Michael Edwards has told one of my workmates that the club is looking to sell Moreno and Sakho. The club is also working hard to bring in a winger, left back and centre back. I will update you folks in case I get any more information. Thanks.

That's good news red. We have our new winger now I think. Salah. That's exactly right. Cb, lb and winger. We don't need strikers and we definitely don't need CM. If all the rumours were true we wouldn't recognise our team. Who were top of the league for a while before injuries and mane going. Playing the best football in the league easily. Looked like barca! Don't tinker with it too much. I've got a good feeling about solanke. He'll hit double figures I reckon.

14 Jun 2017 02:13:03
Agree JonnySkies. Salah done for LW, now whatever money we have should go into signing the best possible LB and CB available in the market. Mendy and VVD for me does the trick. We will have improved massively on 3 important positions which improves our defense, width issues and pace when Mane is not playing. Signing a RB would be a bonus but not a necessity if TAA steps up next season.

Remember when u all said vvd was done, i would wait till you see him in the press conference say next to klopp before making that assumption.
This is lfc and they have a unique habit of ****ing up strong positions with dumb**** behaviours and decisions. Sorry ed, if you even post this you will have to edit. Im not in a good mood today.

Well, Spurs willl be selling Walker to City and if they land Pereira will most likely end up with a better player than Walker while Liverpool will be stuck with Clyne :-o
I do not know where Liverpool's priorities ay in this window but my suggestion to Klopp is to go find two adept fullbacks.
Over and out.

{Ed002's Note - Liverpool has shown no intent to sell Clyne.}

If Trent is supposed to be as good as is being said why would we buy a right back likely to keep him from playing for years. Clyne is a capable right back. Solid enough at the back and yes he needs to improve in the final 3rd but hopefully he can.

This is common practice isn't it? Spurs just used to scout our scouts, you could name a match day squad of Spurs lack of imagination in the transfer market with LFC linked players.
'Tis a shame we never bought Modric, Alli, Eriksen, Alderwierld, Gazza, Bale. list goes on.

My feelings exactly top dog. Clyne is solid and he is improving. Everyone says he can't cross the ball, but we don't have anyone to cross it to. That's not how we play. Clyne was involved in plenty of goals last season. Was classy against city, Chelsea and arsenal.
Agree2
Disagree5
14 Jun 2017 08:36:33
Clyne has no one to cross to? I saw Trent play and wondered what could have been. Yes he needs to beef up and have a bullying presence, but he does not lack in confidence nor willingness to go for goal. Clyne can't cross, can't shoot a ball straight, but has a WONDERFUL engine, if he is improving, i can't see it, he scored no goal last season down from one the previous one. He needs to be trained on his offensive duties and have Trent give him a run for that position.

13 Jun 2017 17:32:29
This is simply an attempt to derive panic.
There is no leaked details anywhere to be found/ had. The FA will announce the decision when ready.
This is hardly a new tactic, let's bring up a 3rd party who is offering ITK information/ opinion then when/ if the guess fails the finger is not pointed at the user. The user has in actual fact offered no information at all that hasn't already been banded around or discussed prior to this reaction seeking post.
If there was any shred of truth to it then the information offered would be far less vague.
The only justification now would be LFC get a ban and the inevitable I told you so could happen failing that this user is wide open to criticism and his/ her own ban!

Chelsea, Juve, Utd all looking for strikers. We are. Real Madrid if selling Morata, Man City never say no to a striker and Spurs signed Jansen, so they we're looking last summer. Milan are boosting this summer.

Ed, not sure if anyone has mentioned this (had a quick look) but that ex City guy on SSN yesterday said that he is sure if 2000 deals were done this window, 1999 would need to be investigated by the FA for tapping up and that the rules are so outdated! Whether they are outdated or not, surely they still need to be adhered too, but if true, I was surprised at the level this law is allegedly being flouted! Like I said before, we've still been idiots, but is it as rife as he thought?

{Ed001's Note - it is not as rife as that. There are very few innocent clubs, but no way is it that common. Plenty are not even set up until the last second and the players are not high up on the target list so would in no way have been tapped up. People are just exaggerating for effect.}
