Dalglish watched Cahill and Young today in the AVFC - BWFC game. Comolli watched N'Zogbia vs Man Utd last week and Enrique 2 weeks ago.

Ok guys lets quash a rumour.

I happen to be on very good terms with a P.A at udinese, not P.A to anyone in control of transfers she is P.A to the head person in finance, she says they held a business meeting two days ago to discuss the sale of sanchez, at the moment there is no official bid from anyone but they anticipate interest in the summer and have "leaked" info that Liverpool are interested in order to drive the price up on chelsea.

Sorry to disappoint but we have never registered interest.

In response to 5 mar 2011 19:46:21 on the Liverpool rumours site

My squad talk were not rumours, just speculation. Besides I based it all on what i've seen of the players. Don't even play video games!

Ed what do you make on the report on Alexis Sanchez? Doesn't seem too far fetched to me.

We are a big draw for players currently, and players can see we are ran professionally now. I do hope that report is true as didn't seem OTT. {Ed001's Note - I just thought it seemed like guesswork to me, but it is difficult to be sure.}

05 Mar 2011 20:39:42
Ed, i reckon if we made a large bid for sanchez, we could snatch him, why does he want to go to chelsea? {Ed001's Note - I have never said he does, he wants to go to United.}

05 Mar 2011 20:17:27
Ed, Benzema, llorente, nevgrado, horaou. Ed out of 10, would would you rate these and are we interested n any? {Ed001's Note - out of 10 in what way? We are interested in Hoarou and Benzema, definitely, not sure about the other two though.}

05 Mar 2011 20:18:28
I'm posting here for the first time so Wana say how addictive it is! But my main reason for sending this in, is in hope that king Kenny or the guys at top do take time to read this or gets someone to read our views and opinions because if they do I would just like to say being turkish I keep up to date with galatasary and he has been saying his injured and refuses to play when the physics are sayin he is ok?? I hope Liverpool is the reason he will not play, but u fear it's Chelsea who have gone in for him as this is the rumour coming from most Turkish football fanatics! Most thinking the current Turkish national coach is insisting Chelsea put a bid in for Arda Turan & who's the national coach?? Hiddink please LIVERPOOL buy Turan he is world class I promise u! ! YNWA

Ed why are you so certain that it is Chelsea that have bid for Sanchez and not Liverpool? Reports in Italy are saying it is the reds.

Apparently £27.5 million bid was received by Udinese from the reds (as per italian press).
Think this would be a quality signing, along with Marvueax on a free.

If we could sign one of Steven Defour or Ever Banega as well I think that would be a quality trio of midfielders to bring in. {Ed001's Note - I can't say any more than I have excellent information that Chelsea held very real talks with Udinese in January and are continuing them.}

05 Mar 2011 20:21:22
Spurs ownership worth over 3 billions far more than the financial backing we have, and more to the point the owners of spurs will spend more than ours. But that does not mater . .
What matters is who will finish 4th , I do believe Aguero will move in the summer, and as far as I heard chelsea have agreed something, however if they fail to qualify for CL (unlikely) , spurs will be a possibility. . (Unless Madrid or Barcelona show interest . but I don't think they have).
And this thing about Aguero will choose us ahead of this and that is a pure myth nothing else, its all about Money and Prestige (ie what european competition he will be playing in).

- - - - -

That £3bn is Joe Lewis's personal wealth, not Tottenham's financial backing. If it comes down to personal wealth NESV probably top out at £7bn, but you could also argue Carlos Slim, a major shareholder in New York Times who are themselves members of NESV, is also affiliated with LFC (though I personally wouldn't say that). Which would bring the wealth of our owners to £40-50bn.
If Aguero was available for the £40m that he would cost the Spuds, there would be a long line of far more prestigious, well known and all-round better clubs than Tottenham looking to sign him - that's how I come to the conclusion that there is 0% chance of him joining.

