Hi Eds

I know you have talked, at considerable length, about the possible players joining and leaving Liverpool on permanent deals. So I won't ask about that. But what I was wondering is, who would Liverpool allow to leave on loan, particularly youngsters.

I know there is interest in Ojo, whether that interest in permanent or a loan, I do not know, but what are our plans concerning him.

What about Woodburn, Solanke, Ejaria, Trent, Wilson, Kent. We have so many talented youngsters and yet the way to the first team seems blocked for many of them. Maybe with time, and sales, the players will get an opportunity. So, which players do you see staying, because Klopp believes in their abilities, and which will go out on loan.

Hope this finds you well, ED.

{Ed001's Note - far too early to say mate, the transfer window will decide on a lot of it, plus it depends what interest comes in.}

Klopp will need to see some of them in pre season before decisions are made.

Pending qualification for the CL group stages, Liverpool will have many more games to play this coming season. The cup games will be a very good chance for the youngsters to get a proper run out.

The only youngster to have shown readiness is TAA.

For me I think loans are best option for the below youngsters.

Ojo rumours Newcastle want to take him on loan, a season on loan in the premiship would be great for his development.

Gomez, rumours Bournemouth and Brighton would take on loan again would be good for the player.

Ward, surely another season loan at Huddersfield is best for all parties.

Solanke is an interesting one I can't see him breaking through this season. Ideally a newley promoted club would be great for his development as he seems to know where the net is but has had the opportunity to prove it anywhere as yet in the prem.

Ojaria would also benefit from a loan but where I can't think of a prem team where he'd get regular games so maybe a drop down to a championship side.

I'd keep the likes of Juanma, Woodburn and Alexander Arnold at the club to get chances.

I think Stewart, Flanagan, Wisdom are all likely to leave this summer.

On top of that we also have Ings who needs to get games under his belt so possibly another loan there to could happen.

I'm unsure if a prem team can loan more than one player from a club at same time so we are limited on teams so would firstly loan them and secondly play them enough through a season.

I think the teams most likely to loan any of our youngsters would be Huddersfield, Newcastle, Brighton, Burnley or Swansea.

Don't the new EPL rules regarding loans for young players state that clubs who loan young players need to commit to giving them a decent amount of minutes during the season?

Can remember reading something like that start of last season so clubs will be a bit more wary about taking young players on loan from now on.

I'm not sure where we are at with the rules at minute as they change a lot.

Another thing, rules also state that loans cannot be cut short anymore so we are likely to see many of our youngsters being released as we will not be able to keep holding onto players from our academy/ youth as it will just lead to a complete and utter stagnation.

I'd like us to have a core squad of 18 or so top top players nd let the likes of TAA, Gomez, Grujic, Ejaria, Ojo, Woodburn nd Kent make up the rest of the squad. Loan Wilson out for a season.
