I actually can't believe we have just lost that match. We completely dominated and got beat. We just can't catch a break at the moment. West Ham never deserved that. A lot of our players played really well. I am absoloutely done with benteke. Mignolet was ok but he's another one that's got to be on his way. I think the youngsters should have more games, especially in midfield.
I could go through who played well but there's just too many and I'm to distraught for that. Even though benteke played alright he is just not the striker for us and his time at here is done, he is not a big club striker.

Ofcourse they deserved it. They took their chances, while Benteke fluffed 6 chances that should have been goals.

So disappointing to lose that one. We were the better team by far tonight. and over the two matches.
Credit to the young ones who did us proud. and lots of positives to take.
Fair play to Sturridge who looked a class act when he came on. Good to see him, Benteke and Origi, linking up so well.
Great free kick from Coutinho for the goal. but Benteke should have scored 2 or 3 more and put the match to bed.
If we keep these players fit now, could have a good run in to the end of the season .

Good to see some important players back and some of he kids playing well and great to see us genuinely not deserve to lose for a change. However it's always the same old thing and I'm literally bored to death of getting angry about it. Defending Cross's and set pieces is simply abysmal and has been for years. Dunno if it's the keepers command of his area, simply poor central defenders or both bit they all need to go. Not to bothered about the wing backs ATM but in my opinion every centre back on our books needs to go, bar none.

In Benteke's defence, he's obviously been low on confidence recently, been in and out the team, and I actually think he played well today. People saying he missed loads of chances, yeah the 1 on 1 (great save) and the volley you expect better. Maybe the header that went over from origis cross also. But he also had his free kick saved and at least 4 goal bound shots blocked by a determined West Ham defence. He linked well and held the ball up well, and movement was better than has been recently. On another day could have had a hatrick. I personally hope he stays in the summer cus I think Klopp can get him to be more mobile and then we'll have a beast strikers. Only problem is I can't see us keeping all 4 of Sturridge Benteke Ings and Origi. Wonder who's going?

Spot on, Westwood. The boy can't catch a break. He plays well, creates chances albeit he fluffed a few but worked hard for the team, he gets slated. He does none of that, he gets slated. Fickle much?

it will be benteke mate all day long. the genius of Rodgers has a lot to answer for 666. he gets rid of carroll explaining to us he won't fit our style then he buys an identical type of striker after he's got rid of our wingers. he then tries to play ings there! plus how many 1 on 1s do you allow a guy to miss, not forgetting his screw up in the 1st match when a simple pass to tex would have given tex more of the goal to aim at. there are two Belgians at both ends we need rid of a. s. a. p.
