I think Mourinho may be fired before BR. Eds what do you think?

{Ed002's Note - He has never been fired before so it seems unlikely.}

Agree5 Disagree0

Wasn't he fired the last time at Chelsea?

{Ed002's Note - No.}

I doubt they'll sack him. He is a proven winner. He does talk out of his arse tho, but that's part of his game.

03 Oct 2015 19:55:09
Yeah he left last time 'by mutual consent' or he quit, whichever you believe. However, if you quit, you don't get a compensation package, like he did

So, in reality he got sacked

Kate Bush, He talks out of his arse and everyone loves him BR talks out of his arse and everyone hates him

I think Steve McLaren looks most vulnerable

Red Since 64 i don't think everyone love Mourinho or hate BR. Chelsea fans love Mourinho because of his achievments, Liverpool fans can't stand BR because of how poor the team has become under his management. The media like Mourinho because he is a very colourful guy who give them a lot of material but I don't think the media dislike BR. The criticism about his press conferences come mainly from fans.

03 Oct 2015 21:18:39
How can you argue with Kate Bush?

03 Oct 2015 21:47:28
Red64, you seem to think people hate BR or Mou for some reason which makes no sense. because I can't stand someone doesn't mean I hate him. Hatred is too strong a word to be used for something as trivial as football. As for BR and Mou, Mou has taken responsibility for the dreadful state of affairs in Chelsea. Let me know when your BFF BR finally takes responsibility for dragging our club to midtable and talking crap every chance he gets hence, dragging our name in the mud. Better hurry up because based on reports, he's getting the chop on Monday morning.

Why sack the best?

Chelsea have a couple of problems which will eventually iron themselves out.

1) - The aged legs of their Captain (which the manager was aware of and attempted to replace him with Stones)

2) - The sensationalist and over-the-top reaction to the verbals to a doctor on the touchline which appear to have affected the squad or there belief in their manager.

It's getting so bad now I think I'd rather have Ted Rodgers and Dusty Bin in charge.

We used to be a proud club that won things :(.

Davey, their probs go way beyond your valid points. They lack confidence, some of their players are either off form or aren't too bothered to even try (Cesc is a good example) and teams aren't scared of them anymore. If teams aren't scared of you and you're off form, it's like sharks smelling blood in the water.

@daveybootle agree with your first post but the issue with doc is no way over the top. Mourinho publicly humiliated her to the media by calling her niaive with no understanding of football and then had the arrogance effectively fire her for doing her job when video evidence has proven the ref called her on to the pitch. If anything it's been disgracefully brushed under the carpet. I wish her all the best in her civil case against Chelsea and hope she takes them for a fortune

Mour has won A LOT so has the right to his ego.
BR has literally won NOTHING, Yet his ego is as, big as Mours.

03 Oct 2015 23:27:52
Red since 64

That's because Mourinho is a proven winner, whereas Rodgers has achieved nothing.
