This is the whole truth nothing but the truth:-

Kenny is stepping down and there will be no Director of Football because our No1 Managerial traget doesnt like working with one.

While it wont be welcomed by all Mourinhio will be teaming up with Steve Clarke once more.

Henry recognises that in order to win the league he needs a manager who has a track record of doing so and currently Jose is the only option.

Henrys prepared to bankroll Mourinhios wage demands and substantial fees will be available to give the new manager the players he needs to compete at the top.

I wish

Not going to put your name so you can bask in the glory when it happens?

I assume your name is Billy Bull?

And we're did you hear this?

Stop will ya, not a fear of that happenin!!

Sad thing is that the wildest of dreams are sometimes the most sensible .. Think about it !!!!!!!!!!!! {Ed016's Note - Mourinho is going to move on from Real, he did a great thing there. Where would he go? Logically? He wouldn't go to France. England is back on the cards and Di Matteo is going to carry on at Chelsea. SAF will seriously have to be carried out of OT in a coffin before he retires and Arsenal are sticking with Wenger and ofcourse Arry will fall gracefully back to the championship within 3 seasons. So really? where would he go?}

I think some people have vivid dreams and as soon as they wake they transcribe them here

As Much as I cant stand the man, I would love to see it happen if KD steps down or moves upstairs or whatever. His track record speaks for itself. Whatever he does it works and unfortunately at the moment I can't see us challenging for a title for a long time yet, never mind winning one, although I would love to see KD succeed especially after the season we've had I just dont see it happening anytime soon. If KD goes, I would like to see Mourinho come in.
Barrypool

Not a chance .ps we will have no money this time

Ed016 I think should mourinho be available, man city would do everything they can to get him. I mean mancini is definitely nothing special.

I have just heard the same thing albeit no new manager name mentioned. i was told that KD will be going in about 2 weeks.

SJ

If we take the special one we can win the title but with KD we wont win it

Kenny is staying

For some rumours eds we should be allowed to hit the unbelievable button more than once

Word is that avb is being lined up to take over kk. Apparently he has spoke with the squad and announcement after the swans game on Sunday

I hope so, I got odds of 14/1 on this happening just a few days ago. Same odds as Carra, incredible.

People must have short memories avb made a complete f#%k up at chavski let's hope and pray he never ever takes the reins at anfield god help us if he ever does we deserve better than avb

Can't judge AVB on his time at Chelsea anymore than you can judge Rafa on his time at Inter. AVB wasn't right for Chelsea, doesn't mean he won't be right elsewhere. {Ed016's Note - Perfect analogy. Chelsea was to AVB like Inter was to Rafa. But you would have thought, being a past member of the technical staff would have helped him gain respect of the players, guess it goes to show just how arrogant and how much push these players have.}

AVB is going to Roma {Ed016's Note - should do well in Italy}

If we get AVB then that's me an Liverpool finished until he is gone

"If we get AVB then that's me an Liverpool finished until he is gone"

Wow, you must be one of those die-hard fans. Or an idiot, I'm undecided.

Love the proper fans like you! your done till hes gone grow up you either support liverpool or you dont! YNWA

Aston villa boss its hidden secret lol

Krasic's agent noted that the tactical changes brought by Conte have pushed the Serbia international down the pecking order at Juve and added that his client is assessing his options.

"In Conte's system, the wingers must also help out in defensive duties and Krasic does not have these characteristics," Vlado Borozan told Radio Crc.

"He has become unrecognisable at Juventus because the problem is tactical. He is still a great player and in June we will see where he will play next season.

"Krasic has a lot of interested clubs, not only in Italy, so I do not think he will have a problem finding a good club."

The 27-year-old rejected a loan transfer to Zenit St Petersburg in February, as he was only interested in a permanent move.

Good reason not to get him then. A big reason why many promising attacking options have failed to fulfill their promise once they pull on the red shirt (along with the more often quoted 'can't take the pressure of a big club' thing.) 'Hard working' and 'defend from the front' are the less glamorous, but equally ingrained at the club as 'pass & move' (Rush, Lee, C. Johnson, Keegan etc)

I no dalglish staying for 1 more year then pep will be installed manager . Kuyt wants to stay but Kd wants him out and Suarez for all he loves Liverpool hates the food the weather and the English .

Well done for getting the most unbelievables WUM {Ed026's Note - When I read the bit about Suarez I tried not to bite.}

I don't know if anyone's seen or mentioned that Standard Chartered had their AGM recently.
Apparently the shareholders gave the chairman, Sir John Peace, a hard time about their backing of LFC in general and the Suarez / Evra affair in particular.
They wanted to know why the company was backing the club when there's no connection to the city at all.
The chairman supposedly said to the shareholders (wether in jest or not) that he was glad that Liverpool didn't qualify for the CL, as that would have meant Standered Chartered paying out more under the sponsorship agreement.
You see that report ed002 ?
The Real KB {Ed002's Note - I have not seen any report but I am aware of the issues - as are Fenway.}

As much money as they are giving us... their logo is atrocious, almost ruins the shirt.

Do you know where we could find out more about this? Is there anything about the report online? {Ed002's Note - Ask me tomorrow KB and I will see what I can do. I am not so sure we want to take this too much fursther - I have already had a mass of grief over this.}

I read an article a while back and it said. Our deal with Standard Chartered was for 20 mill a season. But if we did not qualify for the CL,:we would only get 15 mill a season. Didn't take much notice of it but it could be true if what you are saying is true,:KB mate.

Blair Mayne YNWA JFT96

I personally don't like the way standered chartered are gettin involved with this issue like what they say go we all know Suarez was in the wrong but at the end of the day he's a world class player I hope he doesn't leave over this issue rather see standered charted go than Suarez

So now our shirt sponsors are going to dictate to us who to sell. Absolutely ridiculous. Is this what Liverpool under FSG is coming to? Starting to seem to me as they are more interested in making money and branding than making the club successful. Hope I'm wrong. Crucial summer ahead.

Standard Chartered have to get involved. When their name is on something, they can't just play deaf, dumb and blind to whatever is going on. That doesn't fly. And there will be morality clauses to that end.

The Standard deal was setup before FSG even took over for christs sake {Ed016's Note - thumbs up}

Oh great - thanks english media and 'independent' FA for not only demonising our most talented player....but leading to it becoming a major issues with our major sponsor. I fear we'll be forced to sell suarez because of all this....so once again - I say thanks to the english media and FA for driving a genius out of the country.

Its tomorrow ..so just wondering if u could delve a little deeper about this subject ? {Ed002's Note - To be honest I would rather not right now. It will likely cause too much friction for us to deal with. I explained a number of the issues months ago and it quickly turns to abuse - a lot of the supporters really don't care for the truth as long as Hazard, Falcao and Cavani are coming this summer.}

cliffhanger... {Ed002's Note - Not right now due to other commitments. Perhaps next week.}

Well as a fan i like to know the truth and i'm intelligent enough to know that we are never gunna construct a team like city its not lfc way we usually have a world class forward wc mid and good defender and fill the rest with what we can ...so i would like to know the truth is there a phrase i can use in the search bar to find your previous comments on this from when u got grief i would like to know the truth

hey eds/macca is there any truth that kenny spent the day addressing his players ahead of ian ayre attending the press conference to address kennys future? and if so does this mean he's gone? and yes this is a twitter rumour but it got me wondering
kind regards

We play Sunday therefore press conference Friday.

10 May 2012 21:56:30
2 predictions:

Liverpool WILL sell Suarez if they receive a bid from a major European club in excess of £30m (cash or cash+player).

Kenny will remain as manager - although personally I would love to see Martinez at Liverpool. What he has achieved at Wigan, with minimal funds, has been nothing short of miraculous.

Lots of clubs have minimal funds but avoid relegation fights, Wigan have been in a relegation fight for several years, it's not miraculous

What exactly has martinez achieved? A poor run from start of season until the last month where desperation forced them into playing well to only just avoid relegation?

The american owners should give up and go home. Maybe it would of been better us becoming a Clinton cards.

In fairness to Wigan, they'd be a lot higher if they had better defenders.

Although that is perhaps something you can lay at Martinez's door if you want.

10 May 2012 21:49:17
Just seen this reported,Kenny Dalglish postponed his Thursday press conference until Friday and spent this afternoon addressing his players at their Melwood training ground, doesn't mean anything for sure but tomorrows press conference could be interesting

Even more interesting will be Ian Ayres press conference on Monday

There will not be any juicy announcements until the last game has been played. If anything is said during Friday's press conference it would go against LFC policy. That meeting is for the game only.

We will add up the points at the of the season and see if i should stay im split dont know if he should stay or go but keep him at the club he is a legend dof maybe whatever that is heard roy keane saying how passionately he tried to sign him and how much he admired him thats what top players think of him good to have at any negotiating table

10 May 2012 21:39:53
Eds, are you still the same opinion that Kenny will step down after the season?

Because firstly I find it strange that he doesn't announce it before the last home game, so that he could wave goodbye to the fans.

And secondly I think he should tell the owners earlier that they can search for a replacement.

Am I right Eds? What do you think? {Ed002's Note - I am of the opinion I have always been is that there will be much to discuss at the end of the season and there is a good chance he may not continue in his extant position.}

You are assuming it is Kenny's decision.

