Italian football correspondent (Calmeri) on has just said that Liverpool have offered £11m (13m euros) for Courtiniho.

And its almost certain he'll be a Liverpool player by Monday.

Why would they offer 11m when southampton have reportedly offered 10.2m and that was accepted? sounds a bit dodgy to me lad.

I think you will find it was an offer of 11 million squids....

So all this time we are trying to pay as little as we can for him and now suddenly we don't just match Southampton we out bid them by about 1 million more. I have no faith in Ian Ayre getting this done, we seriously need to look at someone who can do this deals fast and we less fuss, I have the feeling that Ian Ayre has no tact or skill when it comes to doing deals and further more damages relationships between the clubs, which means the next time we want to business with them they are less willing.

Suhal

You're kidding, right? The Italians love dragging this stuff out and haggling the best deal.

Fee agreed. Should be a Liverpool player by Monday/Tuesday. COUTINHO

25 Jan 2013 22:48:05
Been told that both clubs have agreed 10 million euros and he will sign latest Monday, well done to the fsg if it is true as they never budged much on price even when others came in for him, can you confirm if this is true

25 Jan 2013 22:20:03
No rumour I have been told Lfc have agreed a fee with Inter Milan for Phillipe Coutinho For a fee of 8.6M. The player Shall Sign by Monday.

GAM#

I'd say by Sunday

I hear coutinho flying into Liverpool tomorrow for personal terms and medical sign on monday happy days nice one ayre

LFC have not had a bid accepted, rather, they have made a 3rd and final bid of 8m upfront. It is likely they will accept it as Cou is not interested in Southampton and Inter need the money for Paulinho. But you never know, Spurs could come in the last minute as usual.

Why would they accept that when Southampton have offered 10.2m. Stop making it up

Also heard this but different fee was said but monday seems to be the day

LFC have met Inter's asking price of 11m in total, 8m up front plus add ons. This is more in all than Southampton. Inter should accept this as he has no interest in going to Saints. LFC would still need a permit so it will be tight, things should be clearer on monday.

Why would they accept it? It is possible the Southampton offer is a series of payments whilst Liverpool's is up front. I know next to nothing about Coutinho but I do have a grasp of what clubs like financially.

hello eds,

Liverpool expected to sign at least 2 players in this window.

Coutinho will be on his way by Tuesday.

Ince is the man who will come by Deadline day a bid around 7.5 million would do.

it will be unlikely if there will be a third person coming , as Brendan Rodgers had just mentioned.But if there was to be someone coming it will probably be Tendayi Darikwa - Liverpool are poised to make a 2 million pounds bid but will face rivals Everton.

12 years old, Salman

thanks

7.5million for Tom ince you are having a laugh? And how much did we sell him for a year or so ago? Really good business that is (not)

Because we have never made a bad deal - Carroll/Keane?? Buy for excessive amount and sell months later for a massive loss. This is just the reverse of that

Would Sturridge not count towards the two ?

7.5 million? That is a joke. We sold him for 1/15th of that price. I wouldn't pay that on principle, even if he was worth it, which he certainly is not. I would have bought Sissoko for that money, but instead, Newcastle have his services, not to mention Cabaye. They certainly know how to use transfer market far more than us

Did we even sell ince? I thought his contract ran out and simply left and we got some sort of compensation fee

We didn't sell him, he wouldn't sign a new contract (because thought he was better than we offered!) and he left on a 'free'. We got about 55k as compensation because of his age. May be his Dad was right after all!

25 Jan 2013 23:24:01
If Tom Ince progresses and is worth 15M in 3 years (likely playing at a decent premier league club) are you still going to make that "15 times the price" argument? Probably not because we would have lost the same as we would have gained - it's not bad business buyin a 7.5M player with potential. The better argument was it was bad business to let a player go that went on to be worth 7.5M in a season's time...

Anyway... why would we sign both Coutinho and Ince, seems a duplication.

I don't think we'll sign both.

rikdangerous

7.5 he's not worth half that.