Ed, do you think we will do most of our transfer activity early in the summer as i think we should? {Ed001's Note - yes, as much as possible will be done early.}

05 Mar 2011 20:17:27
Ed, Benzema, llorente, nevgrado, horaou. Ed out of 10, would would you rate these and are we interested n any? {Ed002's Note - There is still interest in Hoarau I am informed. Macca considers Benzema to be all but done, but I struggle with that. There was interest in Llorente but the purchase of Andy Carroll may well have done for that. I don't know of any interest in Negrado.}

05 Mar 2011 20:13:00
Ed, is it likely our cb's for next season will probably be carra, agger, wilson, ayala and a new CB. Ed, i think skrtl will still be with us and i don't rate him. What are the chances out of 10 for sot and, skrtl to be gone next season and what cb do you think will buy? {Ed001's Note - 7 they will both be gone and I don't know who we will be buying for the defence at all. I really just don't know.}

Liverpool are secret Alexis Sanchez bidders with £27.5m
By Derek Faucett
Sources in Northern Italy have revealed that Liverpool are the Premiership club to have already made a summer bid for the Udinese and Chilean 22 year old.
The winger has been the subject of more transfer speculation than most over the last few months and Liverpool now look to be heading in the direction of sorting out player transfers as quickly and as quietly as possible and this premature offer is obviously a sign that Liverpool's new owners actually mean business.
The previous Anfield owners (I won't mention their names) were good at talk but never took any action, NESV seem to be letting their wallets do the talking which is great news for Kop fans. The recent signings of Suarez and Andy Carroll were a big sign that they will not simply be sitting in the background. A bid of £27.5m for Sanchez shows there is no sign of John William Henry II stopping yet.
Whilst Udineses are under "instructions" not to release the name of the team that has made the bid, it is likely that others will follow suit in what will be another high spending summer with other interested clubs reported to be that of Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United with Sir Alex Ferguson quoting a while ago that Sanchez was an "interesting project".

For Sanchez the player, he is still at an age that will see him become a big star in the future, he has plenty of tricks up his sleeve and possibly, if I'm not over exaggerating here, could be someone to replicate that of Cristiano Ronaldo?
Should Udinese accept Liverpool's offer and Sanchez decides it is the better club for him to join, it will be one more season without Champions League football, although whilst at Udinese he has not been involved in the competition I guess you cannot miss what you have not experienced.
Should Chelsea or either of the Manchester clubs come in with better offers, the 22 year old may see it as a fast track to the great European platform although with the excitement that surrounds Merseyside at the moment, most players in the World would want to be a part of this very interesting time for the reds.
With all the speculation and rumours, the big question will remain where Alexis Sanchez is concerned, will he or won't he? It matters not who makes private or secret bids in the hope that others will not gazump them, all big teams looking to improve their squad would see the Chilean as an excellent signing and there will be many more bids forthcoming.

Reports from northern Italy yesterday state it's Liverpool who have tabled a £27.5 million bid for Udinese's Alexis Sanchez.

Hope this is true as would be a great signing for us, shows a real statement of intent by the owners. Ed you heard anything on this?

Plus with rumours of Clichy's contract negotiations not going well and the contract running down, could these two be Liverpool players next season?

Ed what do younthink our chances are?

{Ed002's Note - The Sanchez bid was from Chelsea. I do not expect Clichy to move to Liverpool. So the chances are pretty slim that either will be at Liverpool.}

05 Mar 2011 19:53:00
Hey ed what makes you think that young and adam will sign when tbh man utd could/ maybe outbid us and get them

{Ed002's Note - Well, Liverpool have a declared interest in both and the feeling amongst those who know those in the know, is that it is likely. Personally I would ask why would Liverpool want them with better options out there?}

05 Mar 2011 19:55:53
Ed, with balague writing about atl bilbia's(spelling)meltdown, man u should try to pursue Lorente'. Are united interested?. I loved the player and we went with a lesser player in carrol. Do you think there is a chance we could go for llorente Ed before united or spurs?

{Ed002's Note - I think there is a chance. I would have expected him to have been preferred to Carroll to be honest.}

05 Mar 2011 19:46:21
LB: Leighton Baines (-84) - one of premier leagues best in this position, an LFC fan, if Everton are willing to sell (10-12m) or Marcel Schmelzer (-88) - a young fullback, one of the players helping Borussia Dortmund to secure winning Bundesliga already, 15 points clear, and one starting to get involved with german national team (5-8m)

CDM: Yann M'Vila (-90) - tough, hard tackler (12-15m); Blaise Matuidi (-87) - another hard tackler (9-12m); Miguel Veloso (-86) - great left foot, skillfull, good in finding his team mates, can also play as a CM (12-15m); ver Banega (-88) - fantastic in finding his team mates, can also play as a CM (12-15m)

RWM: Adam Johnson (-87) - great, fast and irrational player who can make defenders going crazy and looking stupid, can play on the left as well, left footed, if ManC are willing to sell (12-15m); Alexis Sanchez (-88) - one of the best wingers in the world, but of course a lot of clubs after him (20-25m)Dimitri Payet (-87) - a player with great pace and splendid technique who wants to go to England (8-12m); Santi Cazorla (-84) - one of Spains best wingers and a regular for Villarreal (15-18m)

