Dear ed(s), was wondering if there was any interest in ricardo rodriquez of wolfsberg and/or roberto rosales of twente

{Ed002's Note - I don't see Wolfsburg's Ricardo Rodriguez moving in January although both Milan and Napoli are interested. It is fair to say Chelsea and Manchester United took a look at the player but for now it has ended there. Sunderland enquired over the summer. I expect a move next summer is the most likely scenario. Rosales, no.}

Eds I heard Corchia has been made available at his request. I remember we were linked with him in the past and apparently he's available for around 2m. I take it this is a non-story?

{Ed002's Note - There has been a bid made for Corchia by l'OM and that has been accepted. There is a delay due to the availability of the money for the transfer to complete. I would expect it to go through.}

LFC scouts attended the Bordeaux V PSG match.
I believe they were there to watch Pastore, Menez and Matuidi. I say this because we have shown an interest in all 3 in the past.
While Pastore is looking for a move I think his valuation €42 mill in 2011 may be a stumbling block for any interest to us this window.
So, the other two may be of interest.
Both are valued at around €12 mill (although Matuidi is in the final few month's of is deal so could be available on a pre-contract).
I am not saying that we will be bidding for any of these. Just that I know we have been linked in the recent past and we have watched them again.

I was at the game myself. All of the psg fans I was speaking to seem to be convinced that pastore is being offered to us on loan until the end of the season and then in the summer psg will come in for Suarez, there is interest from both parties let's just hope it comes off! Pastore not Suarez haha

I think Menez would be a good move as we need a Forward that is flexible in his position not an out and out winger. but I don't think he will want to leave now when he could get a big pay day in the summer.

As for Matuidi he is highly valued at PSG so won't want to leave unless they sign a high profile central/defensive midfielder.
