Hi eds, have you heard anything in regard this talk of Wass of Evian and iturbe of Roma is there interest I think they would good buys particularly Wass he'd fit the current system well.

{Ed002's Note - Lyon, St Etienne, West Ham, Stoke, Fiorentina, Everton, Borussia Dortmund, Lille and Schalke are all known to have had representatives watch Evian's Daniel Wass who will move this summer. I understand Rennes have now dropped any interest they had.

Verona bought Iturbe last summer for the purposes of profiteering - and a little side deal was also agreed with another club. There attempts to get an auction going drove most interested sides (Real Madrid, Chelsea, Napoli and Fiorentina) away from buying the player. Roma, Milan and Juventus discussed the player who settled on a move to Rome. Arsenal looked at the player but have taken it no further just yet. Real Madrid and Chelsea have noth been approached by his representatives, who have fallen out with Roma, to see if they would be interested in a deal if Roma could be persuaded to sell. Manchester City are very interested, as might be Barcelona next season.}

Am I right in thinking that it will just be the one striker arriving in the Summer, or 2 if you count Origi? Has there been any developments on either Vietto or Gameiro please?

{Ed002's Note - I would expect Origi plus another. The only change with the players is that I understand the interest of Atletico has returned in respect of Vietto.}

With Origi and another arriving who would you say are leaving?

{Ed002's Note - The club want to sell Balotelli but no one will be interested at the asking price - so they need to figure something out there. I would expect Borini to take the hint he is not going to get a chance and move on. Yesil is another who has to look to his options.}