10 May 2012 21:26:29
i dont think chelsea would sell us sturridge after the battering we gave them tuesday night

10 May 2012 21:12:16
Ed we continue to see teams from the championship come up and impress with the quality of their play and players, like Blackpool and this season Swansea. The gunners have taken a risk on Southampton wingers and done Ok and yet how many players from that division ever get mentioned on here as possibles?
Due to my job I dont get to see as much championship, but if im at home I will go down and watch Pompey from time to time (not good this season).
So here is an example, Snodgrass the Leeds captain, he is 24, he plays either wing or up front, this season he has 13 goals and 14 assists ( second highest in the championship ), I seem to remember he looked ok against us a while ago in the cup (was up against dossena ?), he interested Barcelona as a kid and has Scored for Scotland (1 in 5 ).
I am relying on internet for stats granted, and I am using him as an example, but my point is this, why are we not looking in this league for relative bargains instead of waiting untill they are in the prem ( like Dyer ) where the price escalates?
I like everyone would love Munian and Rameriz but I think there is room to take a gamble on players that could be a lot cheaper also. I think one Marquee signing, and then maybe philips and then lets just try someone like Snodgrass, after all If it doesn't work how much would we loose over 12 months?
RNred {Ed002's Note - I am sure that Liverpool are keeping a watching brief at all levels in many countries.}

Yeah let's raid the championship and play there in couple of seasons!

10 May 2012 21:10:20
Ed, is there any substance to this rasmus elm of 7 million rumour? And also are there many clubs after hoiletts's signature?
{Ed002's Note - There remains a good chance a deal will be doen for Elm. As for Hoilett, Bolton, Spurs, Sunderland, Newcastle, Stoke, Arsenal and possibly Aston Villa and QPR have been interested - plus a couple of clubs from Germany, including Bayern Munich, and Marseille from France.

The new home kit is a polo style top, all red, with yellow letters and a collar. The warrior advertisement will have reina, gerrard, skrtel and Johnson. No Suarez. No sure if he is on the Liverpool.tv one though.

Lee the red

There are two advertisements of the kit that I have seen..

Photo; Photo #1: Pepe, Gerrard, Skrtel and Johnson

Photo #2: Gerrard, Bellamy, Pepe and Suarez

LFC_7

I am guessing both of you have seen it on koptalk? I do not believe the actual design could be leaked. First time we work with warrior they will make sure there will be an element of surprise when it comes out.

Koptalk? You've got to be joking, only fools would visit such a site - the two pictures of the players modelling the kits have been leaked since around 5ish all over the web and one is definitely authentic as it was originally posted on the Warrior website. The kit is all red, no stripes, gold lettering, has a collar and the crest has been changed from the current one to the Liverbird over "L.F.C". Skrtel, Johnson, Gerrar and Reina modelled the authentic picture and supposedly Bellamy, Gerrard, Reina and Suarez in the unconfirmed pic.

Martin

Well u was right pal spot on!

The main LFC site is carrying the individual player pictures (SG, PR, CB & LS) with Steven Gerrard talking about his pride in the kit.

Okay, now it's carrying multiple stories with pretty much all our expected players in the new kit. Damn, their site admins work late!

Suarez was included in the video of the new home kit

Why is everyone saying swap suarez, or suarez will leave he said he has said he is happy at liverpool and doesnt want to leave, also we have showen intrest in altinyop, elm, ramirez (gatson), de jong, krasic and maxi, kuyt and not heard many more to leave hoping spearing does though he's s**t

Hi Macca, I m from India and comes here daily(kinda addict) because i think i can get inside information on transfers only from here.I always go for ur rumours first.So Macca i really want to know what you think of our transfers(who is coming in and who is going out). I know things can change but your vital information gives me hope.Hoping to get an answer from you.Ed you can confirm everybody that I m really from India and this site is really no 1 for me for getting information.

Indian Rajiv

If you're on here everyday, then you should have a pretty good idea of who Liverpool are interested in.

Indians we love. But no more cowboys now we have shaken off Hicks and Gilett

If you are form India your Grammer is better then most of the half wits on here. Best Wishes. RL

He seems to be a bookie who wants inside info to start betting. sp

eds, is Rafa a runner os not? simple yes or no will suffice. thanks. mervue banjo man {Ed002's Note - Maybe.}

Nobody is an option yet, there is no vacant manager position...yet.

Really ED? has this been the case all along (because some ed's have said no chance) or is it something new?
lfcallday {Ed002's Note - It is a dumb question - I do not know the answer but suspect he will not be taking up the role. The best I can offer is maybe to someone who only wants a yes or no answer.}

I live in west kirby very close to his house and he is back in the area

Kenny dof rafa manager kenny was saying what a great job rafa done with the academy i think these two legends who want only whats good for the club and its fans could work well with each other thats my hope anyway would also like to see aldo employed at the club maybe with the kids r as chief scout good eye for a player that man

10 may 2012 20:13:34
kenny will be with us next season....

he will certainly be targeting young british players..

i would expect interest two or three of these

david hoillet - free
matt jarvis - £5m
victor moses - £8m
daniel sturridge - £12m

and one or two foreign emerging talent

de jong £10m
munian £12m
elm £7m

if any of these go into biding wars fsg will not authorise the battle, but rather focus on other targets.

expect early signings too, as kd wants his squad together for the pre-season tours

outgoing players;

kuyt - £1m
(thanks for the hard work - u r legend!)
aqualani - £5m
cole - free
maxi - free
spearing - loan

Muniain for £12 mil...you are an idiot.

Hoilett is Canadian

The above players will not be joining liverpool, they are simply not good enough to takes back into the top 4

Hoillet is Canadian while Moses is Nigerian. Sort of undermines everything you say.

I think fsg plans to hold talks with kk about the future,does he have the bolloks to take us to 4th,he has to get it right this time there will be no excuses.

Are you serious muniain would cost 35m+ you must be looking on football manager 2010. I do quite like the idea of sturridge and Suarez playing off Carroll though

Sturridge wants to play as a central striker.

I take it the young 'British' part means playing in the EPL at the moment. All possible deals.
de Jong and Munian would cost more than that, but I take your point that the price hyou mention would be as far as FSG would go should a bidding war start.
Good shout about KUYT

Ye sturridge does want to
Play as a central striker but I think
He rather play full stop even if that meant on the left or right of a central striker

10 May 2012 19:57:48
Karim Benzema or Gonzalo Higuain in a swop deal for suarez?real madrid fans are saying this ! got to be false surely

Not a prayer, why would either of those players come to Liverpool. Some of you people on here need a reality check.

Why not Ronaldo?
Just imagine if you were Benzema or Higuain, you want to join Liv atm?
Be, REAL!

No thanks, Suarez is much better than either of them.

10 May 2012 19:56:48
Lucas was our best player prior to injury, he will return like a new signing, him and shelvey in the middle with SG in front with suarez

I would love to c that, but I think that we still need a better striker to play alongside suarez ,as although carroll has played well recently I dont think we can rely on him to get us the goals, luuk de jong maybe or jackson martinez?

Carroll with Suarez, Gerrard can settle on the right whether he likes it or not

Doesnt work, we look better in a 4-4-2

I think Shelvey is quality. He was awesome against Chelsea the other night. Not a bad notion.

SG's time is ending. Shelvey and Hendo are our new midfield with Lucas backing them up.

Carroll has to be used more ofen this year

10 May 2012 19:53:55
According to the daily express Yaya Toure has handed in a tranfser request ( might just he bulls*** )

I am not saying that he will come but I would love to see him in a Liverpool shirt!
What sort of price would we be looking at to bring him in?

Cheers, YNWA

He wants to go back to BARCA before playing days are over thats all.

He earns over 200k a week. No chance.

He is on 280k a week way more than we can pay

If you think Barca and Liv are the same team, then, yes, he will come.
He said he want to re-join Barca

And how do you expect us to pay the sort of wages he'd look for?

I agree that we camy afford his wages and I wasn't saying that we would get him but you had to admit it would be good to see him in a Liverpool shirt!

Do you think that he would still be fond of a move to barca seeing as pep guardiola isn't there?

Toure will come and play with his mate Messi at Anfield.

And who is going to pay his wages if he leaves? The Sultan of Brunei?

The only reason he's at city is because he wanted to play alongside his brother kolo. We can dream, but Y Toure is not coming

10 May 2012 19:47:44
Hi Eds,

Bilic to step down as Croatia mgr after the Euros

Possible replacement for KK?

Also am I the only one thinking the midfield should be the priority over the summer. The service and lack of goals from the centre of the part has to be a serious concern.

Spearing, Lucas, Downing, Adam should have no place in a team looking to get back into the champs league next year

5uarezTimes

Lucas?! Are you for real? He has been our best midfielder, Gerrard included, for the last 2 seasons. If he didnt get injured, Im pretty sure we wouldve been higher up in the table...AND he wouldve had Ramires shackled in the FA Cup Final!!

INeverWalkAlone

Lucas should have no place? Idiot

Lucas?! Are you actually insane?

Lucas Leiva is just as important to our team as Luis Suarez. We need him.

Stone YNWA.

This post was ridiculous when I read you wanted to see Bilic as LFC manager, then I saw the part about Lucas not being fit for a champions league team...WOW.

I don't see how you can say Lucas has no place in our team since he was arguably our best player of the season before his injury. Also, Adams may have been inconsistent and lacked goals this season, but he had one of the highest number or assists in the Premier League, which we missed greatly after his injury. Henderson is also very young which people seem to forget, and has a great potential. As for Downing, he may not of had a good season, but it is known that he does take long to settle at a new club, and if he rediscovers his form, he could provide quality service for Carroll. Spearing is also a great squad player and should not be forced out of the club. Maybe the reason why our Home form has been so awful is that many fans such as yourself are too soon to criticise and refuse to support our players! Are we not called supporters? Get behind your team, as it's a disgrace for how some of our players have been abused. Look at Carroll and Lucas, they suffered great amount of abuse from their own fans, yet are now turning out to be quality players. And as Kenny has yet to leave his post, I find it disgraceful that so many people are already searching for a replacement.

