I have to say WOW Sakho! Another quality performance for Palace. Klopp should really consider the stance he is taking as he is better than every one of our CB's. We definitely need him, just depends weather him and klopp could sort their 'problem' out! Get sakho back!

I disagree. Lots of players look good in the lower teams. We ended up buying loads of them and they couldn't reproduce for Liverpool.

Sahko has been playing well it must be said. I wish there was some way to resolving Klopp and his issues but it seems like a pipe dream. It will be interesting to see who we get in the summer considering klavan was sahkos replacement.

Sakho is playing in a system that suits his style but I don't think he is the sole reason for Palace's resurregence. What about Townsend, Zaha and Benteke, Cabaye and the list goes on. Big Sam has something to do with it as well.

Klopp has no issues with Sahko. It is Sahko who has issues with obeying instructions and being accountable so people should stop blaming Klopp for Sahko's disgraceful, disrespectful and undisciplined conduct. It is getting ridiculous.
He may be playing well BUT he plays in a system that has two DM's in front of him, in a team that sits deep and playing counter-attacking football. Hence, all he has to do is sweep up behind. We have seen what Sahko is like as he has been here fro 3 years with us conceding 150 goals in that span. Suddenly, he's Franco Baresi and hence, should be forgiven for his sins just like that? Get a grip!

funny seeing people trying to bash sakho's quality just so our defence doesn't seem so bad in comparison. sakho is twice the player of klavan and lovren and arguably better than matip. unfortunately he has an ego that matches that which klopp does not like.

I don't understand. When Sakho was here (and let's not forget that he was also injury prone, and drug taking prone, and silly behaviour prone. ) we had as terrible a defence as we have now.

Agreed it's not like we had a good defensive record last year or the year before that or the year before that. He probably is better than the players we have but playing a deep line like CP do either with full backs playing narrow or in a back three and with a DM in front definitely helps. End of the day we should hopefully get a bit of money for him in the summer.

Palaces back 4 all sit back, especially in the big games, often with a DM in front of them too.
So it is a complete different style of defending to what is expected at Liverpool.
Sakho is a good defender nobody questions that, but the style palace play is the reason he now looks like a world beater.
