Unless Liverpool are willing to spend their entire transfer budget and then some more on Icardi who apparently has a release clause which will probably make him the most expensive ever then the answer will be no every time.

I expect the club to splash at least £100 mill this summer. We might recoup some portion from sales And I don't think lcardi will cost any club more than £40 mill. He is a proper striker like Sturridge.