AJ

I also think our failures are in the middle...but disagree with lucas he needs good players around him

Lucas was our player of the season before his injury, and statistically the best holding midfielder in the league, I for one cannot wait to see him back in the first team

Lucas was quality before his injury i think he needs a suitable partner which will be henderson

Lucas no place in the team next year, are you having a laugh? He was the best player until he got injured and he has been sorely missed since then.

Kenny

Lucas is a defensive midfielder (and been injured for most of the season) so assits isnt really his job

You can't be serious. Lucas? He's the rock of our midfield. Clearly a wind-up post.

I agree with you completely, but Lucas is one if our best midfielders. Watching him for 90 minutes is a amazing. He breaks up play superbly and I would say our sharp drop in league form was in a large part due to his absence. I think he should not be sold but rather considered irreplaceable.

Lucas is defo gunna be big for us...and strikers is our issue...goal scorers.

Lucas has been one of the best midfielders in the league for the last 2 seasons and our league position has a lot to do with his absence from the team. He is not an attacking player although he once was. U are talking tripe

Lucas was our best player until he got injured. Stop slating the team and show ur support.

Lucas is immense

88

Are you for real buddy? Lucas was player of the year last year until the injury, once he's back that will allow whoever is with him in the middle to push forward, Gerrard will be back in form for next season along with players yet to fully settle like Henderson, Shelvey, Adam etc. We are creating plenty chances just not putting them away. De Jong will add to our strikeforce which is only heating up now with the big man hitting form. Work on keeping suarez and add to our wide options aswell as a versatile defender or two and were sorted. Not long before we are back in the top 4. Good times ahead. Ps The likes of Sterling, Morgan, Suso will make a big impact next season also, dont you be worrying too much about scoring, lets worry about working on our clean sheets against the likes of QPR, Wigan etc

If lucas can come back strong and fit, i can see him captaining lfc and brazil in 2/3 years

Lucas is awesome, and spearing ain't good enough for our reserves, let alone a squad player!

Lucas is prob our best perform of this season until he got injured

Above posts say it all lucas is invaluable to us and i even see him as a future liverpool captain

Lucas no place? Are you mad? He has been our stand out player for ages up until his injury - come on!

I hope Bilic gets no where near out team.

I do agree with you regarding our weaknesses in midfield, been saying it all season long.

We need a midfield enforcer who could cover for Lucas and we need two pacy tricky wingers who could play between the lines.

If this season has taught us anything it's that Lucas has been a huge loss to our midfield. We need to base around him...not get rid of him.

Lucas is a super player. A lot of people need to learn HOW to watch football . Its not just about staring at the ball .

10 May 2012 19:43:08
Hamit Altintop, 29, as a possible replacement for Dirk Kuyt ant truth to this ?? {Ed002's Note - Trabzonspor and Galatasaray have a declared interest in Hamit Altintop who will be leaving Real Madrid this summer. There is nothing confirmed regarding Liverpool's interest although it was suggested in the press a while back that they could be interested. He would be cheap but at 29 not a long-term solution.}

10 May 2012 19:21:22
Hi Eds and all,
Is there any further news on the signing of Rasmussen Elm, it's all gone quiet and wondering if the Eds or anyone else knows what is happening.
Thanks
Bazzaa {Ed002's Note - A good chance but nothing yet. Newcastle, Juventus, Spurs, Manchester United, Lazio, Roma and Liverpool have shown interest in Rasmus Elm but there has been no bid, no discussions about price and certainly no agreement over a move - regardless of what people have said on Twitter.}

Eds,
I don't use twitter at all, I only use your site for the goss. Thank you for the update and got my fingers crossed.
Bazzaa

10 May 2012 18:49:29
Eds...which wing is LFC looking to strengthen? Assuming Downing stays in the squad it seems like he's much more comfortable on the right than the left so would LFC be looking for left sided winger or does it not make much difference either way as they are wanting the best available that fits FSG's requirements? {Ed002's Note - Right wing but nowadays they are expected to cover both.}

How is downing more comfortable on the right? He has no right foot!!

Regardless...he seems much more lively on the right.

What about young Raheem Sterling surely he must be giving Downing a run for his money now that may give Downing the impetus to keep improving in the way he has towards the end of the season but you can never have enough quality in your squad I would say it depends on who's available Carlos81 {Ed002's Note - But he is very young.}

He is young yes but so was Michael Owen and Wayne Rooney without playing them you will never know! It's a risk and i would probably ease him into the team rather than just throwing him straight in he definitely has potential and I am excited about the kids future especially if it is at liverpool Carols81

Hi all,

Regarding the Suarez situation, apparently there seems to be a separation of opinion among board members on Suarez. Told majority of them would like to keep Luis at the Club. Though if we receive a significant amount [guess something around 40M] of money which we can't turn down then there is every chance he will leave.

and I am pretty much sure Kenny will be our manager next season...

YNWA JFT96
Armando

No chance of him leaving, if he goes that is end of liverpool

Don't take this the wrong way, but I hope your sources are genuine and that you're being honest Armando.
There are so many liars, rival fans and fantasy managers who post here that you can only take seriously the things that Macca and the Eds say.
So I really hope you turn out to be another genuine and honest source of info, because God knows we can always use more decent info amongst the lies that get posted here.
Time (and a search of postings by name at the end of the window, as I sometimes do) will tell if your info is anywhere near the mark.
I hope it is- Suarez is a unique and incredible talent who would strengthen any squad on the planet.

Quite right mate when Keegan left the club fell to pieces.

Yeah we really fell to pieces, European cups, League Championships a big sign of that !

Juventus would like to take him but I doubt they can pay £40 milliom, they might however, offer Elia and Krasic as part of their offer. It would be a mistake to sell Suarez even at £40 million.

10 May 2012 18:38:06
hi eds, i was just wondering if this rumour going around about Babel coming back is true. thanks for a great site. regards, rich. {Ed002's Note - Twitter I guess? He will be available but I would doubt Anfield will be his destination.}

A fantastic player with great potential.... only to be ruined by his very own laziness. Shame.

I would have liked Babel to stay but it seemed his attitude got him into trouble . He had pace and a powerful shot but he just couldn't get it to work on the pitch

Marcus?? {Ed002's Note - Ryan.}

Had his chance,hes carp

At least he loved the club , he wouldn't have jumped ships like torres did , he was a very loyal player and if he was played in the right position on the pitch and given more time than surely he would have shown his true potential , this just my opinion .

10 May 2012 18:18:51
Eds,
I read that LFC are interested in Krasic. Keeping in mind that Juve were rumoured to be interested in Suarez would a swap deal with some extra cash going one way or another be posssible? Don't get me wrong, I don't think letting Suarez go is a good think to do but I understand that some of Liverpool board are keen to let Luis go after all this mess with Evra. {Ed002's Note - Juventus would look to do a deal if they could. We will see.}

Hope not will be a massive step backwards

Let's hope not!

Remember how they strung us along with Aquilani and ripped us off with the Poulsen. Bidding starts at £50M for them.

Loan him for a year with an offer to buy and hand him back to them. We have been well and trruly stiffed by the Italian clubs

10 May 2012 18:03:51
Eds, could Ralf Rangnick be an option to replace Kenny? {Ed002's Note - No. I can rule him out for you.}

10 May 2012 17:59:53
Hulk is playing in a third rate league and has won all all that he can realistically win at Porto. No massive European clubs have made an offer for him, so why wouldn't he come to Liverpool to play with Suarez, get a pay rise and achieve worldwide fame? He's 25 as well so surely fancies a move

Coz porto wont release him if they dont get a crazy offer to match their buy-out clause..
and from that "3rd grade club of yours" he won the treble last season..quality player would love him at l4 but just dont see kenny spending his whole budget on only one player..

Porto turned down 80 million euros for him...can you see us paying that or more?

If he did want to move he would end up at either real Madrid Chelsea or city I'd say more real Madrid as much as I'd love him at Liverpool

Because porto are holding on to him before chelsea and man city go knocking on their door.

Lol 80m euros your funny mate dont talk nonsense

Why do people always pre-supposed that they know what players, whom they have no connection to, are thinking?

10 May 2012 17:51:41
Eds do you think if King Kenny does decide to step down or move upstairs that Dragan Stojković of Grampus would be a contender or is he to much of an unkown, dont want to start just throwing names about but im just interested as i would love either him or Borell to get a chance.

Thanks

Loafmaster Flex
{Ed002's Note - He is hardly unknown but I have no idea if he would be considered or not.}

Sorry to put unknown quantity. Thanks for the reply though

Loafmaster flex

Wenger once said that he would like that if he leaved that Stojkovic replaces him!

Padre

Arsene who? was the reaction the fans gave but what remarkable job he has done over the years at Arsenal therafter. Frankly who is Dragan?

