We Shouldn't have played him. Then could've blagged it and said he needs more time to recover, not go to Africa.

Klopp was talking about hoping he comes home before the last game if Senegal won the first one and qualified. At the time it struck me as sounding like something had been agreed with Senegal.
So Senegal send him home as agreed and publically just say he had a slight reaction. I doubt he has had any reaction / injury to be honest. I bet he's fine.
