Don't know if this has been covered before couldn't find anything but why does it takes such a long time to get all the papers done signing new players? take minamino for exmeple which we agreed on over a week ago. I understand working permit is one thing and registration to FA another but can't they send file for WP before the registration is complete? And has there been any mention of drop the idea of a limited transfer window, I mean I don't see the point of it.

Ed002, I'm not sure exactly how you framed this, so I'm not quoting you verbatim. But you sort of hinted that you didn't expect any issue with Minamino's work permit. Do you know if the Club has indeed obtained the work permit on his behalf, or is that still in the works? Based on what you said above, this can be obtained ahead of time. I know he (Minamino) can't play until he has the work permit, right? Klopp had hinted he might play against Everton, so does that mean the work permit has been obtained?