10 May 2012 17:47:49
Hi eds, I heard we have been watching Walter Birsa, can you confirm this. He seem like a pretty versatile midfielder. Cheers
Kman {Ed002's Note - I recall there being interest in him from Roy Hodgson when he arrived but am not aware of anything right now.}

10 May 2012 17:37:25
Eds, I'm not saying we can or will, but should we put a £40mill (or some other big number) bid in for Christian Eriksen is there any chance we could get him? His skill and pasing in the middle would link up with suarez like nobody's business! {Ed002's Note - The figure you mention is somewhat higher than I expect Liverpool could reasonably spend on one player and what he is likely worth. However, Liverpool, Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Bayern Munich and AC Milan have shown an interest in Eriksen. He has already rejected both Manchester City and Chelsea but AC Milan remain the most interested club. The Milan Press Office are convinced of interest from Manchester United and they have let it be known that they expect a bid to be made by for Eriksen who remains adament that he will stay in Amsterdam for two more years before moving to Spain. Expect AC Milan and Roma to press if a bid is made by Manchester United.}

Why the hell would we bid 40M when we got Suarez, their captain and talisman, for 22M?

Not saying he's worth £40mil but he is worth more than what we paid for suarez because imo he's a better footballer, he's younger and has more potential.

(And because of inflation :))

LOL! 40M for Eriksen? I am laffing my ass off right now. The player is not even worth half of that sum.

10 May 2012 17:34:05
any interest in moses eds? sky bet have us as favourites, but i really don't know how bettting works that well as im only 16 {Ed002's Note - I am sorry but I don't know.}

Right, betting for dummies (using my possibly fallacious knowledge but there you go).

The 'bookmaker' will weigh up the odds of something happening and manufacture a figure from pretty much thin air, in a way that it will balance their books (hence bookmaker).

As people start to bet on the event in question, the bookie will keep an eye on the weight of betting and make adjustments to its price. The heavier the betting gets, the bigger the adjustment.

As the adjustments are made, the bookies themselves make large bets with each other on said events to cover their losses, if whatever was being wagered would come to pass.

The more money is bet, the lower the price drops in a bid to stop the bookie from losing too much money from new betters.

Something like that.

TSP

Just to add a little bit to your excellent response bookies will also lower a price to make it seem more likely hoping gullible punters will think its a sure thing and lump good money on knowing there is little chance of it happening so i guess what im trying to say is ignore what the bookies say

I am an ardent and loyal LFC fan, I still think Dalglish and co can deliver the progress and success we want. However, I will pass on some information from a long time friend and former fellow player around the North West non-league scene. He is still involved with one of the clubs in Lancashire. I was watching my son play for Burnley v Accies and his lad was in the opposition side, he stated that he had been told that Kenny is to step upstairs and Brendan Rogers will arrive. I still believe or hope Kenny stays as manager, we get a few players, promote some of the reserves, especially Sterling and Suso to add some guile and creativity, get Lucas and Gerrard back fit, Pepe back on form, Carroll and the others to have settled and improve on this season. To move on players who are surplus to the squad or out on loan and don't figure in future plans, this would be another step in reconfiguring a shambles of squad Kenny was left with.

YNWA EVO

Please don't think Rogers is the answer as well as he has done for Swansea just ask Reading and Watford fans!

It's like the rumours last year about McLeish for LFC what a disaster he has been

LFC needs a special manager just ask Hodgson.

please only consider KK, Mourinho and Gurardiola

I pressed 'unbelievable', but more because I hope Brendan Rogers comes nowhere near our club, except as a visiting manager of a losing team. If he did arrive, we might as well sell all of our forwards, rip up the goal-posts, and change our shirt sponsor to Horlicks.

Red Owl

I totally agree. At last someone with their head on their shoulders. Brilliant points

Daniel Hanwell

I don't want to disrespect your post mate but footballers are the worst gossips in the world.
On your points about the clubs position they are all sound.
To the poster above,you want the right manager not a celebrity appointment who is special.

10 May 2012 17:16:38
Eds do you know if the club has shown any interest in any of the Man City players that are about to be shipped out this season? Adam Johnson, De Jong etc? {Ed002's Note - None that I am aware of.}

Is Adam Johnson any better than Downing?

10 May 2012 17:03:26
is there a buy back clause for tom ince and wud he want 2 come back at sum stage? also is there gonna be any good free agents in the summer that u know off? keep up the great work!!! {Ed002's Note - No buy back clause.}

Tom ince will not be comming back nor is he welcome, him and his dad saw to that, besides he is not that good MOTD fever, at best he could be a lower prem league player

I saw an article about Free Agents back in March. The following names stuck as useful for us:

Junior Hoilett
Tranquillo Barnetta
Mark van Bommel
Royston Drenthe

Hoilett's the only one I'm sure hasn't made a deal with a new club or extended his existing contract since the article was published though.

Toni Silva is the one we're going with, expect him to make the odd appearances in the league and europa next season.

10 May 2012 17:00:17
Hi eds just like to post my thoughts

Transfers In

Xabi Alonso , Rasmus Elm or Moussa Sissoko
Luuk De Jong, Soldado or Negredo

And 2 Wingers out of the following

Griezzman
Ellia
Johnson
Boudebez
Ben Arfa

And a creative midfielder from the following

Christian Erikkson
Andrea Herrera
Bojan

OMG YES, according to you were signing a new starting 11 -.-

LFCHero :)!

How much money do you think we have??

Not all of them dont be silly we will sign 2 wingers a striker and a creative mid but if johnson goes maybe a rb too not exactly a starting 11 if you read my post properly you would see that.

10 May 2012 16:47:21
if reina wants out let him go, mc gregor from rangers would be very good n he would cost nothing due to their finances, super keeper , even on international duty hes super. mc carthy from wigan , dembele n dempsey , luuk de jong n a good winger, maybe this elia chap, lets face it liverpool wont let kenny waste another 100 mil so these would not cost thew world, get rid of cole aqua etc
5gold tars

Lol its fans like this that make us look stupid mccarthy? hes not ready and no room for him. we have no idea whether dempsey wud make it at a bigger club dembele is EXTREMELY overrated hope we get De Jong though even though the dutch can be dodgy despite ther scoring records in the eredivisie

Mcgregor's not really a long term solution is he. Think he's older than Pepe.

There is no interest in Reina, nor does he want to leave

Whilst I agree with the reply about McCarthy (not sure what the OP is on here:o ) you can't question if Dempsey would make it at a larger club. He's an experienced international who consistently performs in the premier league. This is not just over one season either. Would like to see Dempsey at Anfield.

Well if mc carthy is not ready then henderson certainly aint!, hes been quality 4 wigan((who have been the best team in the lge last 12 ) , all these players will be playing for top clubs nxt season
5gold stars

Dempsey....for christs sake people

As much as i like clint dempsey, Downing and charlie Adam are or sorry were proven prem quality and look what happened there. If they dont get the finger out next season id ship them out. I wudnt be buying mc carthy either. We need a goalscoring midfielder.

We should have bought mcarthy when he was at hammilton and we could have got him for 1 million not at the over inflated price he would be now

McCarthy didn't want to come we could not promise first team football,he's a very good player but he won't be moving anywhere this summer,too much going on in his life.
I just want the right players and don't give a f*** if the footballing snobs here don't think they are BIG enough names.

Don't shoot the messenger but just heard off me bird who works for one of the top solicitors in town, who have dealings with LFC that kenny is a definate gonner at the end of season that's come from one of the top partners of her firm let's wait an see

Kopman

And the solicitors would know about this first, right?

Yes lets wait and see

Aye i heard that myself mate. And steve keanes on his way. BEHAVE YOURSELF!!

What's she like? (the bird?)

Of course solicitors would know. Who do you think writes up contracts when people arrive and settlements when they leave? The groundstaff?

And are they the only solicitors in town? Do the club not have their own legal eagles? Just asking.

Ed is there a profile on krasic on ur player profile pages?
Cheers {Ed002's Note - I have no idea - go look and then come back and let us know.}

What's the website? {Ed002's Note - www.player-profiles.co.uk/ }

Cheers, there isn't, would be good wif the lfc speculation. {Ed002's Note - I will ask. Juventus will be open to offers for Krasic and Joksimovic has been trying to get as many clubs as possible interested including Lazio, Liverpool and Spurs - and he has had success in gaining interest from Spurs. Lazio, Borussia Dortmund, Villarreal, Sevilla, Zenit St Petersburg, Fenerbahce and Anzhi Makhachkala have a confirmed interest in the player although I suspect Dortmund will drop their interest. There is at least one very influential person at Chelsea who very much likes the player and wishes to revisit earlier interest. Krasic has declared his interest in Manchester United and it is not completely out of the question that they may be interested in him. Fenerbahce strike me as the most likely destination for him right now.}

Cheers ed ur sound and great help!

10 May 2012 16:13:07
Eds, just would like to know if you rate Rasmus Elm and how you would describe him as a footballer? {Ed002's Note - He would be a decent addition to the squad.}

According to FM 2012 he is slow as Adam, but perhaps better in the technical department.

Drigan

Rasmus Elm is a set piece machine. He's scored 10 goals in the Dutch League and he's scored 2 goals in the Europa League this season, he's played 44 times.

He has received rave reviews from the footballing media in the Netherlands this season for his passing quality as has his free kicks, for both goals and assists.

I asked a source close to the Swedish national team about him and this is the answer i got. Rasmus is a down to earth kind of guy who gives his best at any place you put him, preferable in the center mid. He would be a great addition to the team.

10 May 2012 16:07:37
Any chance of elm, krasic and moses in the summer eds? {Ed002's Note - Try the search function or reading the other posts please.}

10 May 2012 15:59:45
Hi ed002 I've been hearing a lot of rumours that pepe is leaving liverpool,if so whots the chance that we could sign hugo lloris 4rm lyon maybe?Keanon... {Ed002's Note - Now would be the time to make that decision as I understand Milan are plotting a move for Lloris as I write.}

I would much rather ter stegan.