Keisuke honda !!

25 Jan 2013 20:55:52
Im hearing we've applied for a work permit for coutinho this makes me think our offer has been accepted just passing on what I've heard

Nick from birmingham

Work permit to sign for Southampton.

Sorry mate, I am telling you now Coutonho is in Zurich with his agent and signing a 5 year contract with Southampton. Watch this space.

25 Jan 2013 21:46:57
How do you know he's in Zurich who are you his ma!

25 Jan 2013 20:30:01
It will be revealed before tuesday that ince has signed but it will be in summer with ince staying at blackpool till then.

9.8m fee has been agreed between Inter and Liverpool for Coutinho. So looks like he is on his way.
Murton red

Looks like Liverpool did want the player badly if this is true
Davross

25 Jan 2013 17:42:12
With anderlecht letting there striker and biglia(spelling) is the midfielder still on our watch list? As I remember back in the summer we were interested in the Belgium midfielder
Thanks

Biglia is an argentinian!! lucas is twice as good as him also...doesn't make sense

It's amazing people bite your head off for not knowing something on this site. I was only asking a question and get stupid response.

25 Jan 2013 16:54:11
Apparently the Inter management are pushing Coutinho to accept the Southampton move but Liverpool have told told them that they will pay the £10M asking price after selling Coates for about £9M to Napoli and consequently the Tom Ince deal will be completed before Wednesday but the Mirin deal has been postponed till the summer window according to my source inside the club

Can't see us selling Coates and not replacing him with another defender that would leave us with 3 central defenders (1 is near retiring, 1 is injury prone, and the other dips in and out of form)
Don't beleive this
Davross

Couthinho isn't worth 10m

Coates hasn't been sold

I think to get him for ten mill I think that's cheap I think he will be better then Oscar an Oscar cost 25mill

You really think Coates is worth 9m??

25 Jan 2013 16:46:18
hello Liverpool fan who lives in southampton. To my knowledge coutinho is in coversation with southampton.. personal terms haven't been discussed as yet. he isn't keen on joining them but pochettino is trying to convince.

Also tom ince is going ahead I believe the snag was around 2 million pounds short of blackpools valuation but it should be resolved by the start of next week.

Calum Red

Next year he will play championship then.

25 Jan 2013 18:13:11
How do you know this? Why do fans come on this site speculating like they know more than anyone else. Provide a source as it just sounds to me like your making this up. Let me guess when saints started negotiating with Coutinho the first person they thought to call was you. Ha ha!

Just heard that Coutinho will be the last signing for 8 million
Ince and possibly gameiro will be left until the summer
Carragher to retire at the end of the season

Let Southampton waste money

Carragher won't retire

So because your from southhamton you automaticly no what's going on at the club... WOW some people.

25 Jan 2013 22:13:40
i used to play tyro league football with aaron martin.. who is a centre back for southampton ( currently on loan) and a few of the younger men playing. LWP and LS others I knew.. my source comes from the players of their club

calum red

Southampton need to find there own scouts as do spurs

I think that is bull you don't know if its true we don't know if its true all we can do is wait and see. :P

Hey ed002! Hope you're well! Brendan said at his presser that he hopes to bring in one or two more players before the window shuts! Beside Coutinho do you think the second one is Ince? Cheers, Scouserseb {Ed002's Note - I have said all along that I think a deal can be done for Ince - so I will stick with that.}

25 Jan 2013 17:53:58
can I just say the fact BR says he "HOPES TO BRING IN 2 MORE PLAYERS" dusnt mean we will its wot the managers HOPING 4

He also said the same in August a few days before the window shut, so don't hold your breath.............

25 Jan 2013 19:25:06
either coutinho or ince then a cb I reckon

Luke Shaw and Jack Butland.

