Ed's,

Is there any appetite by the club to bid for, and more importantly any chance of getting any of Cech, Jackson Martinez, Lacazette or Bony in January.

Appreciate there are many variables that need to happen for this to occur ( players moved on, club willing to sell etc ), but would rather hear this accurately from yourselves than all the paper and twitter rubbish I read daily.

Don't ruin my Christmas by saying no

Ha ha

Believable6 Unbelievable1

{Ed002's Note - (a) The club would like him to stay through to the summer but obviously Cech wants to be playing. Enquiries have been made by Monaco, Real Madrid, AC Milan, Roma (whose Morgan De Sanctis has signed a new deal) and Arsenal. (b) Porto are prepared to cash in on Jackson Martinez with varying degrees of interest from a number of clubs - all of which have been put off by the asking price. (c) Manchester City, Newcastle, PSG and Inter have recently enquired about Lacazette but Lyon has no intention of selling in January. Manchester City and PSG would not be able to buy him in January due to the sanctions. (d) Bony will be at the ACON during January.}

is Salah of no interest to us anymore? has that ship sailed?

Believable0 Unbelievable11

That ship was sunk by the verbal ice berg that is Brendan Rodgers. Never let go Jack.

Bigmouth struck again.

ship sank when he choose money before LFC

Agree1 Disagree0

{Ed002's Note - The Salah move to Liverpool did not happen because of (a) the derisory bid, and (b) what Rodgers said.

However, Inter, Besiktas and Fiorentina have shown an interest in Mohamed Salah but it is Spartak Moscow who yesterday put an offer on the table. Chelsea are not looking to sell but if an acceptable offer is made and if the player wants to leave, the club will not stand in his way.}

25 Dec 2014 20:48:58
A. that's what you get with a transfer committee derisory bids.
B. Rogers can't hold his breath a lesson was not learnt by him and LFC in keeping him from opening his mouth

What did BR say again?

{Ed002's Note - It is of no consequence now. Move on.}