Square tomato

10 May 2012 16:02:02
Do you think we'll sign Eljero Elia or Milos Krasic? I've heard both want out but sureley Juventus wouldn't let 2 of there players go like that. {Ed002's Note - I suspect that Juventus will be very happy to see both go. There has to be a chance of one or the other. You will find more detail elsewhere.}

Both players are surplus to requirements at Juve. Since Conte came in he switched the formation and system to one utilising the middle of the pitch with much less need (if any) for wide players. As such the players are available, Krasic is desperate to leave given that he knows he will not play often and at 27 wants game time. From what I been told they will let him go for around 10m

10 May 2012 15:47:16
According to an italian news paper we are trying to sign milos krasic as well as newsnow saying we are looking into signing hamit antillop from R.Madrid

10 May 2012 15:46:54
Strong runour of interest in a double swoop for roberto soldado and adil rami in a 39m bid is in the offing.

10 May 2012 15:43:15
Ed, are Real Madrid interested in Glen Johnson? {Ed002's Note - Not that I am aware.}

10 May 2012 15:32:58
Does anyone have any concrete sources to say we r interested in Krasic? i for one hope so. Someone is going to get a bargain gettin that lad. He would be quality for our right wing. Surely the attraction of us being able give him first team action bodes well for us if we r interested. {Ed002's Note - Juventus will be open to offers for Krasic and Joksimovic has been trying to get as many clubs as possible interested. Lazio, Borussia Dortmund, Villarreal, Sevilla, Zenit St Petersburg, Liverpool, Spurs, Fenerbahce and Anzhi Makhachkala have a confirmed interest in the player although I suspect Dortmund will drop their interest. There is at least one very influential person at Chelsea who very much likes the player and wishes to revisit earlier interest but I doubt that they see him as a priority. Krasic has declared his interest in Manchester United and it is not completely out of the question that they may be interested in him. Fenerbahce strike me as the most likely destination for him right now.}

Krasic .......primadonna {Ed002's Note - It is fair to say he has been a bit of a pain in the neck - particularly when sat on the bench.}

In all fairness though he did just get dumped on the bench because of the change in formation and playing style. He was not doing brilliantly but he was not bad either. He has made a fuss from the bench but what decent player would like being on the bench?

Give him a new club and I think you will see the same Krasic that tempted Juve into buying in the first place.

10 May 2012 15:16:50
Hi Eds,
are we interested in Hamit ALTINTOP?

CHEERS.
{Ed002's Note - Trabzonspor and Galatasaray have a declared interest in Hamit Altintop who will be leaving Real Madrid this summer. There is nothing confirmed regarding Liverpool's interest although it was suggested in the press a while back that they could be interested. He would be cheap but at 29 not a long-term solution.}

10 May 2012 14:57:54
Just been told LFC budget is 50M plus sales.

Scott Slater

Hope so!

Rubbish, there is no way in hell liverpool will have 50m to spend plus sales not a chance after spending 60 last summer not counting the 57m in the january of 2011 although net soend was only 7m cause torres. No chance i do wish it was 50m because thats what i think we need a manager with brain and bring in great talent but aint going to happen mate 20-30m plus sales

Let's hope it's £ not $

Are you the same Scott from RAWK?

This is not the real Scott Slatter off twitter JF LFC

If it isnt at least that amount forget about any success next season and pray we get better than 9th place

10 May 2012 14:48:19
GOALKEEPERS
First off, Doni is leaving, that much is a certainty. I don't think we're actively looking to move Jones on, but if a bid comes in we will sell. Gulacsi likely to be our no. 2 next season. Don't know where these Reina comments are coming from, "the cat" stays. He will go at some point in the future as he wants to play for Atletico Madrid like his father, but for now he's a Liverpool player and loves it here.
DEFENDERS
Glen Johnson will be moved on. I believe Arsenal and Chelsea are interested, but so are Real Madrid and maybe Barcelona. Barca are actively looking at selling Dani Alves so there's a position up for grabs there. We are looking for a replacement though, despite having Flano and Kelly. Wilson will get a few chances next season with Carragher starting to look more like a coach for the club. Aurelio will leave, Robinson might go out on loan leaving Agger and Wilson as backups for LB, but will only play there if it's necessary. Also expect to see Coady and Wisdom in contention for a match or 2.
MIDFIELDERS
I think Kenny has realised that we're a 4-4-2 team. We're looking for at least 1 winger, I personally think we need 2. We have Sterling and Downing with Kuyt and Maxi leaving. Henderson will be used as a right mid, and we will sign a CM. Spearo will be sold.
STRIKERS
Bellamy will be moved on with him aging now leaving us with 2 'proven' strikers in Carroll and Suarez. I believe we are in talks over Jackson Martinez and expect him to sign. Maybe give a chance to Eccleston or Ngoo, I dunno to be perfectly honest. Few do, just my opinion and all seems very likely.

So to cap; Doni, Aurelio, Johnson, Kuyt, Maxi, Spearing to leave. Flanagan and Robinson might go out on loan. Minimum of 4 new signings in the summer. Only one I'm sure on is Jackson Martinez. Can see a bit of truth in the Krasic rumours but it'll all depend on if there's another bidder. His preferred destination (In England) is Spurs but they're pretty covered. Think there's interest in Matty Phillips of Blackpool as another winger/striker. CM the big talk is Rasmus ELm but he'll go to a ECL team, we'll go elsewhere.

Severance

If this summer happened I would drop into depression, I hope stay far away from Jackson Martinez.

I can tell you Barcelona are not looking to sell Dani Alves at all!

The biggest load of crap ive seen today. you dont know what you are talking about . your just making up more crap. face facts you dont know what lfc are going to do. get a life.

I dont have any inside information but I can tell this much that Henderson is CM and has done very well in the past few games in that position. It would be stupid to keep playing him on the right and buy a CM rather than buying a specialist RCM/winger considering it has been the most problematic position this past season. Downing and Bellamy as inverted wingers posed much more attacking threat than Henderson from the right.

10 May 2012 14:44:03
hey eds long time no post was just wondering if an1s taken a bite at muniain of bilbao i kno last time the eds sed they bilbao wer askin around tryna offload him for 40mil that £s or €s anyway i think hes a class act and can only grow i would take a chance on him but at £15-20mil just wonder if uve heard neone putting an offer in? and if you rate him? cheers CRAIG {Ed002's Note - Muniain was touted around the clubs on behalf of Bilbao - and the two clubs in England that were approached were Chelsea and Manchester United. The asking price was 40M euros. They won't get it because I don't think clubs would risk half of that on a player who is young and has had some off field issues. If the price comes down to a reasonable level I can see interest from several English clubs including Manchester United and Liverpool. Roma interest is still there and rumours abound of Juventus and Malaga interest but perhaps an eventual move to Barcelona beckons.}

He is a very fragile young man but at the same time very proffesional, people forget hes only 19. yesterday you saw the fragile side but i see that as just passion. Barcelona are keeping a close eye on him, he will go there or england no where apart from La Liga or the Prem. where in the prem? i dont know i just hope its not Man Utd, him and De gea are very close friends.

10 May 2012 14:37:38
Anyone thinking Liverpool are gonna spend 30+ is mental we have overspent and under achieved but every player we have signed under kenny has something to prove an with a few added players - de Jong /elm/belhanda/ and exits-maxi/kuyt?/cole/aurelio/aquilani. We will no doubt improve we haven't been that far away this season the odd goal an a bit mire luck we would have a champions league spot we those few additions we would have a far better squad than arsenal an Newcastle Adam/Henderson/Carroll/downing all just need to pull there finger out.

10 May 2012 14:20:17
Hello mate, what about clement chantome and Steven fletcher? Thanks mate {Ed002's Note - I don't know of interest in either from Liverpool.}

10 May 2012 14:18:12
Just a thought if we are looking to raise funds for players in the summer, Reina should not be sold! He has had a poor season by his high standards but I think that's because of a lack of pressure on his place, he basically knows if fit he plays so a decent back up kepper is needed to push him! I would move Johnson(i do rate him as a player) on as he is the only player at the moment with any market value that has a ready made replacementm in Kelly (between £12-15 mill) and the other player I would move on(and it may cause a bit a stir on this site) would be Lucas! Sell him while his stock is so high and ask Gerrard to play the holding midfield role which he could do with ease for the next 4-5 years with less toll on his body because he will be just sitting in (and not doing those lung busting runs thus staying injury free) and breaking up play and spraying the ball around. He is intellignt enough to make that position his own, that is not having a pop at Lucas by the way as he has improved 100%. I think if he proves his fitness then we could be looking at £17-18 mill for Lucas so there you could be looking at £30million in the transfer kitty by putting those two players up for sale both with replacements there already added to whatever Fenway are putting in and we could go and get what the team has lacked for the last 20 years, genuine pace!

Waro

There two of ate better players I would be thinking of building round them not getting rid although I like Kelly he's far to injury prone to hold a regular play same for gerrard. I do agree with you over the pace issue this is a big problem and el de Jong Ramirez all of these players lack pace do it looks as tho we will be the same next season

I have to disagree with you on the Lucas issue . He has been one of the best (if not the best) defensive midfielders in Europe over the last two seasons. I love Gerrard but he would not be able to fill that role the way Lucas does.

Sell lucas? Are u crazy. gerrard playing that position or not lucas is too far good a player 2 let go especially that it was his injury that started our downfall. think u need 2 give ys head a wobble
andy

We should be trying to take the weight off Gerrard's shoulders, not piling it on! Why seel possibly the best holding midfielder in England just to keep Gerrard fresh? Just make sure he plays more defensively and put him alongside Lucas?