LWM: Sylvain Marveaux (-86) - a great versatile attacking player, LWM/ RWM/ CAM, with wonderful technique and he can really take free kicks and corners, will join (free)

RF/ LF: Ezequiel Lavezzi (-85) - a great playmaker, involved in almost all Napoli goals (15-20m); Ashley Young (-85) - great pace and skills, can also play as a winger (15-20m); Hulk (-86) - great pace, a wizard on the pitch, an amazing kick on the ball, plays often as a winger (17-20m); Gervinho (-87) - ivorian with a noose for goal, can also play as winger (12-15m); Sergio Canales (-91) - really great on counter attacks and a wizard in finding team mates, can also play as a CAM or winger (5-8m)

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

It's hard to take these rumours seriously when they look like the ratings and scout reports that I have seen on my son's PES football game for the PS3

05 Mar 2011 19:47:07
Do you think jarvis is a possible transfer target ed and which left back do you think we will get

Ps all liverpool fans who think we should get a cb is deluded as we have them bleeding out our ears with skrtel agger carra kelly ayala wilson and kyriagos {Ed001's Note - no I don't think we are interested in Jarvis, Wolves want too much for him. I am not sure who we will end up with for left back, far too many conflicting reports to be sure at the moment. As for centre backs, Skrtel, Carragher and Kyrgiakos are not good enough and Agger is injury prone, that is why we tried to buy a centre half in January.}

05 Mar 2011 19:42:06
Just seen paul ince at watford gap services.got the photo to prove it but don't no how to send it to the sight.but asked him about tom and he said new contract in two weeks.ed how do I send my photo in? {Ed001's Note - go to the player sightings page and upload it, it might need to be cropped down a bit before it will work though mate.}

05 Mar 2011 19:42:24
Ed, is it true that lfc are showing an interest in sanchez? {Ed001's Note - almost every club is showing an interest in him, doesn't mean we will move for him though.}

05 Mar 2011 19:38:28
You are likely to be a Leeds supporter toying with the oft gullible Liverpool fans.}

Actually i am a liverpool i have just been watching a few leeds games and they both look very impressive i think the following will likely happen next window

In
Adam
Young
Coentrao
M'Vila
Marveaux
Payet

Out
Konchesky
Insua
Aquaman
Degan
Maxi
Jova
Poulsen

I would like to see snodgrass and gradel come in instead of young and payet although the likely to are more proven and recognised what do you think ed is my guess of transfers as a LIVERPOOL fan likely {Ed001's Note - I am not convinced Coentrao is likely, but the rest is very possible.}

05 Mar 2011 19:34:27
Ed, i am still angry and bewildered by us signing young and not turan' however i hear there is a good chance of payet who i believe will be a sensation. Do you think we will sign him? {Ed001's Note - I wouldn't want to put money on it either way right now, we are defo looking at him, but nothing is sorted.}

05 Mar 2011 19:30:46
Any news on honda plz

05 Mar 2011 19:31:48
Young wing wizard Alex O-C at the Saints is not keen on moving so far north as he wants to stay nearer his family base in Southampton. My money would be on a move to Arsenal in the summer.

ED, any chance of a bid from Liverpool for Neymar? or is it going to be Chelsea going for him again?

Cheers
Glov3z the Red

{Ed002's Note - Chelsea will bid again for him but Liverpool have no interest in the player as far as I know - and I suspect he will go to Inter Milan in the summer.}

05 Mar 2011 18:00:50
Phillpe mexes will not be joining Liverpool in the summer instead he will join AC Milan on a free transfer

05 Mar 2011 17:17:47
Kenny dalgish spotted at the aston villa match

05 Mar 2011 17:19:36
Ed, do you reckon Madrid would sell us Albiol? they have Pepe and Carvalho and a few youngsters i think lke Garay, {Ed005's Note - Pepe's contract negotiations aren't going well apparantly, so if he leaves perhaps they'll keep Albiol.}

05 Mar 2011 17:17:43
Ed do City still have an interest in Johnson? I know they were interest a little while ago. Would like Adam Johnson for a player swap but clearly there's more value in Young.

{Ed002's Note - I don't know of any interest from Manchester City in Glen Johnson. Player swaps are really pretty rare.}

Ok to end all this Aguero to spurs talk.

Harry was interviewed on radio yesterday and stated they DIDN'T bid for him in January, and that they would not be able to afford him. Straight from Harry's mouth yesterday.