25 Jan 2013 20:28:02
Cheers mate, do you reckon a deal is already done for Ince as Macca said a while back? Cheers, Scouserseb {Ed002's Note - I don't think it is yet.}

25 Jan 2013 15:19:22
Hi eds. Can you confirm any interest in Ismat Mirin from Liverpool? He looks promising, fits the apparent
"policy". Is he available?
Cheers. Lapwing47 {Ed002's Note - Certainly from Lille - and if a CB is sold, perhaps from LFC.}

Hi ed.. What price range would kurt zouma be.. I searched him and seen the Manchester clubs are interested.. Do you think he could be bought if Coates leaves {Ed002's Note - Liverpool has not shown any interest in him so far.}

25 Jan 2013 15:26:31
Morning Eds, Did anyone see the Footballers Football Show last night? Paul Ince was on and they were talking about Tom. Paul said that he knew what was going to happen with Tom, and that it would be revealed before the end of the transfer window. This to me says that a deal is in place with a Premier League club, but Paul refused to say who. Putting this and what Macca has said, there is a very good chance Tom could be returning before the 31st!

CSE9

Hope not, he's not good enough. He was moved on because his Father was chipping away demanding better terms and first team game time.
He's played Championship level for two seasons - I just don't see too much there. Certainly not at the figures that Oysten is pulpitting through the media. Leave him where he is and let Ibe and Sinclair or even the lad Teixeira get some minutes. These, to me, represent the future of the club, rather than a cast off replete with the baggage of a big-time, once-was "guvnor" with a mouth too full of himself to keep itself shut!

No, Saints offer has been accepted!

He's a disgrace. Thinks he's special don't know why wer bothering he doesn't deserve to wer our shirt.

A buy and loan back deal perhaps?

25 Jan 2013 19:53:47
Just seen this interview and Paul ince seemed happy to talk bout Tom moving and he said playing in the prem is a better standard and makes you a better player to which Paolo Souza talks about Rodgers willingness to play youngsters and improve them seems as if hey know what's coming like Macca and the eds have said all along

I agree with my fellow reds on this one.I don't see the attraction at all, not worth the money people are talking about.We seem to be the only ones interested which concerns me.

25 Jan 2013 15:43:54
Bony allowed to leave this window. Agent confirms talks with LFC in November 2012. Eds do you think this will happen ? A move for Bony {Ed002's Note - Wilfried Bony was of interest to Newcastle over the summer and has been a player Chelsea have been considering for a while. Recently there has been varying degrees of interest from Marseille, Aston Villa, QPR, Liverpool, Everton and a couple of German sides (Hamburg and Schalke) but only Marseille is pushing. It would not be a surprise to see interest from other teams, possibly Napoli and Roma. The player has said he would like to join Chelsea. Whilst an offer is imminent from one side and efforts are being made to get interest from Russia, any move in January is by no means certain and he will be away at the ACON until the middle of February.}

Even if we was interested, the speed we do things we would be lucky to sign him before the deadline.

Bony lacks pace. Sturridge has pace.
kidmillions

Let Chelsea take him

Hi EdS,

eports saying Totenham in the running for Coutinho aswell now. Seems like Liverpool fading down the pecking order.
Is there any chance Liverpool will up their 'FINAL BID' for him

GAM# {Ed002's Note - There is nothing new from my perspective. I think Spurs would be more interested in Belhanda than Coutinho so I don't see them making a bid. Liverpool know what they need to do to get Coutinho but I would not be surprised if they went in with some sort of loan-to-buy deal.}

I don't think we want him, we need someone more defensive and holtby will come this window so he is all yours guys....... good luck

dave

The Coutinho to Spurs story was made up by scousers on RAWK to see just how far it would run.

Just shows how lazy some Jounalists have become - they're now content to publish stories from Blgs and twitter without validating the content. Ben Rosenthall was the first sucker to fall for it.

How can they go in for a loan to buy deal when inter need the money to finance paulinho, don't make sence {Ed002's Note - They would seek to pay the bulk in the summer and hope Inter could do without the money.}

Coutinho could be a very good player but I think we have another class little player for the future in suso already.
Remember barca wer in for suso and he came to Liverpool trust me we need to give him more game time and in his preferred role at cam and he could be the next David silva
Davross

Apparently untrue, inter trying to get to bid more

Coutinho will go to Southampton.

