Hello Ed, if you guys are free, if there any chance you can name some goal keepers to keep an eye on as I am struggling to see any good keeper beside the likes of Trapp and butland who won't be moving soon?
Your answer will be highly appreciated even though I know you have been busy by whole Klopp posts!

{Ed002's Note - Fabian Giefer might be a little older but is well respected and only in the reserves at Schalke. Vlachodimos has a stupid enough haircut for Liverpool. Courtois of course. Mattia Perrin remains well thought of, as is Gudino of Porto. Karius of Klipperty's club is certainly seen in good light as are Zacharie Boucher, Horn, Carlgren, ter Stegen, and Oblak.}

J.Cillisen, B.Leno, M.Ryan and our own D.Ward are also young goalkeepers who are performing well this season.

Matt Ryan is struggling at Valencia and is their 2nd choice 'keeper now though I expect him to slowly become the first choice over the next few years.
{Ed001's Note - Ryan is awful. I don't get how he even got the move to Valencia, one of the most overrated keepers around. Very flashy, makes easy stuff look great but can't do the actual good saves and his positioning is scarily bad at times. Unlike Migs he does not have footwork issues, where Migs is desperately avoiding using his feet at all times, so ends up diving down full length to stop a ball with his hands he could have dealt with easily with his feet, Ryan is just a showpony. It is all for the cameras, rather than just about doing the right thing simply and cleanly. If he was an outfield player he would be one of those non-league wingers doing 45 stepovers before falling flat on his face.}
