I have a feeling FSG are waiting for champions league guarantee before making signings. They don't want to spend unless it's guaranteed we have more games.

Won't we have more games either way? Because if we lose won't we drop to Europa? Meaning we would play thursdays?

As the Eds have previously said, it is not logical to wait for CL qualification.
1. Budget is not a problem, so we are not waiting for CL money. That would be the only reason to wait, like teams from weaker leagues do.
2. We will, no matter what, have to play more games, cause if we don't qualify for CL, we will be playing in the Europa League group stages.
No offence, but sometimes the ignorance of our fans amazes me.
RTP and gather info before you post sth.

I love it how the people who jump on their high horse when the club or players are criticised have no issue with criticising their fellow fan who may have different views to them or maybe slightly less in the know of certain things.

Why would the club do that, exactly Jay? That is just illogical. We strengthened the left side of our team with Salah and Robbo and did we wait for CL footie to do that? Would you have been saying that had VVD and Keita come off earlier in the summer? Sheesh!
