Just seen a report that Liverpool have made a bid which reaches Tello's release clause of 10 million euros. Does Tello have a release clause? It stated that he may prefer to stay at Barca anyway. Any info? Judging by our signings so far I would imagine Liverpool now looking more closely at strengthening other areas of the team anyway.

Someone else has just posted this as well, where have you heard it? I think he would be a superb signing and would give some real competition in our attack. I just hope that if true, it isn't at the expense of signing Mkhitaryan despite them playing different positions as it has gone a little quiet on that front.

Something continues to drive the Tello stories. have him 9/4 coming to LFC, next suitor is Arsenal at 10/1. Also eds can you comment on Micah Richards to Anfield given all the money that's been put on it? {Ed002's Note - I cannot answer questions about gambling.}

BR thinks he can turn Tello into the next Ronaldo with his speed, power and strength. His finishing is excellent too. To be honest I think he should jump ship and Liverpool would be a great option. He will always be behind someone at Barca unless he leaves and perhaps they resign him!

I read on another site that he is only interested in staying at Barca and he will use the interest of other clubs to get a better deal.

Reports in Spain saying that Reina is definitely joining Barca.

Do you know if an offer has been made yet for Reina? {Ed001's Note - not yet that I know of, I was under the impression that Barca had changed their mind on a move for him this summer. I must have got it wrong, as I was basing it on us dropping interest in Begovic and Valdes deciding to stay. I can't see Mignolet joining to be a back up though, with the World Cup in the summer. }

I just hope that arsenal don't come Back in for him.

He has had a bit of a strange season in that he has been scoring goals but his performances have been criticised - which seems to have put off Dortmund who have taken a recent look. Valencia have shown interest recently and would like to have him sign a pre-contract in the summer (as he becomes a free agent in January) but I imagine the player will wish to see what options are available. I am told that interest also remains from Fulham and what looks like the two most probable destinations right now, Everton and Milan.}

Honda will do we'll in England as he's got a really good engine.

Easy decision then Milan not Everton

Afternoon Ed if we've dropped our interest in Papadopolous can you see us looking to De Vrij or maybe even Sakho?
I know what your thoughts were on these 2 previously but if Papa isn't an option then obviously somebody who previously wasn't is now going to be, if you know what I mean! {Ed002's Note - Feyenoord's Stefan de Vrij was the subject of interest from Arsenal and Newcastle last summer and a number of clubs have taken a look at the player this season including Spartak Moscow, Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool. I understand that Liverpool spoke with Feyenoord about the availability of the De Vrij and a suggested figure was well above what they would consider paying and no offer was made, although interest remains. Chelsea and Manchester United both have interest in other centre backs and seem unlikely to consider the player further. Advice to the player from somebody very well respected in the game is to stay where he is until the right move comes along and to remember he is club captain where he is and should not move anywhere to find his opportunities of playing are reduced and he is sitting on the bench.

Makes no sense at all, suarez is a better player then cavani on his own. In any swap deal was to happen (which has 0% chance)I would expect cavani and money for suarez {Ed002's Note - You are living in a fantasy world.}

To be fair edd, to swap cavani for suarexz and skrtel would equate to terrible business and make no sense, Liverpools best players from the past 2 seasons. i'd expect money and cavani for suarez. suarez is d best player in that lge . that's not to say napoli would see it that way . but a neautral would agree that it would not make good sense

Ed002 just because you're a chelski fan doesn't mean you have to be so bitter about cavani.

No, he wouldn't join us because we can't match your ludicrous wages and don't have UCL- rub it in some more.

However, what people have been trying to point out, is that Suarez is twice the player Cavani is. If we were in UCL and Cavani would actually consider a move to us, then we would expect Suarez + cash for Cavani.

Suarez is easily twice a player compare to cavani. but his antics have let him down. for me only messi and ronaldo are better players then suarez because they have more pace then Suarez. if Suarez was playing for united he would easily be the hottest property in world football!

Would just like to apologise for a reply I made to an earlier post, the eds did not post it and I can see why. But seriously there are some ridiculously stupid questions on here ie Suarez going to another team in England, or Torres coming back. These questions have been asked again and again, it's just getting depressing. Once again sorry but wake up people!

Maybe you should get some help with your depression mate. How sad you must be to let comments and questions on here actually cause depression!!

Poster - Don't worry mate, we're all getting frustrated with the stupid questions. The Ed's donate a lot of time and effort into providing this kind of site that allows us quite a bit of insight into the club and people just use it to ask the most ridiculous questions, or a repeat of what has been said a million time.

Ed just read that if suarez does leave Liverpool, they want benteke to replace him. Honda could be signing after he impressed scouts against italy in confederations cup and his a free transfer instead of splashing out on that guy from shaktar. {Ed002's Note - If Benteke moves to another EPL side I would expect it to be Spurs but Liverpool didf enquire a while back. If I was Villa I'd hold on to see if Suarez goes. If he does they are Far more likely to get closer to their 25m valuation for Benteke from us than Spurs (should we indeed be interested of course)