You need to see a psychiatrist if you think Gerrard could perform the holding role for the next 5 years. He couldn't do it with conviction in his peak.

And it is rubbish to suggest that you dont need to run as much in the holding role.

You know that game FIFA12 that you base all your decisions on? There used to be a game show on telly called Give Us A Clue. I think you should play that instead because you clearly need one. Get rid of Lucas, the best defensive mid in the country before his injury? Behave yourself.

Yes sell our best Midfielder and put Gerrard there for 3 years while Lucas has another 10 or so in him.

Even better lets sell him for £17 million when we paid more than that for Hendo and Downing.

Or lets not.

JP

I stopped reading as soon as I saw sell Lucas. One of the hardest working players we own, who is very good defensively. With him on the team, the midfielders and full backs are given the freedom to attack without worrying about leaving gaps at the back.

Also at the start of the season when Lucas was playing with Gerrard out injured, the team has played some of their best football. However, when Lucas went out and Gerrard back him, the performance on the pitch has been disappointing.

I don't want to say this, but Gerrard does slow the team down nowadays (except for a few MoM performances). If I was Dalglish I would let Lucas, Henderson and Shelvey operate in the middle of the park and play Gerrard on the right wing to provide Carroll with the sort of services he requires.

Sorry for the long post, but I really can't believe someone just said sell Lucas, when its obvious we missed him badly.

STB

Sell Lucas! This isnt FIFA you can just go plonkin any central player to hold there. Besides, which game in the past 3 seasons has indicated that gerrard is able to perform a holding role? Besides, Lucas has been up there (along with Busquets, Song?) with the best DM's in World Football. Absolute class player and loves the club - Why sell!

Crazy suggestions. Sell Lucas and replace him with Gerrard? Have you not analysed this season and concluded that our season went downhill when Gerrard was introduced back into the team as a holding midfielder? Gerrard is too slow on the ball when controlling a game from deep. Did england not have the same problem when they tried Gerrard and Lampard together in the middle with Gerrard sitting deep?

This bloke is dilusional. We're not a selling club, we need to keep all of our best talents!

Sell Lucas?? You are mental!

Liverpool are hot favourites to land Rasmus Elm - the £7million-rated AZ Alkmaar midfielder.Liverpool are are lining up a summer move for Juventus outcast Milos Krasic.

We don't need no outcasts!

Mate of mine works as a freelance physio for a German club and let's me know whenever she hears about any transfer rumblings regarding Liverpool when she's been chatting to other players or management. plus she's married to a transfer rumours columnist!

So far this month, she's mentioned Cheikou Kouyate, Richmond Boakye, azilipucueta, lacina traore, razack traore and susaeta.

A lot of it seems to be conjecture about possible transfers, but she will only mention something to me if it's worth knowing.

Have you heard of any of these players eds? Macca?

Lacina Traore is a good shout, though.

A freelance physio is able to pick up genuine information on Liverpool transfer targets via a German club? Weak!

10 May 2012 14:04:49
Toivonen would be available this Summer for under £10m, is this some1 that Liverpool are interested in as people are saying he is a bigger stronger kuyt ??

Going to sunderland done deal.

Kuyts problem has never been his size or strength, its always been his shooting accuracy, control and speed so we should probaly stay well away from Big T which prbobably means we are definatley interested an dwilling to pay top whack for him.

He is no were near the quality kuyt was in his prime

according to Metro, utility player Hamit Altintop the 29-year old Turkish international looks likely to be on his way to Liverpool.

Back to turkey

Hey Ed's what is the situation with pandev? Would Liverpool consider him? {Ed002's Note - He will return to Inter and will be made availabnle. He has already been offered up as part of a deal for Lavezzi. He must be pushing 30 so I don't think he will be anyone's first choice, but he would be a useful addition to many squads.}

Rafa showed an interest when he had his contract terminated a couple of seasons ago.

He opted for inter then, but maybe a useful addition as a squad player. Depends on the fee too

Jonesred {Ed002's Note - It would not be much in teh big scheme of things.}

Is it just me, or do my fellow reds feel a bit uneasy at the moment, regarding the future of LFC, for the following reasons.

1: Still no statement about a 'new' stadium or 're-development' of Anfield.
2: KK future as manager, what will happen (I personally hope he stays).
3: The role of DOF and potentially a new manager (if KK steps down).
4: Transfer targets, with the Euros next month, have LFC concluded preliminary agreements for their targets (if those are European players) or adopted a 'wait and see approach', which potentially could mean players become more expensive (if they have oustanding Euros), and are pursued by other top European teams.
5: Which players will depart LFC, and when.

Without any indication from the club, all 5 above remain unanswered and unknown.
Surely the owners must realise that decisive action and shows of intent are needed to placate any uncertainty.
The club needs to step forth and steal a march on those around it, even Arsenal and Chelsea have secured new players (well agreements) already.
This uncertainty, could lead to later panic and impulsive buying and decisions.

Just my thoughts.
Food for thought.

What are you worryed about. kk is still under contract and the season has not finished and lfc never talk about who there after. the one point i can see what your saying is about the stadium.

I agree with you slightly, but surely only an announcement re the stadium would be realistic. The other 4 they are not going to be made public. I know in the day an age of instant news it can become frustrating but we will just have to wait. Re the two players already signed by Chelsea and Arsenal i wouldn't want either lol

To be honest I have no interest in the club making these announcements officially right now as that would be tantamount to a bullet in one's own foot.

Spot on mate! They are the exact thoughts that run through my head every day!

As has been said by Kenny on numerous occasions the club will deal with all the above matters in house, and the fans will be informed when said matters are completed, as is the Liverpool way.

5 years behind utd and playing catch up on city spurs chelsea and arsenal. It will not improve significantly unless a dramatic change of direction is taken. KK is a hero of the past but the table dont lie, totally unaceptable season from a team the should be top 4 minimum. Years behind, and going backwards.

Is this Tony Evans? come on.... come clean...Tony is that you?

Let the people who are in charge of the club handle these situations. We are supporters, we should do just that, SUPPORT !

The season is not even finished and panic is about to set in ?? jaysus, 18 of the other teams havent announced any signings either

I like what the club are doing. Pretty much nothing through the football season apart from concentrating on football. The other stuff which always has and will happen can be done closed season. Makes simple sense to me YNWA

source who is close friends with some ex players has told me there is a real possibility that xavi alonso will be back at liverpool come the summer,de jong is coming and a player from a top team in spain who we will all be surprised by but his source would'nt say who it was....im just posting this to see come the summer how accurate my source might be...any of the eds or macca heard anything...

**xabi

Xabi??

Jonesred

I'm sorry, I missed your name.....

Mrpjd

How can you spell Xabi's name wrong? and if you mean Nigel De Jong then Alonso will not be best pleased, he still hasnt forgiven de jong for the kung fu kick in the world cup final. The two here at the same time? impossible. and i'd much rather have Xabi. But if you meant luuk then my point is invalid.

Nothing is impossible.
C.Ronaldo will also move back to Mancs this summer as well after reading this rumor.

GET REAL, with henderson, lucas, adam,
shelvey,gerrard, + RASMUS ELM + SUSO
coming through the midfield is evolving,
the team KING KENNY is constructing
is going to be upwardly mobile,ALONSO
is yesterday's man he has no PACE........

Spell the name right will you... if you dont know his name im guessing your info is duff as well... and thats not Damien Duff! X-A-B-I

Didnt know this was a spelling test

Ed's are we interested in Blackpool's Matt Phillips? And do you think he could cope at premier league level?

Geordie Red Jonny {Ed002's Note - I have no idea about his ability to cope but according to Ed001 there has been interest.}

{Ed022's note - there is a player profile on Phillips.}

10 May 2012 12:57:49
Hi Eds,
Do Liverpool still have some interest in Matt Jarvis ?
I've had to work at Wolves this season and I see him as 1 of the more impresive players they have.
He's a left winger, has good pace, can play on the right or centre and can score goals.
At 25 and english he fits the Fenway mould
Any Ideas ? {Ed002's Note - I don't know of any interest.}

I heard there was paper talk that LFC looked at him in Jan, that why I asked.
I might be wrong but I think he might fit in well

Matt is that you ?

Ssshhhhhh :-)

Who knew English was the Fenway mould!!

10 May 2012 12:53:43
Falcao is truly impressive. I am sure it would take 35 million but he looks a sure bet, proven in two European leagues. Ofcourse I am dreaming, as eery team in Europe must want him. I watched him play 7 times this year and he is force every game.

He cost 40mill and his value will only have gone up in a year at ath madrid,so theres no chance at all really imo

It took Atletico £35m when he wasn't proven in one of Europe's top 5 leagues, it would take a lot more now and he wouldn't join us in our current mess.

75 mil

10 May 2012 12:51:18
According to Tuttomercatoweb, an Italian media outlet, Dalglish has sanctioned Jordan Henderson's departure in the summer.

IMO, I can't see this happening.

Wish it was true. Its going to be monetary loss only.

Liverpool are tracking Roma striker Bojan Krkic, 21. Who after his £10 million move from from Barcelona has failed to settle in Italy.

DannyMac

Roma need to complete the purchase of Bojan first

I've typed this previously but i'm gonna do it again.

Bojan Krkic Perez is not great. When at Barcelona he played over 160 games (163) and he only scored 41 goals.

At Roma he's played 36 games and only scored 6 goals.

He is over rated, from his time at Barcelona, Roma have found this out.

It wasn't £10 million.

