According to reports from AMK, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp wants to bring Nuri Sahin back to Anfield during the summer transfer window.

I hope not. he has quality but seemed far to slow the last time he was here. certainly didn't light the place up and looked like he just didn't want to be here.

I'm not advocating his potential signing, but last time he was here he looked poor because Rodgers played him out of position. He was lied to regarding commitments about where he would play and how often he would play. That is why he didn't want to be here. Rodgers was unbearable with his lies and shocking decisions to play players out of position.

Sterling, Ibe, Henderson, Downing and Markovic all got played at right/ left back. Enrique, Borini, Aspas Etc for chucked on the wing. Emre Can got played at centre back for a whole season.

The man didn't have a clue. Sahin was just one player in a long list of people Rodgers annoyed. Judging him based on a 12 game loan spell being played out of position by an absolute clown is just ridiculous.

He is an excellent central midfielder, but he is not a number 10. Contrary to what Rodgers believed.

He was only here for 6 months but I doubt that Dortmund would sell another midfielder during this transfer window.

He's a very good player and was completely misused by Rodgers during his loan period.

I'd be happy to see him back, especially if he's playing in the correct position.

However, I'm keen to see the likes of Grujic, Stewart and Brannagan get some games this season - supposing that Henderson and Can are our starting midfield.

Kopdogs, he didn't get on well with BR, so his loan was cut short due to him not being needed in the position he was best suited too.

Sahin, when having his loan cut short never spoke ill of the club, he had nothing but praise for the players and the club its self, but he had nothing good to say about BR.

I don't think we should take any notice of this though as we've been linked with every single player that has ever played under Klopp, including any charity matches that he may or may not have been part of.

he didn't get on with Rodgers because he didn't get on. not exactly a positive. I've seen him play for dortmund too. i don't think he would get on ahead of can and hendo now either. not every week anyway. Rodgers nearly won the league with us remember. i think he knew some things. love how any player who didn't work out was because of Rodgers but those who have are just because they are good.

It is well reported by the eds that BR pissed off a lot of players.

Lazy journalism once again imo. By the end of the summer we will have been linked with every player that Klopp has previously worked with at Dortmond and Mainz. According to half the tabloids, Jurgen knows nothing about players from outside the Bundesliga. Noone really knows who Liverpool are currently targeting so overpaid hacks with limited imaginations are throwing darts at a list of ex-Klopp players and hoping they get lucky.

Annie, that's a list of Ex Klopp players, any one who is at Southampton and any player that has scored against us in the League.

Ed's the latest left back we are linked with is Charlie Taylor of Leeds any truth to these links?

Believable3 Unbelievable9

{Ed001's Note - he is being linked with everyone, the club are willing to sell for a profit and his reps (or people claiming to be his reps) are trying to drum up interest. No idea if we will make a move for him, though we did look at him a couple of times towards the end of the season.}

Wasn't Kenny Huang the guy who threatened a small time reporter and his fathers business?
Is he linked to some kind of Yakuza or something? XD.

Alot Of rumours circulating about Higuain to LFC. As much as I would like these rumours to be true, I don't want to get to excited. Do you have any thoughts or info on this

Cheers 🖒.

{Ed002's Note - He is available for the right price and nobody else is interested in paying the asking price although there is ionterest in him from elsewhere. I am not aware of any offer from Liverpool.}

Thanks Ed's 🖒.

Not any offer. But is there interest? Hmm, I can't see us paying £40 million or what ever the price may be. I believe we should get him though, as he is the type of player that will get the goals we need to get back in the champions league and challenge for the league.
If we managed to do this, then by this time next year it would be 'money well spent'.
