Next game I go up to I might well take a banner. Absolute disgrace the handling of Ilori, promising him a part to play and then bbing him out on loan after we've just conceded 3 at home to West Ham.
The lat 3 games I've seen live have been losses- at home to United, at Wembley against Villa and at home to West Ham- and we've been abysmal and not deserved anything from any of them.
I've lost it with him. Anyone else willing and able to protest soon as I've no idea when I'll next get up to a game, but we need to sort out our club.

I maintain that BR is a decent 'coach'. He's not a manager, and certainly out of his depth as the face of our fantastic club. His man management is questionable. His gets his 'tactics' wrong more than he gets them right. This is masked by the fact that we currently have and have previously had some fantastic players at the club. I cringe at his press conferences and post match interviews.
I could go on, but I won't. I've said on here before and I'll say it again. I lost what little faith I had in him as our manager when he sent a team out to be beat by Madrid. At this point, I knew that he just doesn't understand the club and who we are.

He wants to play high line and Ilori possess excellent pace. I can't figure out how he could send him on loan.

Too true Ed002 - the technical term is indeed "Brendaned", but barring that I'm sure the following euphemisms could also be considered apt - "Tangoed" or "Macleansed".
Following Toddythered's post, Illori's days were certainly numbered as soon as he was given the good old "ring of confidence" vote/assurance from the Enamelled one.
I wonder when it all goes "tits up" again will he distance himself from O'Driscoll and Gary Mac, or will he actually fall on his sword this time around?
He should be doing insurance ads with Winston Wolfe - Pize Plum anyone?