I wonder if the tax man believes everything that comes from Harrys mush?? ? ?

Maxi, Jova, Konchesky, Poulsen, Soto, Cole, Aquilani, Insua, Ngog, to leave.

Payet, Benzema, Adam, Young, Sakho, Marveaux, M'Vila, Enrique to sign.
- - - - - - -
Ed, is this true? {Ed005's Note - I think that poster was just guessig. However I do believe it is possible that all of the players he listed to leave are likely to leave. On his "to sign" list, Marveaux, Young and Adam look nailed on while M'Vila is a good possibility, and perhaps Payet.}

05 Mar 2011 16:06:06
I think that these:

Charlie Adam- replace Aquilani
Sylvian Marveux- -replace degen/ el zhar
Ashley Young- -replace jovanovic
Jose Enrique- replace insua/ konchesky

are 95% likely to sign in the summer

with the possibilty of signing M'vila to replace poulsen
but if poulsen is to be sold to Udinese maybe its one of their Midfielders we'd get part exchange(i.e Inler?Asamoah?. maybe)

ed, would would we really be able to raid Rennes for arguably both their best players?

i personally would like to see all the above mentioned join. .but as for long term replacements for say stevie g and carra etc we should look no further than our very own Conor Coady and martin kelly with a whole host of youth team players who WILL make firts team Suso, sterling, ince, matty regan, flanagan, roberts, adam morgan. .etc

I think its our homegrown we are looking at to replace key players for the future. what do you think ed? {Ed005's Note - Had Marveaux not been injured he would have already been signed. He will definatly sign if his injury clears up. M'Vila won't stay at Rennes long either, he is performing well and has broken into the France team and is now attracting interest from a lot of clubs. There may not be a lot that Rennes can do to keep him. Young and Adam look nailed on. Enrique, well I personally believe his agent is talking up a move to Liverpool to build up interest in him.}

05 Mar 2011 14:58:59
Hi Ed, do you know if there is any truth to the rumours linking us to Arsenal left back Gael Clichy?

He would be a great signing!

Cheers

Tyler {Ed001's Note - none that I have heard, the only truth is his contract negotiations are not going well, people are just jumping to conclusions with the rest.}

05 Mar 2011 14:52:28
Martin, you have no idea what your talking about! first off i was answearing a question, secondly spurs have a very very large finacial backing behind them ie lewis now again close to the 3 billion mark and then quiet invetors such as sugar ( yes does invest) and others such as stelios! and thirdly they ( spurs) have been in constant talk since jan regarding aguero so if you have nothing to say! which looks obvious then please shut up b4 you give all pool fans a bad name

- - - - - -

How am I giving LFC fans a bad name? I'm merely using common sense. Spuds do indeed have a decent-sized financial backing, but not enough to pay £45m up front and then spend £8.4m in wages a year on ONE player. If Aguero was available (even at £45-50m) then clubs like Barca, Real Madrid, Chelsea, Man City, Inter and Liverpool (yes, we have a far larger financial backing and he would choose us over the Spuds) would all be circling like sharks. And, I'm sorry, but even a fool knows that Spuds would be bottom of that pile of preferred clubs. Aguero probably doesn't even know which city the Spuds are from, never mind their history or their criminal manager.
In fact, the only way Aguero would sign for Spuds is if Arry has Comolli, Valdano, Moratti, etc., assassinated and then hires his 'people' to sedate Aguero and ship him to an isolated airport in a crate full of condoms - as per usual with Arry.

So, in summary, there is absolutely 0% chance of Spuds getting Aguero.

Re spurs! ss far as i know sputs will look to sell pavlyuchenko, keane, AND DEFOE! forget keane would anyone want pav or defoe? as it seems spurs are deep in discussions with aguero (still) and will certainly get huntelaar as well

- - - - - -

Stop posting the same stuff every day, mate. It gets tiresome. Spuds aren't in discussions with Aguero - they'd go bankrupt just paying for his transfer fee, never mind his wages.

To this guy. . . .

first of all this is a genuine rumour i heard . if people only wrote deals that were guaranteed there would be no point of this site. Come the summer you'll be eating humble pie

Its R-Dogg by the way, theres no place on this site for rudeness.

Yeah ur right it is a rumours site, but what is your source. Im from ireland too and have a mate who has a box at anfield and he would laugh at your suggestion.

After big money signings like carroll and suarez to get liverpool fans estatic, signing doyle and dunne would have them more depressed than an everton fan facing relegation!