Bareclona sold him to Roma for £5 million on the basis they could re-sign him for the same price if they wished in 2 years time (Now 1 year obviously).

It's basically a glorified loan so i wouldn't believe the story on Bojan

JP {Ed002's Note - Bojan joined Roma last summer in an unusual deal worth €12m. If Roma pay another €28m in June, they will own him outright, but if they leave it until June 2013 then Barcelona will buy him back for €13m. However, I understand that Barcelona are not interested in taking Bojan back so are open to negotiating the sale of his remaining rights to Roma for less than the contracted amount. However, Roma are not impressed with Bojan following a series of poor performances meaning that neither club want him. Bojan would cost in excess of €40M if his full value was paid. He will probably complete the move to Roma for some sort of negotiated deal, perhaps including a couple of younger players. The only viable alternative would be for a club, perhaps Liverpool, to negotiate with Baercelona to take the player which would probably mean paying both parties. It seems most unlikely to me that Liverpool would want to be taking on a player who has been under-performing for even half of the contractual valuation.}

10 May 2012 12:47:49
do you know of any liverpool interest in Martin Harnik, would he be available in the summer? {Ed002's Note - Nothing I am aware of.}

10 May 2012 11:53:06
Salomon Kalou Striker, 26 Years
Emmanuel AdebayorStriker, 28 Years
23 minutes ago
i recon we could get both for less then £25 mill and they are both quality with alot of premier league time under there belt of if you want just 1 striker we should go 4 Fernando Llorente 27 Years old
£20 mill could be a good 1 aswell

Is this Kenny?

Kalou and Adebayor? 25M??

The wage demands would be too high. Adebayor has questionable attitude.

Disregarding the fact that we had £35mil rejected for Llorente.

Who in their right mind would pay £25mil for Adebayor & Kalou?
You probably slate Kenny for signing mediocre players for high prices, and then are doing it yourself! {Ed002's Note - Kalou's contract is up this summer.}

I would take kalou n a free if the wages were right

U should look up the dictionary and see what "quality " really means

10 May 2012 12:21:49
what do you think of theses as possible signings edd??Salomon Kalou
Emmanuel Adebayor,Fernando Llorente
would we have any chance of getting these even though we are not in the champions league {Ed002's Note - I don't know of any interest in them. Sorry.}

Adeybayor is paid £180K a week he ain't coming here. Ideally I feel the owners would rather Gerrard was paid less than £120K

10 May 2012 12:03:02
Reading the paper this morning is the interest in bojan legitimate or just paper talk cant say iv seen him play for a while but 21 and less than 10 mil maybe not a bad shout {Ed002's Note - Bojan joined Roma last summer in an unusual deal worth €12m. If Roma pay another €28m in June, they will own him outright, but if they leave it until June 2013 then Barcelona will buy him back for €13m. I believe we are interested cause when roma first signed him liverpool wor reported to be interested how barca valued him at 40m il never no he is worth 10 and for that money would be a good signing BIG BREN

10 May 2012 11:30:38
Hey Ed's do you think the club would try and sign Falcao? {Ed002's Note - No.}

10 May 2012 11:30:21
Hi Ed, some papers on 1st may post some news about our interest in Younes Belhanda. What do you think ? Do we have a chance to sign him ? {Ed002's Note - Maybe. There is interest from confirmed interest in Belhanda from Bayern Munich, Manchester City, Liverpool, Arsenal and PSG and there is unconfirmed interest from Inter and Roma. The player wishes a move to Germany with Bayern Munich or Dortmund or to play for PSG if Germany is not possible.}

10 May 2012 11:15:23
Hi Eds, If we were to sign Luuk De Jong, would we try to do so before the euros?

Thanks {Ed002's Note - I have no idea.}

We should do. But knowing us we won't.

Obviously not.
Transfer policy dictates paying over the odds so we have to wait for him to have a fanstastic Euro's, and then sign him up at va astly inflated price.

Why does everyone think De Jong will shine at the Euros? He will be in the squad, but in my opinion he wouldn't play much. He is at best third choice behind Van Persie and Huntelaar. So his price will remain the same, around 12m.

STB

Yeah van basten didnt start at euro 88 stuck a hatrick in against england ended top scorer imagine paying for him after that goal in final

Do your research first mate. Van Basten was already class then, he was an AC Milan striker. The reason he didn't start was because he was injured all season.

10 May 2012 11:00:12
Hi Ed, what would you say the probability is of Liverpool signing Moses? He's definitely leaving Wigan and I presume his main suitors would be: us, Arsenal, Tottenham and Newcastle. {Ed002's Note - I would add Sunderland and remove Arsenal from that list. I don't know if Liverpool have serious interest in teh player, but there has to be a chance.}

If we signed Moses would he part the Mersey?

Moses has to be one of the most over-rated players ive ever seen play, no where near good enough to wear our shirt..

hi edds i have heard we are looking at daniel struridges situation at chelsea with him not getting regular football an i think he is a real talent an would play on the right an would do a good job there he beats defenders an puts the ball in with loads of pace what strikers love an i have heard threw my frenid who works in liverpool academy he not happy at chelsea do you think he would come edds if we made an offer thanks {Ed002's Note - Whilst there is no intention to sell him if an offer acceptable to Chelsea would made their policy is to refer the matter to the player. I have no idea what his feelings are, but he is very keen to be played in a central role so if that were the case then perhaps.}

Hope not. Possibly the most greedy player I have ever seen play.

10 May 2012 10:47:19
I know you are probably fed up with the Falcao rumours but he seems immense- Can the Eds or any one else out there tell me how much Atletico Madrid paid for him.

{Ed002's Note - 40M euros.}

So he would be out of our price range then

Makes the 35m POUNDS for Carroll look like a bargain LOL

10 May 2012 10:42:24
So far i believe we have a very good chance of signing luuk de jong nd for about 12.5 mill isnt a bad bit of buisness although personally id prefer to see soldado as he is proven himself in a higher standard league and internationally but would cost around double what de jong would imo. id love to see us sign gaston ramirez aswell because we need a player with abit flairband creativity but i think we'll lose out to napoli especially if they lose 1 of their top players now for the question is there anyone of similar qualities as ramirez we are looking at? id appreciate your answers thanks and keep up the good work eds {Ed002's Note - I don't see that sustained interest in De Jong precludes interest in Soldado as well. The Gaston Ramirez situation has now changed a little in that Bayern Muinich are seemingly out of the loop and a starting price for any offers has been set at 20M euros. The only offer made so far is from Juventus and talks have taken place between Bologna and Juventus and with Napoli. There remains interest from English clubs but no talks or offers.}

Eds when u say that talks have begun to take place between two clubs does that mean that a fee has been agreed or does it mean that they are negotiating for a deal? Personally i would love to see ramirez at liverpool with fellow uruguayans suarez and coates. Also, do you think that if ramirez signs for either juventus or liverpool it may persuade suarez to go to juventus or stay here?
THX
CH {Ed002's Note - No, it just means that there have been some discussions. Jueventus made an offer and it was rejected. I cannot see whatever Ramirez does influencing what happens with Suarez.}

10 May 2012 10:17:54
Hi Eds
What is the availability of Madrids Falcao, and do you think we would be interested?
Had a very good game last night after a solid season. {Ed002's Note - Falcao will not be moving to Liverpool this summer.}

10 May 2012 09:46:26
Hello eds! I have a question, is Luuk De Jong capable of playing on the right wing? Because if Carroll start performing well Liverpool can play Carroll in center with suarez and De Jong to the right? And Possibly Eljero Elia to the left.... {Ed002's Note - He can play there.}

Do we really want someone who 'can play on the RW' or actually go out and actually buy a decent winger, who can play left or right wing to compliment Downing if he stays? I'd rather go for the winger every day!

Keith

I wouldn't say De Jong could play as a winger. But he can play on the right of a front 3

AZ

Keith I think it is important that we have players 'that can' play on RW, as well as real wingers. We should buy 1 extra striker, maybe even 2, it would be a surplus that Luuk De Jong can play on RW. And as the ed's say, we are looking to buy a striker and a winger so no worries :)

My main point being, versatility is is favorable so we can shuffle positions and play a fluent game.

JanBorman

Take someone wo has performed well in Holland and then try and convert them into a right winger.

sure we've been down this road before...

Remember the last dutch forward
we bought he could play on the
right, what a world beater he
was.......not.......if we want a
winger buy one, please no forwards masquerading as one...

10 May 2012 09:28:16
we looking at Elia ed's? {Ed002's Note - Elia looked certain to move to Valencia a year ago with Liverpool and others considering the player too expensive. He decided to stay in Hamburg and then took the option of a move to Juventus over Newcastle - but it has not really worked out and Juve were willing for him to make a move on loan in January with, I expect, an option to buy. Everton, Hertha Berlin and Newcastle had apparently shown interest and his representatives were looking to place him in a northern European side where he would get a regular start but nothing came of it. I am sure he will be available this summer but the only firm interest right now is from Benfica and Genk. It is certainly possible that Liverpool could become interested.}

Okay thanks :)

Elia isn't good enough maybe a loan

10 May 2012 09:17:54
Good day Ed's , i have been seeing recently that use have been saying that there's an good chance of luuk de jong coming , i really hope he comes to liverpool but i have seen reports stating that other clubs have joined in the race to sign him like newcastle ,spurs, chelsea and united , sadly we are behind them in the league , do you's still think he could pick us over them? Thanks. {Ed002's Note - I cannot say what he will decide to do, but there is a big difference between a club just looking at a player, showing some interest and actually putting an offer on the table. So his choice will perhaps not be as broad as you think.}

10 May 2012 09:17:21
Is there any intrest in elia. He will be cheap . He will provide ammu-nation to caroll. What is the chances of his arrival.

