Hi Ed, any interest in 19 year old Marcos Leonardo from Brazil?

Who are the high level scouts in Europe, Eds?

Do they freelance, I thought clubs have their own scouts, or is it a bit of both?

{Ed002's Note - There are scouts who are employed by clubs, scouts who freelance and scouts who are specialists in certain regions. So, for example Liverpool have a scout who just deals with Iberia and one who does Croatia, Italy and Switzerland. In Brazil they have an unusual situation. But they do use others as needs be.}