"NGOG-7M"

Who is going to buy person for £7m, I ask you?
I think we would be doing well to offload him for £1m. .

Ed on a scale of 1 to 10 what chance do we have of signing the following players. Turan, Sanchez, M'vila, young, gervinho, payet? {Ed001's Note - I am not sure if you mean the chance we have or whether you mean what chance they will sign. They are totally different things ie Turan would be 10 out of 10 for the chances of signing but there is only a 3 out of 10 chance of him joining. So I will go with the chance of them joining, which is, in my opinion, 3, 3, 7, 9, 7, 8.}

05 Mar 2011 13:03:43
My preferrences would be as follows for our left back search in the summer:

Cheaper:
Crisito, Monreal, Antonio Lopez

More expensive:
Coentrao, Cissokho, Bastos

E.H LFC

Rumours regarding Clichy, that he has stopped contract talks with arsenal as his agent seems to have been furious over his wages issue withj Arsenal. Ed, do you think that's true and we have a chance to get him by the end of this season as his contract is close to his last stages. What are you, thoughts, ed. I believe Clichy is gonna be a great addition and that too on a cut-price to our squad. thanks {Ed001's Note - he is available, but why would we want him? He is terrible defensively and not good enough offensively to make up for it.}

05 Mar 2011 12:23:48
Ed do you think we are going to sign these players in the summer:
Benzema
Ashley Young
Sylvain mareaux
Charlie Adam
Gerviniho
Yaan m'vila {Ed001's Note - I don't think Benzema will join, he wants too many first team assurances. The rest I think all have a very good chance of being signed.}

05 Mar 2011 12:22:34
Ed is it true spurs want to get rid of all their strikers? {Ed001's Note - they want to get rid of them, but only when they get upgrades in, not just get rid of them. To be fair, it is understandable, they are not good enough for a Champions League team, they are average Premier League strikers.}

05 Mar 2011 12:07:29
Ed is it true that united are in advanced talks with pastore {Ed001's Note - I don't believe it to be true, I believe it is an old story that has been revived to get clicks on goal. They do like to make up stories that are utter nonsense.}

05 Mar 2011 11:13:10
I know you guys think it's far fetched that there will be a massive overhaul of the complete squad, but sources close to the heartbeat of football are reporting massive changes come the summer.
Expect to see deadwood sold on:
Degan (looked half decent but only half decent. Injury
prone.)
Insua (no where near quick enough for lwb/ lb)
Konchesky (self explanitory)
Jovanovic (not giving a fair run in the team but there must be a reason for it. . IE: not training hard enough/ attitude.
Rodriguez (paid to much for too little, how did he miss that.)
Spearing (young promising, worth loaning to interested clubs like Wolves or West Brom.
Skrtel (decision making questionable, if we get a decent price)
Poulsen (have heard the non other the Udinese are interested. . Could we maybe offer a player and money for the much coverted dirty Sanchez. . .

Southern Scouse. . .

Apparently SID LOWE has an interview with Pepe Reina to be published in GUARDIAN tomorrow which is not a good one for the LIVERPOOL hearts and souls. @IanPrior on twitter - - - - - - - - - - - - -Im gonna predict it says that he wants to challange for top honours and that is the dream of every player. He loves LFC and the fans but wants to win trophies and will assess his situation in the summer. Pretty much standard interview by any player these days. I may be wrong though.

Bob was right, interview up on guardian website for those who want to read it.

thats not all right he is being honest ans said he wants investment and he said things like no one can declear eternal love or somthing on those lines to any club and he will have to wait till the end of summer to see if the owners have invested

Unless the owners show reina they are willing to ?splash the cash? as it were then reina will leave. it will be a shame should he leave, he is an honest professional unlike torres. if i were liverpool just don't let him go he is contracted until 2016

Just reading Frank McParlands latest interview, 'our job is to try and help Kenny Dalglish as first-team manager. The way we can do that is by getting one or two players into the first-team on a regular basis over the next few years.'

either the liverpool staff are assuming that Kenny will be there 'over the next few years', or they know something we don't

Ed is there any truth we are tying up deals for M'Vila, Benzema, Adam, Young, Marveaux, Payet, Musacchio/ Enrique and sanchez also wat is the chances of carroll playing 2 morro

