too late. Ibe was the right choice, and in half he has faith in rossiter at such an important time. Nothing wrong with Lucas' performance he just lacks match fitness. Out of all times to be negative, I don't think this is one, we weren't amazing but we were better and the team selection was right on in my eyes. Maybe Ings on but who for? Coutinho was knackered and Moreno offers more defensively and pace on the counter