Holtby has joined tottenham

25 Jan 2013 15:30:14
No bid from Spurs, it was a troll account on twitter.

Fee has yet to be agreed with Inter but LFC officials hopeful a deal will be completed within the next few days,

Player is only interested in move to LFC or to stay with Inter.

Fee will be aprrox 10m euros,

Also have Butland will be signed in summer for around £4m

Hi eds and reds!

What is your thought on fisher from ajax?heard he dominated us in next gen series.I would love to see him in our colours.your thougts reds!

Aneesh LFC {Ed002's Note - Viktor Fischer is subject to interest from Manchester United, Manchester City, Hamburg and Werder Bremen. Ajax is negotiating a new contract with him.}

25 Jan 2013 14:52:10
A few rumours going around that Spurs are now in for Coutinho. Wouldn't be normal if we didn't find a player that they also liked.

Ian Ayre needs sacking. He's too slow and a bad negotiator. I don't trust him and his face has thieving tight ******* written all over it. There is no way another club would do a deal with him, his sly body language is enough to put anyone off I'm not surprised all our targets prefer Spurs Saints ect... I cringe every time I see him do an interview get him far away as possible from our club he's useless

Spurs fans will be laughing again if this is true. They love the fact that Spurs troll most of our transfer targets. If we lose Coutinho to them maybe we should be taking a look at our negotiators and start offering realistic prices earlier and not penny pinch.

I have just come back from a break abroad. Flew into John Lennon Airport......

As we were leaving the exit, Mr Ayre was spotted with 3 other suited men and 1 female.

Fernando torres was one of the suited along with yossi benayoun.

They then proceeded to get into a brand spanking new Merc.

This was at 2.10pm

Cheers

I have missed these rumours lo, .

Richard

I assume Djimi Traore was the third gentleman, and the woman was in fact Patrick Berger?

I'm guessing the Female was Lise Jenkins the HR Director, and the driver of the merc was the Easter Bunny?

I would rather sign waldoff and statler!

Was heskey not there aswell acting as a body gaurd

You sure the woman wasn't Torres, o I forget he's had his locks cut off now hasn't he lol

I did a real life LOL about the woman being Patrick Berger!

LeTrench

Funny how people seem to always see these people but don't have camera phones! Crazy world we live in

Ha! It's been a long day so thanks for that! More of this nonsense please! Things have been far too sensible on here of late. Sod Coutinho, what about Scott Dann? :D

Why you didn't take a photo?

25 Jan 2013 18:02:19
Fantastic stuff.. this is what this site is all about. I am now looking forward to trying to see if tv got a paparazzi at the airport to get the pictures! :)

Thomas

Its funny that in this age of smartphones, you didn't think to make a video of this or perhaps even take a photo...

Boom! That's the kind of stuff we all love.... A brilliant bit of bull s**t! That's why the transfer window is ace. I can't wait till next Thursday when uncountable amounts of people see a guy that looks like David villa at a Lennon airport singing ynwa

Patrick burger hah no the 3rd man was nick barmby coming in for 10 mil

I seem the same. I also seen Elvis with them

Haha I Love this site

I Love this site (TWAS LIKE A VW) story.
Seriously lay off the wacky backy bud lol.

To be fair this is just funny.

Weired or wot?

25 Jan 2013 14:34:24
Hey Eds are we still after Gary Hooper? He wants a move away from Celtic. Would you personally rate him higher than Ince? {Ed002's Note - He was certainly looked at.}

25 Jan 2013 14:27:59
cant verify this but a mate in sunderland thinks Seb Coates is off to the staidum of light for £8m

That would be a shame if true. He has never let us down on the few occasions he has played for us.
CR

Hope so he's rubbish

Sunderland can have him for 8m

25 Jan 2013 14:03:41
Coates to leave to Napoli for 9 million and Sakho to join from PSG for 9 million, deal is being kept very very quiet, you heard it here first

But we heard it here first from who? And what or who is your source? sounds iffy to me.

