I really think it is the wages that are the real problem and not the fee. They are after receiving bloody 30m for BOLASIE, and if they don't agree that benteke is worth at least that then there is something wrong.

Another day another loan update with the first round of the cup starting last night.
Ryan Kent started on the bench as Barnsley faced Northampton and was brought into the action in the 65th minute with the game tied at 1-1.
Unfortunately Kent couldn't make the desired impact as Barnsley went on to lose 2-1 after e. t.
Danny ward was an unused sub as Huddersfield crashed out the cup losing 2-1 to Shrewsbury.
Bogdan was an unused sub as Wigan crashed out the cup losing 2-1 to Oldham.
Jack Dunn started on the bench as Morecambe faced Rotherham but was brought into the action in the 61st minute with the game tied 1-1.
He made an immediate impact scoring twice sending the game to extra time at 3-3.
He scored again in extra time tk complete his hatrick as Morecambe went on to win 5-4.
Ryan Fulton was an unused sub as chesterfield lost 3-1 to Rochdale.
And that's your lot red men, 1 win, 4 defeats.

Looks like we are after Leandra Parades along with Man city, not sure what position he plays I think no.10 or CM, cheaper option to Joao Mario as he would cost significantly less at around 15 million.

He's more of deep lying playmaker. Great tackler too, in possession he's great at finding attackers behind the oppositions midfield line.

HI Eds I just wanted to ask if you have any idea if we are still looking at midfielders?
Every player we are linked with seems to be a midfielder. I am hoping they are all nonsense as surely this is no priority.