{Ed002's Note - It rather depends who you ask this question of. Macca has said Benzema, Adam and Young are all close. I personally do not know of any deal for Benzema but the other two seem likely. Marveaux is going to happen for sure - as long as his injury clears up. M'Vila will be moving in the summer and he and Sissoko are both are attracting interest from Liverpool. M'Vila would be an excellent choice as a defensive midfielder. Sissoko could be a long term replacement for Gerrard, but may put Shelvey in a difficult position if he were to join. Matuidi is less likely. Payet will move in the summer with PSG being in pole - but he would be an excellent solution for the right wing. Musacchio is attracting attention from a number of clubs, reportedly including Liverpool. Enrique could well be more of a case of him being talked up by his agent or representatives. There is no bid from Liverpool from Sanchez. I expect Carroll will probably start the game from the bench if he is fit. If he is not fully fit it would be really dumb to risk him.}

Superstars coming in the summer ain't going to be the likes of Aguero, Llorente, Benzema Lavezzi(napoli going for CL spot) or Mata/ Navas (my two fav choices).These players seem to me only to be interested in leaving there current clubs if the club wanting them is playing CL. I think we should look into the loan rumours of Bojan and/ or Canales, these are two young superstars who want playing time and are not going to get it at their current clubs they could very well help us reclaim a CL spot and in doing so the loan deals may well become permanent moves.

Since all not gonna happen over night I think we're not going to buy a lot of players this summer, but since at least one of them will be a fee transfer I would say 5 or perhaps even 6 players.
. . . . .
5 or 6 players is still a lot, to many first team players and it takes a while to gel.
If we get say 3 first team players to go straight into the starting 11 , and a couple of promising kids for the bench will do me.

Since all not gonna happen over night I think we're not going to buy a lot of players this summer, but since at least one of them will be a fee transfer I would say 5 or perhaps even 6 players.

Possibly a CB like Sakho, Richards, Hummels, Subotic, Kjaer or Musacchio. I would prefer Hummels, but he will probably not be available until 2012/ 2013. CB most likely only if Skrtel goes.

Possibly a CM like Sahin, Defour or Adam. Just to have more options, and most likely to be Adam in that case. I would prefer if we waited another season and then bought Sahin, since his one of the best out there, but will play in Champions league next season with Dortmund.

Possibly a GK like Asenjo, Mandanda, Neuer, Adler, de Gea, Hart, Lloris or Patricio. Favorite in my book would be Asenjo, Spains next world class keeper. Will only happen if Reina goes.

Unlikely, but an option is a new RB like Castro, van der Wiel or Corluka. I prefer Castro, a young german RB playing Bayer Leverkusen, not the uruguyan player (Mallorca). We have been linked with van der Wiel, so he will perhaps be more likely.

Maybe liverpool deal with arsenal for exchange of player reina for clichy

05 Mar 2011 02:09:37
I think maybe liverpool have bid for gael clichy since clichy have not sign a new contract extension deal.but than arsenal are in champions league. wat u think ED {Ed001's Note - not that I have heard of.}

05 Mar 2011 02:29:47
{Ed001's Note - we are looking at a number of players for both positions, Micah Richards is not definitely out of the question, we have asked to be kept informed of his situation.}

Ed just wondering if we were to sign him do you think he would be used at CB or RB? {Ed001's Note - centre back I would expect.}

Ed have you heard anything about looking for a central defender or a left back? Lot of talk of midfielders, wingers and strikers that are being looked at by Liverpool, we need defenders just as importantly IMO.

I really can't think of a left back who would be good for us, Cissoko and Baines for me. Think Coentroa is slighty overrated and overpriced. {Ed001's Note - we are looking at a number of players for both positions, Micah Richards is not definitely out of the question, we have asked to be kept informed of his situation.}

Liverpool have bid £27.5m for Udinese winger Alexis Sanchez.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

in march. . few months too early mate.
- -
Not really, because we're tying up deals for M'Vila, Benzema, Adam, Young, Marveaux, Payet and Musacchio/ Enrique

Isn't Musacchio a centre half? According to NESN (taken from Guaradian), we're looking at Domenico Criscito for the left back spot.

Hi eds

What of the rumour of us being interested in zhirkov? Any truth?

Personally I think he be a decent acquisition. Fast decent crosser.

Eds?

Rewflo {Ed001's Note - as far as I can find out there is nothing concrete in it at all, after all we refused to even consider any kind of player exchange for Torres in January.}

Ed what you reckon to gettin blacywonsyk (spelling) of borrusia dortmund saw a match the other day the blokes rapid! {Ed001's Note - we are highly unlikely to be getting anyone from there, they are eyeing a serious bid for the Champions League next season.}