The Plank

If it's being kept very very quiet then why are you announcing it on here for? I can smell rubbish.

Is this ian ayre by any chance

If only it were true that would be the deal of all deals! Never mind

You're not by any chance the same poster who asked the eds about Sakho this past week come back to make things up, are you?

- Logic

25 Jan 2013 14:00:51
kevin boli from cs sedan in ligue 2 has agreed a five year deal. the transfer fee is believed to be about 1 million euros. I believe he will be the next thiago silva

Never heard of him. So long as he's not the next Cheyrou.

The Plank

He looks a quality strong centre back. maybe replacement for coates

25 Jan 2013 13:35:34
Eds,

How badly do Inter rely on money from sales in this window and how badly do they want Pualinho.

GAM# {Ed002's Note - They have wanted Paulinho for some time but Corinthians are not keen on selling and if he was avaiable his price would be high and other clubs could be interested. As I have said, tehre are other players being sold to raise money as well, but they could end up with Belhanda whose deal with Fenerbahce has fallen through - but they will need to act fast as three other clubs are now in the chase for Belhanda.}

25 Jan 2013 13:26:44
Hello Eds,
is it true we are trying to sign Tottenham U-21 player Alex Pritchard ? {Ed002's Note - He was one of the players that someone suggested Inglethorpe had an interest in, but I know nothing of the matter myself. I am not up on the kiddie sides - Lancaster was the other player before anyone asks.}

No way in hell he is going to Liverpool

25 Jan 2013 13:09:43
Hello Eds,
do you reckon Kurt Zouma could be an option for CB if Coates is sold ? {Ed002's Note - As far as I am aware, Liverpool has shown no interest at this time. Arsenal looked at him about a year or so ago. Manchester United in the summer and Manchester City now.}

25 Jan 2013 13:03:55
Hi eds. Just wondered if matt Derbyshire going
to blackpool is a Replacement for anyone? {Ed002's Note - I really don't know, sorry.}

25 Jan 2013 12:53:05
Liverpool have again lost out to southampton, reports say that southampton have agreed personal terms this morning. contacts from italy say that since saints have been taken over they have been aiming for the top. Liverpool can't match transfer fee or salary. trust me southampton are a team of the future not of the past. editor at the times

Looks like Spurs are at it again, increased bid can come from what they save in scouting fees, sure they have someone tracking this site !
YNWA

FSG get blasted if they overpay for players and blasted if they dont! At the end of the day, they give Inter their final offer, it they reject it, fine, they will switch to a different target! Its no big deal! He might not even get a work permit anyway (remember Sebastian Leto!) I agree with not bowing to their demands and paying stupid prices for young players! (especially unproven in the PL ones)

25 Jan 2013 15:16:56
I can see they building a team faster than us for the future...They have good money..and with Gods grace..they will spend wisely...
I saw them playing against everton..and they look top draw...thwy will buy 2-3 plaayers in coming summer window...and will be up there like swansea or everton..
We are the only team in the history which is rebuilding since 23 years...

Assuming the future for Southampton isn't relegation this season.This isn't a team pushing for Europe but a club trying to get away from the relegation pack.

The Plank

The old saying every player has a price maybe coutinho price is just not what Liverpool price him at. He could be a world beater then again he could end up at Barnsley (no offence Barnsley). you get my point
Davross

26 Jan 2013 00:40:03
Be careful with the big contracts southampton, relegation is so far fetch, even though as a red, I really hope you's stay up, decent club in my eyes, always had a soft spot for ya's, big shame a fellow scouser lost his job after he led you back to back promotions, but hey.... "That's the world we live in these days", but as I was saying, about big contracts:lookat your neighbours, portsmouth......say no more. And if you happen to sign couthino instead of us, good luck to ya's, as the saying goes. Its a big sea out there, and there are footballlers aplenty.

