Can I just point out to people that a game in hand does not mean 3 points.
If Arsenal win all 3 games then they are still a point behind. If United win their 2 they go a point ahead. This is two teams who are currently averaging less than 2 points a game and still have to play each other, and United then play Spurs!
For a start is impossible that they both win all their remaining games. The worst result for us today is a United win, but to be honest I'd say it has draw all over it. We have to take at least 4 points from our remaining 2 games and to be honest, that is pretty certain to be enough. Why do people think United and Arsenal are suddenly going to go from struggling to winning every game they have left?
We will always drop points (no team has ever won 38/ 38 games), we just have to drop less than our rivals. So let go of this "in our own hands" nonsense.

We can't get wins but MK, I think that's what's annoying to some of us fans. We've shown nothing today to make anyone think we'll win our next game, that's my concern mate.

Ah I really hope we don't have to rely on our blue neighbours to beat Arsenal on the last day. we all know how happy they were to lose to City at our expense a few years back :-/.

Mcgoveb if we can't get wins, what do you call us winning 3 points vs Watford, WB and Stoke? We are struggling at home I agree BUT we have been unlucky vs B'mouth and Saints and that can happen.
Of course it's a missed opportunity BUT that does not make what MK said, incorrect. Two things can be correct at the same time and we have seen that City and Utd who had and have played their games in hand, did NOT win any of them. We have the points, they don't and come Wed, we shall see what Arsenal does vs Saints cos if the Saints play the way they played vs us on Wed, Arsenal will NOT win.