Hi Eds,
We will be in top 4,if we sign sign those realistic players:
1.Alex Baptiste(Blackpool ,replacement for Carragher)
2.Rasmus Elm(Replacement for Adam,Aquilani)
3.Clint Dempsey(replacement for Maxi )
4.Anthony Pilkington(replacement for Bellamy)
5.Luuk de Jong(Replacement for Kuyt)
6.Hamil Altintop(replacement for Joe Cole)

De Jong is the only one that is good enough

Baptiste! No Way!

Would be a shame to see bellamy go, with the right management i think hes got another couple of years in him, he still has explosive pace,

Why would we bother signing a replacement for JC? We have Agger, Skrtel, Coates, Kelly, Wilson, Wisdom, Coady...

Not sure about Pilkington either, where did that come from?

Pilkington for bellamy dont be stupid

Elm looks very good to me from what i've seen if he can play right mid then brilliant seems very beckham-esque with crosses, freekicks, passing and vision.

de jong looks like andy carroll at newcastle why do we want another now carroll is playing well.

we do however need a pacy clinical finisher. both AC and LS aren't that quick and are quite wasteful if front of goal

Hi Eds, is it possible, objectively, to see Liverpool bring in:
Elm, Ramirez, De Jong, and possibly a defender for next season, and a quick winger (Dyer, Hoilett) in addition to Aquilani?
With Kuyt, Maxi, Cole, Aurelio going the other way?
That would be in my opinion a perfect summer. {Ed002's Note - I would not be at all surprised to see those sorts of changes, although I rather expect Aquilani will move on.}

10 May 2012 02:06:33
Hi Eds

not really a rumour...but from watching the Europa final...

I hope we're seriously interested in Atletico's goalkeeper, Courtois. At 19, he's the best young keeper I've seen playing at a high level. He was outstanding against Bilbao. What also got my attention at the end was I heard the commentator say 'and another clean sheet for Courtois' as if that's a normal thing for him...

Cheers

numondo

{Ed002's Note - There is no interest and he is not available. He is destined to be Petr Cech's replacement at Chelsea who he is on loan from.}

What if Liverpool offered Gulasci plus some money?

ChinUp {Ed002's Note - Why would Chelsea want Gulasci?}

Thanks Ed...I did some research and found he is on loan from Chelsea...unfortunate for us...they've got a great keeper for the future

numondo

Why would Liverpool want Eljero Elia? He has played 2 games this season for Juve and his stats are not at all impressive. You were joking about the Elia/Suarez swap plus cash right. Sterling is 17 and already a better player than Elia.

Forrest from Celtic being mentioned again Im hearing
When Rangers go down wages will be cut dramatically at Celtic Ive been told ,
Spurs sniffing about to could be worth a bid dont know to much about him anybody else hear this {Ed007's Note - Forrest is not expected to be available this summer.}

Firstly rangers won't go down simply because the rest of the SPL can't afford for that to happen and secondly forrest is no where near good enough.
paul d

Celtic need to apply for english league and forrest is more than good enough.

Am i the only one who thinks Jay Spearing doesn't deserve to get into our team any more. I hope we allow him to leave and use this as an opportunity to give Coady and Suso more game time next season.

He's a natural scouser and I love his attitude, but frankly he shows no sign of attacking quality and isn't great defensively either and doesn't look like he's going to ever going to improve to the level we need...to put things into perspective, he's 24 pretty soon....

Unfortunately Jay has simply not been good enough - we have missed Lucas enormously and our poor form this year can be traced back to his injury. No doubting Jay's commitment, but he is too limited as a footballer. Will be interesting what Dalglish does if he remains manager, having previously expressed support for Jay. Several comments however suggest Jay will be available for sale.

Agree - but giving Coady game time not the answer yet. Based on performances this season it risks just falling into the same trap with Jay (giving opportunities because we want a local lad to succeed). Coady still has time but I wouldn't be throwing him in yet. Suso looks more ready but different position.
MD4

Jay spearing's good. He can hold the defensive strings with no problem. The problem is not our defence, but our attack has been poor. We should ve been finishing off teams from the start. In many of our matches we have dominated, but came out with nothing

Your not the only one mate. i agree with you. I like jay but he has shown over the last few years that he isnt going to get any better. hes had some good games this year but also lost us a few with poor passing. I would sell him now and we might have a chance of getting 4 or million for him to use else where!

Hes not a scouser hes a jedi decent player for tranmere tho :)

Well how many DM do we have ? Answer Jay Spearing. He is in by default. Jay Spearing is 23 and has been waiting a look time to get a chance at this level. He is a local lad who come through the system.

He does alot of weights, but it doesn't make up from is very small body. Its strange one. He doesn't have the body to play CBK and he isn't a winger or stiker who has massive pace.

Iv never seen such a short DM in all my life. It seems to be the only position on the pitch he can play because of his size. Yet he gets beaten by drogba.

He seems to be mentally all their and impressed the coaches with his leadership skills. He should of been a Jamie Carragher instead of Midfielder.

I would try him out at CBK, see if his height isn't an issue, might do well at the back. He isn't that great at pass vision to be a midfield player. He seems to be strong but maybe he is too small for DM.

I don't know if he has any space to play wingback. Its a strange one. He doesn';t seem to have have the Zola skills, Messi skills or Owen Pace that you associate with small people.

The ones that make it despite their natural gifts. Im guessing spearing has leadership and mental skills

He vision on the ball is poor. His player tracking is average at best. Awareness ect is average.

So to play in a liverpool midfield, I would expect the midfielder first to be able to pass it with vision and insight. See the passes before things happen. Second he would have to be great tackler and tracker of players.

Also I don't think Spearing will increase in speed or his abilities to cover more grass. at 23 he as good as he will ever be,

Maybe he missed the boat with his career. Some how think he use to be better at 18 and was never given the chance here at liverpool.

His loyalty has messed his game up. If he was at a blackburn. he would of been in the team all week long. By this stage be may of become more functional player.

learned how to crave himself a niche in the game. As it is, the only thing keeping him at the club is that he was born in liverpool. Fans can't relate to american owners and urganian star players.

The reason Kenny Daligh, Steven Gerrard and Jamie Carragher, Jay Spearing, Martin Kelly are still here.

Is because of the tradition of club helping a working man out of the shipyard and into a career of playing game for living.

The country lottery ticket for everyone child. Some day you might make it as a footballer and get out of working lifestyle.

IF the fans become detached from the roots of the club. When what will Liverpool mean to the community as a whole.

Also Gerrard + Carragher are on their way out. Kenny too . Spearing + kelly will be the last attachment to liverpool people.

Their lays the problem with foreign player purchases. Guns for hire at the cost of strong young system

Soon the club will stand for nothing. It could be located anywhere in the country. called any name.

You really could say the exact same thing about Henderson...

He's from the wirral not liverpool

I agree ,I don't think he should be allowed wear a Liverpool jersey again ,all he does is point and shrug his shoulders

I think that he's done well considering when he's come into a team. It's one thing for a player to come into a side with a winning mentality and do well, and quite another to come in to one where the results just aren't going the right way. Even though he's already 23, he still has bags of potential. I don't want to see him go because of his passion for the club, but he could be a very good purchase for a mid-table side.

Wish people would know what they're talking about before commenting... 'natural scouser'... 'born in Liverpool'... He's from the Wirral, not Liverpool! It's not hard to tell them apart there's a big bloody river in between!

Kelly's from Bolton you plank :-)

Kelly is not from Bolton, he was born in Whiston, the same place as Gerrard, he just happens to have been raised and lives in Newton-le Willows

The problem with coady is he's spearing but younger and hes definitely not as good as spearing

Jay Spearing has never been a scouser , he's a jedi FACT !

"Lucas is awful, get rid of him, he'll never make it" blah blah. Sounds familar. At least Lucas was playing alongside Gerrard/Alonso/Mascherano and was able to learn his trade. Jay's trying to learn a difficult role next to Henderson or Shelvey!

No wonder he struggles at times. Give him time. Most DMs don't flourish til late.

He's been playing alongside a slowly developing Henderson, a poor Charlie Adam and an average shelvey. He does what is asked of him when he plays and he will only get better, once lucas is back he will be a squad member again, so we should keep him as cover

Claude Makalele. One player diminutive in size, yet an amazing defensive midfielder.

Get off his back. He's done an amazing job standing in for Lucas. With a bit more quality around him, he'll be a fantastic squad player for years to come. Competitions are not won by teams with the best 11 players. Rather, on the merits of their whole squad.

Spearing will go the route of Neil Mellor, down the leagues.

Jay cost us the cup. You knew he would struggle and did. Real shame not his fault he loves the club but should be playing champonship. We would have been better off playing Carra just infront of the back 4. Sissoko, Mascherano Alonso - seems along time ago now!

Tiote would do from newcastle! just someone strong

I think jay spearing might either be a late bloomer not peaking till his late twenties (mostly from the odd game here and there when he plays well) or he won't get much better at all in which case it would be best sell him.

Somtimes if your a big club players dont make it best to let them go try somewhere else and don't try to force out whats not there our it will all end with us not being as high in the league as we should be my question would he get on at everton and if the answer is no well he shouldnt be getting near our 1st team.

Jay would do a good Job for Wolves West Brom etc time to move on mate. need a solid powerful midfielder. Must be someone out there? That's where we lost Saturday!