Dhh

25 Jan 2013 12:46:25
Ed's seen some paper talk this morning, I know its not reliable but what are the chances of us getting ashley williams, would we have to get rid of someone first? And how much do you think he would cost. One more thing, how many more deals before the end of the window, cheers love the site!! {Ed002's Note - Try the search function please.}

25 Jan 2013 11:58:49
Hi eds,
Is it true Coutinho doesn't want to go to Southampton and would prefer to come to us or stay at inter?
Thanks

Perth Red {Ed002's Note - I really don't know what he wants.}

25 Jan 2013 11:04:25
Hi Ed002 Hope all is well, quick question, I previously heard something about us been interested in SAM BYRAM from Leeds utd, I think if we're talking about buying young and for the future he's worse investing in. Do you know of any info on this fella? Thanks mate

Don {Ed002's Note - I know much is expected of the kid and that Leeds are concerned they will lose him, but right now I am not aware of any interest from Liverpool.}

Sam Byram is an excellent young talent who has a lot of premier league teams looking at him. However, I believe that Ryan McLaughlin in time will prove to be as good as, if not better, than him. Once he gets a little bit of experience of course....

25 Jan 2013 10:22:24
Hi ed's....pretty sure this must have been posted before but just to sum up....

Liverpool have bid 7.6m (9m euros)
Southampton have bid 8.4m (10m euros)

Liverpool will not be increasing their offer.

Coutinho prefers a move to Anfield but also happy to stay at Inter.

Inter have asked for 2 days (basically the weekend) to decide. It is thought they may accept Liverpools lesser offer as they need the money to pursue their own signings (namely paulihno from Corinthians).

Hopefully this might put to bed all the nonsense surrounding this transfer?

Thanks for a Grady site

Jenko

Inter have given up on Paulinho due to cost and have turned their attention to Belhanda.

Melbourne CFC

So says the italian press

It looks like our offer will be accepted as Coutinho has said himself he prefers a move to Liverpool over Southampton and also with the sale of Sneijder Inter Milan want to bring in Paulinho & Belhanda as their replacements so it looks like a deal will be done as you say over the weekend.

BigD

It amazes me how so many people seem to know exactly what the player himself is thinking. "he'd prefer a move to us" - really? is that fact, or just what you presume to be the case because you're a Liverpool fan?

So says Ed002. Why the hell would I look at Italian media sources? Berlusconi's bunga bunga parties are the closest I want to get to Italian Media.

Melbourne CFC

That doesn't make any sense...why would they accept Liverpool's lower offer if they need money?

Southampton close to agreeing deal soon

Seems to be a fair assumption of where things are at, he looks a good player for the money, and there's always going to be a certain amount of risk no matter who comes in and at what cost, he could turn out to be the next Harry Kewell, or he could turn out to be the next C.Ronaldo, who really knows.

He will stay at Inter - just guessing really, or reading a different website than you have.

Money talks. Inter will accept the biggest bid only. Why would they do otherwise?

I love reading these grady transfer rumours

He has got this information from tv who say the player prefers a move to us and inter will accept the lower bid if they want the money that badly. At the end of the day if he doesn't want to go to Southampton they can't force him.

He told a member of the Liverpool team some say Lucas that he would like to play for Liverpool. This information came from a person a few days ago. Reports over the last few days claim that Southampton had a fee agreed, if that's the case why has the player not arrived for talks? I think its safe to say there's a good chance he will stay in Italy or go to Liverpool. {Ed002's Note - The player was given permission to talk with Southampton and I understand the coach spoke with him from Spain.}

The reason they would accept a lower bid is because lets say he said I'm not moving to Southampton, therefore they either accept the other bid or risk not selling him at all.

