So sad to hear about ugo ehiogu from playing at youth level for Middlesbrough's i got to meet him a few times generally a really nice guy an had time for the youth teams was nice to see him actually take that route of training the u23 at spurs R. I. P.

Sad news, just shows you can be as fit as a fiddle - compared with most of the population - nd still get struck down out of the blue. RIP.
