{Ed002's Note - I spoke with a "specialist" in the Netherlands leagues this evening and he asked about any interest beyond Arsenal in Bakkali. I don't know of any but he is a light year away from first team football in the EPL and any move this summer would potentially be a dent in his career. Norwich and Augsburg have previously shown an interest but from the EPL he is still seen as far off the mark.}

Rumour has it that Mohamed Salah is pisssed. He hasn't played since Chelsea snapped him up under the noses of Liverpool. Ed02 what is you take on this? Was it a case of denying Liverpool of an extra player just because they could outbid and not need him anyway?
Your insight and that of fellow reds views would be appreciated.

Hi eds, Just wondering whether you think our recent performances will change the kind of player we are looking at bringing in the summer? For example if, and I know it's massive if, we manage to actually win the damn thing do you think we'd maybe look at more established players a la Diego Costa as we have more pulling power or do you think it'll still be good young players we'll try to turn into stars ourselves?

{Ed001's Note - I very much doubt they will change the recruitment policy when it is working! It would just mean we are a huge step closer to breaking even and meeting the FFP regulations due to the prize money etc.}