25 Jan 2013 10:00:18
victor fischer would be a great buy according to van basten in the dutch press he will be a future star.
buying him now and let him stay at ajax untill summer would be a good move.
in summer we should get some defensive players in our attack is pretty much sorted in my opinion.
i have high hopes on ibe/sinclair they will both make it they will surprise us all, both very good but need time.
mclaughlin another 1 to keep a eye on.
in my opinion we should not spend any money on transfers that could stop the youngsters that in my eyes in time will be first team players.
if we don't get cl football this season we get it next year once we are in the top 4 the only way is up because our youngsters will only get better and money to strenghten will be there to address the weak points in the squad.
fsg plan will take time but its the only way to get there and stay there.
let the other teams do what they want we should stick with our plan.
lets hope we beat arsenal and take a point from man see so we give ourselves a chance.
MALTA

Fischer will cost around 15m - 20m and I don't think Ajax would want to sell. He will be a great player.

BigD

There are better and bigger teams (present climate) around than lfc! I very much doubt he will come?

If I remember correctly I watched fischer in the nextgen series last season against Liverpool and he scored a hat trick and was head and shoulders above everyone and that included sterling and suso, He will be an excellent player.
We should be buying players like him early before his value sky rockets.

SB96

I think you can add many other to the list of exciting youngsters coming thru.
Texeiria is the stand out with Ibe and Mclaughlin

Only time will tell if what you think is right or wrong, but this is exactly the type of faith and positive attitude we should have at the minute. Were not a City or Chelsea with unlimited cash, so we have to be realistic and have a long term plan and grow our own superstars. Its the only way we can do it, so we should give it our best shot. Lets hope this positive attitude spreads to some of the doom merchants!

Where is JeffJeffRen today.? {Ed002's Note - Sorting out a move to France is the most likely right now. Lisbon are not keen on loaning him out and want a sale.}

So good they named him twice

Chesterfield chief executive Chris Turner says the club are willing to listen to offers from Liverpool and Everton for midfield sensation Tendayi Darikwa.
Both Merseyside clubs are reportedly poised to launch a £2million bid for the 21-year-old winger, who scooped the League Two Young Player of the Month award for December.
Numerous Premier League sides have been tracking Darikwa and Turner has confirmed that Liverpool and Everton have sent scouts to watch the youngster.
"Tendayi is a fantastic talent and we would never stand in the way of a player from moving to a Premier League club, " Turner said.
"A lot of top clubs have been tracking him for quite a while and it is no surprise - Tendayi is a player with exceptional potential who deserves to play at the very top.

When did he become a sensation ? Without the help of clues 99.99% of the country wouldn't know he even existed.

just spoke to my mate in edinburgh, whos a hearts fan and knows a few players. he said rodgers has give them ngoo on loan with lpool paying most of wages due to them struggling to pay players wages, they also have a embargo, so only allow to get players in on loan (u21 only). he said this is a sweetner as rogers likes a young kid called calum paterson right midfielder highly rated but wouldn't make our first team. eds do you no if this is true.

thanks will knotty ash great site {Ed001's Note - I don't know anything about any Hearts player, I was told it was just a great chance to get some players experience in a competitive environment. If they don't perform, it will be a prelude to moving them on.}

I would like to be wrong on this but I think Ngoo won't make it at the top level.

Nice to see us developing some good relations with some other clubs wouldn't you say Ed001? Can only be good thing.

Dan.

I can tell you now, he is not rated at all. has a good work rate, but no foootballing abilities.

if rodgers has any interest in him then I would lose all faith in the scouting system and rodgers himself.

from a hearts/Liverpool fan from edinburgh! :-)

From what we have heard up here, Ngoo is either fantastic one minute and then awful next minute. However he is guaranteed first team football which will be quick paced, physical and good for a young striker who has talent to improve greatly.
I know the majority are looking forward to him coming as we are in desperate need of a striker.
Young Callum Paterson is a fine prospect. No doubt our best player this year while being played out of position due to limited forwards. No surprise if he would be scouted for large clubs.

You read too much into these load deals, for a player like ngoo it will develop his game playing first team football which is important for Liverpool

Also hearts don't have any players good enough for themselves let alone at LFC! He is only rated by deluded hearts fans! If he's bn the best player for hearts they really in trouble.
