Sorry all, its difficult for me to really come out and mention names, but it shouldn't take a lot to work out who i am talking about.
He used to work in Spain at one of the biggest clubs.
But let me just say this, i only know this as he has held meetings with the club, there maybe others but this is the only one i can comment on.

Firm - why would he hold a meeting unless he had at least a modicum of interest? He knows about the club, the fans from Istanbul and his time at Chelski so maybe he likes the idea of the club as a project. Would he his greatest achievement yet turning Liverpool around.

Could be Hiddink or Ancelotti.
Carlo seems unlikely but Hiddink is getting on a bit. Confusing! But more likely Carlo.

I hope to god it is not Laudrup, he totally single handed turned the dressing room into 2 camps at Swansea. Soon as he went Monk got rid of nearly all his signings and look where they are now

I would be carrying bags of gold sovereigns into the meeting, whatever it takes to get him, if I was FSG.There is no doubt he would get much more out of our current squad than the current incumbent.

Fair enough but does rodgers know about this approach?? Surely it's not that common knowledge? If so rodgers needs to go now. or do negotiations with carlo happen with everyone aware? What is actually happening or are we just playing guessing games? Thanks

He may have listened to what they said out of curiosity but without seriously considering the job.
